Lousy, plain and simple. Like others commented this dries my ends, isn't luminating, conditioning or protective. After one use this went back to Harmon Drug. Too bad as I like Matrix Biolage products but this is atrocious. I have very fine highlighted hair that this did zero for, if you have thicker hair don't waste your money.

Bad as conditioner I don't like the scent, does not soften my hair nor make it bouncy

It dries my ends, would stay away from this brand!!!

This stuff is awful! It did nothing for my hair but dry it out...knots, tangles, and frizz oh my! Avoid like the plague. Totally worthless.

I admit, I picked up a liter of this conditioner at the drugstore for the rock bottom price of $6.50. That's about the only good thing about this product.

I can't believe THIS is a Matrix product. It is watery and does absolutely nothing in the way of conditioning. (My hair is thick and wavy .... not sure if maybe this would work on another hair texture. But with this being a professional product? Don't waste your money. No matter your hair type.)

I reviewed the shampoo and the same review applies. My hair dried out before I finished one quarter of the bottle. I would never re-buy this stuff and am actually nervous to buy any other Matrix products because of how this stuff made my usually pretty nice hair look absolutely horrible!

What an absolute waste! This ridiculously overpriced product did almost nothing for my hair except make it feel kind of greasy. The shampoo is also overpriced. I now have these two bottles sitting in my bathroom, and I feel like I ought to use them because they cost a total of $35 -- if you can imagine, for two normal sized bottles -- but I'm tired of bad hair days.

Think this use to be in a tub years a go. i was given it by a salon and it was the worst product i'd ever used. i couldn't understand a conditioner could make your hair feel like you hadn't even used a conditioner at all. amazing!!!

well if you read my review about the shampoo, it wont surprise you, that the conditioner is lackluster too. not that great for any type of hair, never mind hair that needs a little extra, like colored hair. went right back.

I didn't moisturize my hair at all and left it tangled, not soft or shiny. Defintely not worth the extra money, and I won't be buying it again.

Yet another product by Matrix that leaves me disappointed. Both the shampoo and conditioner are a waste of time and i'mnot even sure what the purpose of the line is but it really doesn't do anything special!

I love the smell of this conditioner but that's where the it ends. It is so difficult to comb out tangles after using this product and my hair feels somewhat dry.

This stuff sucks. It makes my fine hair feel coated and greasy- like it wasnt washed and conditioned at all! Might as well never shower, Id get the same effect. It probably does better with thick hair, but I am getting rid of this goo ASAP.

This was one of the worst conditioners I have ever purchased. My hair has never really been dry, but after using this it was like straw. Almost crunchy as another reviewer put it. Horrible! Would never repurchase.

HG conditioner for colored, straight hair. My hair has never felt softer than after using this conditioner. I have tried drugstore to high end, and this is unbeatable. Smells great. My hair is so soft I keep wanting to touch it :)

I love this conditioner. It brought out the sparkle in my burgundy brown hair, when I used this. It helped to defrizz my hair, and made it look healthy. It also smells awsome, like grape.

The conditioner and shampoo both fight brassiness, if you want to go for a blonde color. There is no color deposit, but it still kills discoloration in blondeness.

This product doesn't provide enough moister for coloured hair and actually makes my hair feel "dryer" or "crunchy" after using it which is really weird. I bought this in a pack and the shampoo makes the hair really soft but as soon as I put the conditioner in, my hair goes all hard and wiry if that makes sense. Also the fragrance is awful, smells like perming solution or something, definitely won't repurchase again!

This product is very disappointing, especially coming from Matrix. It doesn't feel smooth going on in the shower--very thin--and it hasn't made any difference in how my hair looks. I do not recommend this!

I have thick hair with bright red highlights and this conditioner is just too lightweight. It may be ok for thinner/oily hair. The scent isnt too bad, but not great either. I was very dissapointed. Even if it was $1 a bottle I still wouldn't buy it again. John Freida does much better and is much cheaper, and smells better. I like Paul Mitchell for colored hair the best. Matrix also did not keep the color well. It still faded within 2 weeks. The shampoo isnt bad though, it lathers up well and seems to clean ok. If you have thick or dry hair, don't bother with this-you'll have to put TONS on and not rinse well to see any results, and even that will be dissapointing.

Lightweight yet moisturizing. I don't freak out if I get this closer to my scalp beacuse it doesn't weigh down my med-thick hair that tends to be oilier on top and dry at the ends. Pleasant smell . I'd buy this again and recommend it to others.
