I don't know about this stuff. It works alright - I don't think it "breaks the cycle of dry skin". My other complaint is that is contains mica - which is what gives it the slightly shimmery look. Honestly, I use this stuff before I go out because it makes your arms and legs look nice (due to the mica probably) but if you just want an intense body moisturizer for at night or after the shower - I would definitely just stick to Curel. I now have two body moisturizers because there is really no point putting something really scented and shiny before sleeping.
After this bottle runs out, I probably won't buy again simply because it is more expensive and I just need a good plain moisturizer.

I got this as a christmas present since I tend to buy moisturizers at department stores under the impression they are better- I was wrong! I've been using this on my body AND face and its incredible! Not only did it help to clear up some skin blemishes on my arms but it has helped 100% clean up the breakouts on my face (along with clean & clear)! I have sensitive and oily skin so I was pretty afraid to use it but I find the consistency creamy instead of runny and greasy (like some other facial moisturizers I've used, including ones from Olay). It absorbs quickly and keeps my skin soft! couldn't be happier about this find and its super cheap price!

Been using this since it came out and I love the light, not greasy feeling, it goes on nice and I love the shimmer it has in it!

Good overall lotion. Non-greasy. Absorbs quickly. Moisturizes my not-to-dry skin well. Small amount of shimmer but not really noticeable. Decent smell, not too strong. Good price for a good sized bottle of lotion and almost always on sale at one of the drugstores or Target.
I use all kinds of body lotions but this is probably my favorite basic, lightly scented, everyday lotion.

This is a really great lotion. It sinks into skin immediately after application. Skin becomes softened and very nourished. I couldn't stop rubbing my legs whenever I used this, lol. It gave me 48 hours worth of hydration before I had to start reapplying some more. There is shimmer in it, but that never really bothered me. I do think this is the best drug store body lotion you can find. It's cheap, so buy away!

I really like this lotion. It is very moisturizing for my dry skin. It makes me look glowy with all the tiny mica particles in it. I love the way it makes my look. The smell doesn't bother me at all & my husband seems to really enjoy it.

AVOID IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN!!! This stuff gave me a really bad rash, as have other Olay lotions/body washes. Lesson learned: avoid Olay products because something in them makes me itch like crazy!

This is my HG on body lotions - I ADORE IT.
First of all, it's cheap for this huge bottle.
Second of all, it's a great moisturizer. Whether I put it on after a shower/bath or before I go to bed, my skin always feels amazingly soft and supple. I actually really like the sparkles because they are so subtle and makes my skin glow like crazy.
I will continuously buy this product!

I got this product in a holiday set. I would not buy this product on it's own. I don't like the smell to this lotion. It has a really strong floral and vanilla scent. There is also a TON of glitter in this lotion and it's not very moisturizing. I would not repurchase! 2/5 Stars

I am usually a huge Olay fan, but this body lotion is not on of my favorites. My skin is pretty dry and this lotion didn't give me the moisture it promised. I like the silky texture, but just I just wish it was a little more creamy. However, my sister is a huge fan of this lotion, so I guess it's just how your skin reacts.

One of my Winter staples!
The small, shiny mica particles don't bother me as they're so minimal. I use this as a heavy-hitting cream in Winter and IT WORKS.
The Gobi Desert couldn't be drier than my poor skin in winter. Summer's bad enough but winter's a complete misery trying to keep my skin feeling hydrated and faintly human.
This works so well on me combined with one of those lotion applicators for the back for those hard-to-reach areas that are the driest of all (Bed, Bath & Beyond has one). I find this absorbs fairly quickly and luckily enough, I LIKE the sweetly-floral smell. (If some say it smells 'grandmotherly', I'm in ~ I adored my grandmother so that's a big plus in my book).
My skin is smooth and moist at night, even when the thermals are removed. Unlike before, there's no fine, white, dry skin residue left on the clothes to tell their own tale of dryness. Olay keeps playing with the packaging and the wording so I have to keep sniffing the bottles to make sure I've got the right one (Yes, I'm one of those annoying people who do that and yes: I know I'm not supposed to).

Love this! It isn't like other DS lotions that are watery and runny. This is nice, thick, and rich. It keeps my skin moisturized all day. I also love that it has little tiny shimmers in it so it makes your skin look really nice. The shimmers aren't too overpowering, they're not like glitters, it's very subtle. Also, the scent is very nice too.

Ok, so this lotion does a pretty good job of moisturizing, but I can't use it. Why? Because I swear it makes my sweat smell weird. It's so strange, because I actually kinda like the way the lotion smells. But for some reason, after my skin absorbs it, I get really funky BO - kinda sweet, but not in a good way, in an overripe way. I didn't realize it was from the lotion at first, but after I stopped using it I stopped stinking. I know this review probably won't help anyone, but I just thought it was really weird and wanted to share :P
P.S - I also didn't like the sparkles - unnecessary.

My all time fav body lotion!!! It really moisturizes the skin and keeps it that way! Your skin will never be dry with this lotion. It also has tiny little sparkles in it so it gives a pretty glow to your skin and smells amazing!!!! Love that! I keep re buying whenever I run out. The best lotion hands down!!!

It's cheap and it does a great job of moisturising dry skin. What more could you want? Has a pleasant fragrance too. My only quibble is that when you get near the bottom of the large bottle (which is the size I buy), there is a lot of product left that the pump can't get out.

So I must have come across perhaps an older formula of this? Has to be the only explanation since this stuff is extremely sticky, nasty has the folds of my arms & legs squishing against each other. Only reason this was given two lippies is because, well hate to say it but this sticky junk does certainly moisturize if you can handle the gunky factor. The bottle that I bought is in a very hard squeeze tube making it impossible to use more than say 50% of the bottle, very inefficient I thought. And it has a decent fresh scent.

I love this lotion! I have been using it since it was introduced and it really does quench my dry skin without ever feeling too heavy. The smell is floral but never overpowers perfume. The "sparkles" give a nice glow but don't look glittery. I have strayed with other lotions but always come back to this one.

I tired out this product because i want something that would really "quench" up my legs, because they are always dry looking! i am really tan, and dry looking tanned legs looks really bad. I love the light scent, and i like its consistency, because i thought that the bath and body works body creams were too heavy.
This product surprised me, it made my skin glow! In real life and pictures. Why? if you look closely it is actually shimmery. Yes! shimmery!! that means under the sun, your body's gonna look great! i have this in ultra moisture with shea butter and Vitamin E and B3, which... is new? i don't know, but if you put this on right after you shower, or if you just want that glow, it's great!
