There are plenty of other products out there that outperform this one. It didn't give me an adverse reaction but didn't do much for me. Won't repurchase.

I love the texture, smell and how long it lasts. I also like the fact that it has a pump, but I feel it dispenses a little too much product. I am not fully convinced that it is the most effective on the market for the price point.

Nice smelling and soothing gel. The Sephora sample I used did help reduce my under eye puffiness (I don't have dark circles). Surprisingly quite moisturizing, considering the ingredient list. It's no miracle product but I don't except it. This stuff is VERY expensive, so I would only purchase if I wanted to really treat myself. The texture is very light, non-greasy and soothing. Shame about the price. If you're okay with the price and want a light weight caffeine eye gel, this is a very good choice.

I have hereditary dark purple circles and puffy tired eyes that are exacerbated by lack of sleep, stress, squinting etc. I was recommended this eye gel by a Fresh SA. Seeing as how I've just about tried every eye cream in Sephora except this, I figured i'd give it a try. Got a huuuge sample (almost full product size) which I kept in fridge as suggested. It lasted me about a month and a half with twice daily usage. Did nothing but soothe my puffiness (but I suspect that couldve been due to the refrigeration). I probably wouldve gotten the same results from slapping on some cold mayo (eew). All in all, didnt do much for me.

Okay, I've had pretty dark eye circles ever since my early 20's (i'm 26 now). it got to the point that people would constantly ask me if i was sick, or really tired, OR if my makeup was smeared under my eyes -_- i really wanted to fix this so i went to sephora and asked them what their best undereye cream was. i explained my concerns (puffy undereyes, purple circles and was actually directed to a good product! i thought it was pricy at $48, but i was willing to try anything. i'm so glad i did, because i noticed a big difference. i still have mild undereye circles, but they are 50% better than before. i tried to find a cheaper alternative, but honestly...nothing comes close. i've repurchased this twice since the first time, and will continue using it for as long as possible. when you get to the end of this it's hard to remove the rest of the product, so i just remove the top and sweep it out with my finger. try this, it definitely will make a difference.

This gel definitely reduces puffiness and rejuvenates tired-looking eyes -- it's very lightweight and fast absorbing, and it smells great! I would not say that it is hydrating, though -- if you have dry skin, I would recommend using a moisturizing eye cream for dryness in addition to this as a treatment.

Fresh Lotus Eye Gel is the best eye treatment I've ever used. I went to Sephora to look at skincare and they made a sample of it. I told them I wanted to get rid of puffiness due to seasonal allergies. From the first day I started noticing results. My eyes look and feel so much more awake. My under eye concealer and other eye makeup even go on better. Not only does this eye gel work great, but is also has a very pleasant scent. It doesn't seem to have a "fragrance" but more of a fresh natural scent a little similar to freshly sliced cucumber and delicate flower...maybe that's what a lotus flower smells like? I don't know but I like the scent alot! I wish there was a body lotion with the scent. It smells so fresh and clean. :) I just ran out of my sample so I will be getting a full size of this. I am really impressed with how it made the skin around my eyes look!

I swear, I have tried every eye cream out there, from high end $300 ones to drug store brands. Anything to reduce the puffiness and dark circles. Nothing has been effective and some have caused overnight swelling and made a bad situation worse.

I have looked into surgery but haven't got the funds right now. I was at my wit's end. Every time I looked in the mirror, all I saw was circles caused by puffs. I looked old and tired.

I was hanging out at Sephora one day and one the the SAs - a woman about my age and I got to talking. I asked her what she uses and she gave me a very generous sample of this eye gel. The sample lasted me about 3 weeks.

OMG - this is the only thing that has had any impact. It clearly reduced the puffs, which in turn, reduced the circles. It is not greasy and doesn't smear my eye makeup during the day and doesn't make my eyes puff even more over night. It is hydrating and plumps up the crepiness I have in the inner eye area where concealer always collects. Not greasy, yet hydrating...I have rarely found those two things co-existing. Oh my, I am gushing...

And it is around $46 US - not drug store, but not La Mer price, either. As soon as my sample ran low, I immediately purchased. The SA recommended it be kept in the refrigerator for even more power. I have tried that and don't see much difference, one way or another.

It comes in a pump, which on one hand, is hygenic, but on the other hand, often dispenses too much. You really do not need much. I just keep putting more in the little sample container I got. I always have clean hands when I use it since I have just washed my face, and that works fine.

I know, at some point, I will have the eye surgery, but in the meantime, this comes in very handy and I would recommend anyone with puffy eyes try a sample to see if it works for you.

Like many of you, I bought this product at Sephora based on the rave reviews of the sales associates (which makes me wonder if they are asked to rave about certain products more than others, hmmm). I used the product for a little over a week, and although the gel felt great on my eyes in the morning, it did absolutely nothing for the puffiness and dark circles. I know one week isn't a long time, but I've seen quicker results from other products . I returned the product and received a bunch of samples to try instead, so we'll see if I find something that works!

My absolute fave eye cream. This might possibly be my HG, but of course as anyone with dark circles knows, you are always on the hunt for the BEST, however after trying almost every product on the market for dark circles, this is my fave. Its great if you have oily skin, it smells and feels amazing! My only peeve with this is the packaging, when you get to the end of the bottle the pump doesn't work anymore, but there is still product left, which is why i took a star off. For almost $50 (the most expensive product I've bought) I want every last drop of this stuff. It did help with my dark circles and puffiness. I always feel so refreshed after putting it on.

I was looking for a eye cream to help moisturize and get rid of morning puffiness.I was looking around in sephora and the sales woman was telling me about this eye gel and how wonderful it is.I only got a sample because this is 48$and unless I know it works and I love it,I am not spending that much on a eye cream. So my allergies where real bad wednesday and my right eye was real puffy.I reached for this(i keep my eye creams in the fridge)and hoped for the best. This did nothing for puffiness at all didnt even help a little bit.I wasnt expecting a miracle but I wanted at least some of the swelling to go down but nothing.I was a little frustrated but at least I didnt buy the stuff. It does feel nice going on and you dont need alot which is good but there really is nothing special about this stuff.I used this stuff for about a week but Im just not impressed so Im done trying it out.Its just not for me.

A Sephora sales associate gave a rave review for this eye gel, and I gave it a try. It is a nice, light eye gel that provides a minimal amount of help for puffiness. I don't really have dark circles, so I can't comment on this claim. It does provide a nice bit of moisture and my concealer works well on top of the product. It has a lovely, fresh cooling effect upon application. With all that said, it was just an okay product for me and not worth $48 bucks.

This only depuff my eyes but it does not do anything for my dark circles. I have been using this for about a month and I have not seen any results and I have been getting around 8 hours of sleep per night and I am only 20 years old. I would only recommend this for depuffing the eyes. I like the gel consistency also. Put it in the fridge for a refreshing application.

This is the best eye cream that I have ever used (and I've tried most of them) for puffiness. I have bought over 10 bottles of this stuff over the past few years. It is very cooling, refreshing, and actually procudes noticable results! It reduces lines slightly, and doesn't do much for dark circles, but it REALLY helps with puffiness better than anything out there.

However, I have recently developed a wandering eye and am looking for a new product due to a few gripes I have about Lotus. Lotus eye gel lasts me only 2 months when I use it twice daily, and for a cream that costs upwards of 50 bucks (here in Canada), that is too much in my opinion. I also find that they have been putting LOTS of air bubbles into the pump, and so they seem to be only filled with half as much as they could be (ie: the bottle is half empty!) This is something Fresh has started to do within the last year, and I'm quite bothered by it because the product now lasts 2 months instead of 3 or 4.

These gripes have given me a bit of a wandering eye, but don't get me wrong...this is a fabulous product and it does what is says. If you've tried lots of other eye creams and are still searching for your HG puffiness reducer, definitely give Lotus a try. It has been my tried and true for the past 3 years at least, and I highly recommend it!

I think this product is great for getting rid of bags under my eyes. It's not an instant miracle but it helps A LOT over time. I also like the texture, smell, packaging. I'm now using Darphin eye gel for puffy eyes and it works about the same but is about $20-30 more expensive and doesn't smell as nice. Still looking for an eye cream that takes care of bags AND dark circles. This doesn't help with circles at all (nor does it really claim to do that). I don't need anything that is too moisturizing. This is just right for me in the summer and winter (I just put a bit more on in the winter).

This is my eye cream of choice for daytime and I pat it on each morning prior to moisturizing and applying makeup. It claims to de-puff, revitalize and alleviate dark circles. The anti-inflammitory Lotus is supposed to penetrate the skin to de-puff and tone the eye area.
Claims from website:anti-inflammatory lotus instantly penetrates to deflate puffiness and tone eye area
green coffee extract and ginko biloba stimulate circulation, decongest puffiness and prevent accumulation of toxins
soothing cucumber extract and porphyridium cruentum, the concentrated micro-sea algae first used by Fresh, revive tired eyes
green tea and grapeseed polyphenols defend against aging free radicals

I seriously doubt this does anything for dark circles and mine certainly haven't shifted since using this but I do like it for it's soothing de-puffing action. I also love the sanitory pump bottle and the fact that it sinks in nicely. My only gripe is that it can feel a little drying at times.

This is a mediocre product for a high end price. In general I am just not impressed with Fresh skincare. Sometimes I think the people who give Fresh products glowing reviews have expensive product goggles - they think because they paid an arm and a leg, the product actually works. Well I have been using this eye gel for a while and haven't noticed anything different. I have slight darkness under my eyes (I'm an overworked law student) but no bags. This does not do anything for dark undereyes. I will say however it is very cool and soothing and that it doesn't pill, so you can immediately put on your e/s primer/e/s and other eye makeup without any problems. I don't know if this is purely psychological, but I do think it moisturizes and brightens the eye area, but since I have other products that do the same thing (L'Occitane eye balm, Yves Rocher anti-puffiness eye gel), I just can't justify shelling out almost $50 for this Fresh product.

This is pretty much the only Fresh product that I use daily and really like. Lotus eye gel has a light, fresh scent, and feels cool going on under my eyes. I use this during the daytime to lightly moisturize my eye area and provide a smooth base for the thick concealer I use. Since this stuff is so light, I'm not sure how effective it would be on deeper wrinkles, but it does an okay job of helping to fill in the laugh lines under my eyes. And as far as dark circles are concerned, I can't really tell a difference, but hey, that's what concealer is for, right? This is pretty pricy, but a bottle of this should last forever. Would probably repurchase, if I ever run out! Update: The spell Fresh products has cast over me seems to be ending. Even though this eye gel is nice, I don't really see that it's doing anything spectacular for my eyes in the long run (have been using for about 10 months now). Changed to 3 lippies. Will probably not repurchase since I am on a tight budget and this product isn't worth the price tag.
