this breaks. treat it like glass! the whole top half fell off of all the shades when it fell less that 2 feet. I know that it is not supposed to be like rocks-you don't want it like that ,, but!
colors, you can get better in other brands

I love this trio. This is a bit nude color palette. The 3 colors are subtle and beautiful. They are white, pink and light brown (this one is lighter than the light brown in baked sands). Its very good for daily wear. I will absolutely but it again.

I got this at Big Lots for $2. I picked it up because I wanted a neutral for eyeshadow for my makeup bag. This had the cutest shapes and had a higlight, crease and wash for lid! I must say these little things are pig-ment-ed!! WOW! they are like so pigmented without water! I really like this trio!

I got this on sale when CVS was having the select 50%-75% mark downs for $2. I'm glad I picked it up. The colors are perfect for achieving a neutral eye for school! I love using this palette. I prefer to use the shadows wet, except for the white shimmery color. I really like how the shades aren't too overpowing. That said...I probably would've felt a little ripped off if I had paid the full $8 for this. But, if you catch it on sale, definitely pick it up.
My only concern is that I've only used the shadows a handful of times, and they already have little dents in them. I'm afraid they may not last long, but oh well. For now they're excellent!

this is the second "baked" palette that I have purchased from Physicians Formula. the first one was the "baked smokes" trio, which is the black, grey and white version. i hated it, even wet the colors were horrible. this one i like a little more, but still don't think the pigmentation is as good as it could be. I love the medium brown shade, it's a perfect neutral everyday shade. I paid under $2 for this at CVS, during their clearance sale. I used this with two faced shadow insurance, and NYX milk jumbo pencil. it helped, and it lasted all day.

I am very disappointed in this palette! The colors just seem to fade together into an OTT shimmery, borderline glittery mess. I got this at the CVS 75% clearance sale. I only paid around $2, but I'm still considering returning it, its so not worth the little I paid for it.

I bought this shadow as I thought it would be lovely for neutral looks and I also liked the shimmer.

When I put it on I was disappointed, it was much sheerer on my eyelid than it looked in the package.

However, I tried it a second time with an eyeshadow primer and what a difference!

The colours go on beautifully, especially for a day look, and the shimmer is just enough not to be boring.

Love it!

Really impressed with this line, I typically use LM's Stellar e/s, which is a sheerly pigmented shimmer, great for a nude eye and blending out my lids. Most shadows look too make-upy on me, these are a decent substitute for the LM Stellar, the white is a very shimmery, almost silvery white against my olivey skin. Little goes a long shimmery way so use sparingly. The pink is a neutral/cool pale pink and works well on the lid, again sparingly, and the beige/champagne tone is my fave. Perfect for all over the lid and up into crease. All are very shimmery, but it's a more finely milled shimmer, apply very lightly for a sheer wash. A bit more conspicuous than my typical LM shadows, but for the price, worth the fussing, love them! Only deducted a point b/c of the fact that the packaging lends them to shattering and the shimmer is just slightly above my comfort zone, but still very flattering and wearable if applied with a light hand. Would repurchase. Great deal for the price.

I have the pyramid shaped version of baked sugar, which are 3 matte shades (white, pink and brown), no glitter or shimmer at all.
When I first bought this, I didn't really like these e/s, I thought they are kinda chalky and sheer, using them together is too matte looking. The only way I found to get use out of them was to use with other e/s that has shimmer/glitter, but mostly they just collect dust in my drawer.

However, one day I got a job interview, and I found these to be very interview appropriate. Yes, they are sheer, and still a bit chalky, but with the right tools and right way to use them, you can make it work. They made my eyes open and awake in a very subtle way. You know how important it is to have that clean look when you are having a formal dressing type interview, and these can help. I put the pink on the inner half of my lid, and use the brown very lightly on the outer V, blend the pink out and use the white to highlight the brow bone and the center of the lid close to the upper lashes. I do sometimes define the eyes by adding a little bit e/l and blend it up a bit with a darker brown. I usually finish it with just curling the lashes, no mascara.

For ladies who are looking for something non-overpowering and everyday e/s, this trio would be a nice choice. The only downside is that the pyramid shape is a bit annoying, it's cute, but harder to store. If I ever use them up, i will repurchase (as long as they are still around).

The only reason i wouldnt purchase this again is because i never buy the same makeup twice :P.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this eyeshadow. The white is super shimmery, so i use it sparingly as a highlighter on the brow bone. The gold and pink are pretty by themselves or mixed with a darker matte shadow. It stays on all day, even without primer. Subtle glamour.

First off, the package breaks very easily. I have a few products from this range of eyeshadows and they have all broken after a period of time. This is defintely my favorite color combination, I think the colors in Baked Sugar are just gorgeous. I got this as a buy one get one free product so I didn't have much to lose. For a more dramatic look, then the very natural neutral look it gives off dry, I apply it wet. The weird white color comes off way too glittery for a highlight so use sparingly.

I was so excited to get this baked product but I was disapointed. It looked very unatural on my eyes, like chalky. So now it just sits in my drawer.

This is one I use in conjunction with other shadows due to my pale skin tone, but some people could use this palette on its own for a nice natural look. Don't be put off by the weird looking white shade, it is awesome as a base and to apply to the upper eyelid, it makes your eyes really pop and if you do it right you can layer other shadow below and it creates a great look. This shadow is of good quality, lasts a long time and has good blending capacity.

I got this a few months back when CVS was having a PF sale. This was my 1st time trying PF baked shadows. Out of the 3 that I got this is my least favorite. Let's talk about the colors:

Top color - white, shimmery highlight color. A little chalky
Bottom left color - light shimmery peachy-champagne color
Bottom right color - light tan/taupey shimmery color

All the shadows are shimmery. I typically love shimmer but these are really shimmery with glitter flecks in them. They don't look as seamless as other shimmery e/s I have tried. IMO shimmery shadows should enhance your eyes, and give you a sheen. This does not do that, the shimmer really stands out. I bought this because it looked like my HG WnW Egyptian Sands trio and its nowhere close to the quality as that and its more expensive! I have seen the other reviewers talk about the colors not showing up and I feel these show up on me, they are extremely light neutral colors. I just can't get past the shimmer, its OTT. Even when I wear my glasses, I feel like a glitter bomb. I would recommend the other trios over this, such as, the Baked Oatmeal or Baked Sands e/s.

I also bought this trio because the colors looked so pretty in the package... but yes, they are EXTREMELY sheer. So sheer, in fact, that it's hard to distinguish between the colors if you put them on next to each other. They end up being all frost, really, with my own skin tone showing through. I also don't like that there's an almost glittery quality to the frost, as when light hits it you can barely see a rainbow opalescence... I don't like that too much personally. Because they're so light, it just looks like I dusted a bunch of frost on my eyelids, and it really doesn't matter how much you try to layer on in terms of trying to get some kind of color to show up. These shadows are hard to pick up anyway... I gotta run the brush over them several times just to get some deposit on it. I'd say these would be good to wear if you don't mind the super sheer dusty frost look, or if used on top of other shadows to frost them out. I would also suggest this for those with cool-toned skin, as warmer toned skin would reveal the dusty quality a little more, it's almost grainy I would say. I wouldn't dump mine, though. Rather, I use them as highlighters in the tear duct area and occasionally under the arch of my brow for a light reflection effect. What I dislike most, though, is the inconvenient and impractical dome shape of the packaging, which makes them difficult to open half the time and impossible to stack these or stand them up in a makeup drawer... grrr! I would not repurchase this item.

I bought this, which also came with a Bonus of Baked oatmeal for $6. I thougth that was pretty good as I loveee these eyshadows! I use the white color to highlight the sides of my eyelids and also the very end of my browbone. I use the medium gold color in the middle of my eyelid! I have a pale complexion so these beautiful colors really make me glow <3 !! I LOVE IT! I get compliments daily and people always want to know what I'm wearing! The only crappy part of this product is the packaging. My bf's mom accidentally knocked it to the floor and now the golden color has fallen off and is crumbled. It also happend to two of the other colors in the Baked oatmeal one that I have! Not happy about that, but my overall ratings are based on the eyshadow itself!!!

I like these shadows. They are very soft and pretty, perfect for everyday wear. I apply them wet for longer lasting power and to make them appear darker. I think the pacaging is cute too. The only thing I don't like about them is they don't have good lasting power, but I don't use a primer or anything. These are definetly for a more natural daytime look. I got them on clearance at walgreens, so the price was good. I wouldn't pay full price for them, but I do like them and would repurchase if they were clearanced.

The color combination just doesn't work on me (too frosty). but the consistency and overall quality of the product is nice. I'm sticking with my Baked Oatmeal (which suits my skin tone much better).

I love them. I bought them and I have to say I love how soft they are and creamy. On me (I am ivory) they are the perfect match. they are cheaper then some others I have used. But for a drug store item they are not so cheap. I did read that on here and it is true. But for me I will buy them again. I know some people say they are too light but I think they are ment for a lighter tone just a hint of realy nice make up not too made up.
