I used this along with prolonged wear and Mac liberalize powder. I can honestly say it did not make a huge difference. I didn't feel like it prolonged the wear of my makeup or anything of that nature.

I received a sample of this after placing one of my mac orders and I must say I love it!
it claims to "calm and sooth the skin, blot away excess oil and even out skin redness" as well as "improving the laydown and application of foundation and powder" and I sure do agree!

I first tried during the day and was pretty impressed however I really loved when I wore it to a concert. After standing outside for an hour in typical British weather, a hot sweaty concert and long walk back to the hotel.... my makeup was still in place and looking just like it did 6 hours ago! I often struggle to cover up redness on my cheeks and I felt this really helped with covering it up! I don't have oily skin or suffer from excess oil so I cant really comment on the oil blotting abilities I've tried other high end primers such as benefit porefessional and clinique super primers but this is on another level! As someone with dry skin its a must since it felt nice and hydrating (and not greasy!) Although it contains silicone, it did not break me out and or cause any skin problems

you get 30ml for £21.00 which for me is a little pricey but it would definitely consider buying again

Over all I really love this primer as it does exactly what it promises without compromise!

It is a good primer you makeup stays all day and your face feels velvety smooth. I do not like that it has silicone in it so is not a favorite of mine. The good thing is that I used so little that I thought mu makeup would fall after half an hour and o my surprise it stayed perfect after a long day of work . If you do not mind silicone in your primer this is the way to go.

I like this primer, I was given a sample and was happy with it, its not amazing at controlling any shine but then I find not many products are! It feels velvety smooth when you apply and makes foundation appliaction so much easier! The foundation and makeup definately lasts all day but as I said before my forehead still gets oily and requires a powder touch up! I probably would repurchase this but want to try out some others in the meantime!

I just did not see that big of a difference to justify the cost difference between this and drug store primers. I love MAC but not that much.

The is my abosolute go to primer!
After trying and failing with benefit's extremely paste-like porefessional, this primer goes on like lotion, drys almost instantly, and leaves my skin feeling beautiful with a slight shimmer that looks beautifully glory under any and all makeup. For other girls who have oily/combination skin, this is my holy grail. Used in conjunction with Maybellines matte and poreless fit me foundation & powder makes me stay matte and non oily all day long.

I wear a pretty heavy duty foundation but this gives my skin a lovely and dewy finish, I honestly notice a difference. It does also help my makeup stay on longer.
I don't have sensitive skin so no problems with break outs even though some people have mentioned that.
However, it definitely makes my tzone A LOT oilier so I use a different primer there (the joys of having combination skin...), so this primer would not work for women with very oily skin. Also it's very pricey!
But purely for the finish it gives my makeup I would buy it again.

The packaging is very nice. But the price is way too high, although it last a while. The product doesn't break me out or anything but I feel that the primer doesn't really do anything for me. It's not bad nor good. There are better products out there which is why I wouldn't buy it again.

This product is so beautiful- but so deadly. I broke out like nothing I have seen before.... For at least a week after one use I was so spotty- big sore spots and little uneven spots. So sad... I've used it when doing other people's makeup and they are all fine with it so I guess that's some consolation! NOT for sensitive/ acne prone skin.
