I tried a small amount of the moisturizer at the shop, and I'm glad I did. My skin started to turn red and became itchy after trying. When I washed it off, my skin started going back to normal. It's a pity though, as I liked te smell. Despite being allergic to this, my skin felt smoother, even though it was on for just a while. I like the packaging too - I prefer tubes to tubs as it is more hygienic.

I was very impressed by this product as I wasn't expected it to be so good. It feels hydrating and light on the skin. It is great for daily use and the colour isn't orange it blends into the skin really well. It smells nice as well! It is lightweight and would definitely buy again!

I didn't like this product - I found it too oily, not brilliant for coverage, and also I really didn't like the smell of it! My boyfriend actually noticed the smell of it too (which is saying something, trust me). It also only comes in one shade, as far as I remember, so won't actually suit many skin tones.

I'm afraid I didn't like this very much, I thought Body shop, oh this must be a good product. Oh I was wrong.

The colour was too dark for me, and I'm asian. It also made me oily really quickly. I guess people living in less humid places would find it moisturising, but if you get oily easily and if you live in south east asia: no.

BB cream ftw :)

Too oily. Not the best tinted cream. can leave 'fake' face look. No SPF - so i needed to apply cream with SPF under this one. waste of time

This is a really good tinted moisturiser. this product hasn't made me break out. Vitamin e is supposed to reduce your scars, over the past few months ive realised that it does reduce the appearance of my scars. I love that it gives me the dewy glow because most TM or foundations never give me the glow for that i have really dry skin.
If only it had an spf and variation of colours this would be the best TM !
The coverage is quite minimal but it does cover the redness that i get in the morning.
This product has lasted me for so long even though i use it on a daily basis.
I definitely recommend this product to everyone.

it doesnt have an spf, it isnt perfect for daily make up for i live in very much sun exposure (Indonesia).
want to love this bcz as we know that this brand is basicly natural and hv no test on animals....but i wont to repurchase it because..the colour isnt matches for my skin tone and my face became very shiny after 4-5 hours wearing it :(

It's really good for its price, especially that my skin is prone to an allergy but tollerates this TM very well. However after 4-5 hours it's a bit cakey. Makes my skin very shiny and causes small pimples here and there. Need to apply pressed powder more often than usually.
Nothing beats up Chanel TM for me.
The worst of all: gives my skin beige-ashy colour and because there aren't different colours available, I would not repurchase it for that reason.

I decided to get this tinted moisturizer as i find my skin tone to be uneven during the winter months and as i am quite fair using a concealer everyday can be quite annoying if i dont want to wear alot of make up.
I went to the Body Shop and the lady working behind the counter recommended using this even for the days when i dont want to wear make up.
I find this product good to use under my foundation and powder but because of the colour i would not be able to wear this alone as it is quite dark. Maybe if they made it in other tone colours this would be ok to wear alone.
I find that it goes on easy when i use my fingers and that i does help to even out my skin tone. I also noticed that it doesn't really have a smell to it, which i like.
Overall this product is good and the price wasn't too bad i think it reatils for £8.50 but because i have one of their love your body member cards i got some money off and got even more money off because i bought it on my birthday.

WOOT. IT's my first foray to tinted moisturizers. Previously I've only tried using tinted sunblock.

I think this is great. For a tinted moisturizer, it is definitely very moisturizing (I have combi skin) plus I think it gives pretty good coverage for a tinted moisturizer. I have red patches here and there, pimples breakout here and there as well, and this just totally even out my skin tone. Applying another layer on top doesn't cake up, and it's very smooth. Plus, it's the vitamin E series, and thus, it has anti oxidant properties. Initially, my face does oil up faster than normal (like I said, it's moisturizing!) but that was just the initial phase, since I switched my entire skincare to the body shop tea tree and vit E series around the same time. With good oil control primer or loose powder/powder, etc my skin gradually adjust to the oiliness and went back to normal. I am happy to say that I have not broken out from this at ALL.

Unfortunately, there is a slight problem. This tinted moisturizer only comes in 1 colour. NATURAL. which is simply too DARK for me. I'm around NC20, and I think this is more suited for someone around NC30.

Well, I found a trick to lighten the colour. Either mix with untinted sunblock or my day serum. Get powders 1 shade lighter, and voila! the moisturizer works!!!

Would definitely purchase this again despite the dark colour. And oh, it would be great if this has spf like the vit E day lotion spf 15 as well!

I really want a tinted moisturizer as I have dry skin and Id love to not wear full foundation, but this is just too dark and orange for my pale ghostly white skin, its a shame, as it doesn't evenlook natural on me :[

saying that, some of my friends use it and it look really good on them, and gives them a natural glow.

more shades would be good! x

OK product but dreadful colour - really yellow/orange. Stay clear if you're pale or pink toned.

PROS: Looks natural, doesn't accentuate my dry patches, effectively evens skin tone, stays on for an eternity
CONS: Is only light-medium coverage?
I really like this product. It's got good coverage for a tinted moisturiser and it does a great job of evening out my skin tone and it looks really natural as if your not wearing foundation! Also it stays on really well and you don't have to use loads. Would deffinately buy it again! Oh and it doesn't go flakey on my dry patches where all my other foundations do.
EDIT: Ok so I've been using it for aaggggeeessss now and it DOES go flakey on my dry patches! Quite badly actually so the search is still on to find a foundation that DOESN'T do this! Getting rather annoyed...Lol. But I still love it on the rest of my face (I only get the dry, flakiness on certain parts of my forehead). It's quite sheer but thats all I need and expect from a T/M and it just blends with my skin tone really well and makes me look really nice...except from the flakey patches...lol

This is a good, cheap tinted moisturiser. I find it nice and light and is a good colour for my PPP skin in summer. I wear this over my Dr Hauschka moisturiser (as I have dry skin) and a little concealer and my skin looks great! Very easy to apply and stays looking fresh. Would repurchase.

This is relatively light for a tinted moisturizer. No greasy feeling and leaves my skin soft and comfortable. Have been using it on and off for a few weeks.. no breakouts so far. Too bad it doesnt have an spf, would be perfect for light makeup days otherwise.

A brilliant tinted moisteriser. Goes on smoothly, blends in beautifully, evens out my skin tone without actually looking like makeup. A products which gives me "MSBB" - my skin but better!! And I can throw it on quickly with my fingers in the morning when I'm still half asleep without worrying about blending or streaking. The only thing I don't understand is that it appears to only be in one colour - 01 Natural. Now, I'm fair with blond hair and it just so happens to suit me perfectly, but I can't speak for everyone...

One of the best tinted moisturisers I've. Goes on smoothly, isn't cakey or greasy. And even thought the colour looks dark for fair skin, it blends well into my fair skin. DOesn't seem to cause any zits, so that's a plus! Gave it 4 lippies only because it would be even better if they added an ingredient that mattifies the lotion, like how some creams turn into powder.

I agree with one of the other reviewers who said she didnt know why this hadn't been reviewed by others. Well i gave it a go as Body Shop is so cheap in price, and i agree, its great stuff.
Tinted moisturisers can often be:
(A) clogging
(b) over shiny
(c) too dark

Happily, this is neither of these things. I use it as it says, as a moisturiser - and omit my normal daily moisturiser on the days i use it, and find it lovely and moisturising enough.

It is also a nice fairish colour - im typical english rose colour, NC20 in MAC. This gives just a nice glow to me.

Other tinted moisturisers ive used, so you have something to compare this with are Clarins (nice, but rather heavily scented) and Shiseido (the best one so far til i found this, but slightly drying in a bizarre way, but still nice, won't throw it out with the bath water!)at the mo, Body Shop is my favourite so far. also think it would be nice for girlies wanting tanned legs come the spring (or brave Winter souls ditching their stockings!), before the sun has come out to warm up the lily whiteness. would give just enough of a hint of colour to still look completely natural.
