kate8's review is very accurate.this is light pretty and very nice in a rather young and demure lady.although i don't really fit the bill i'm drooling over this.again at the first spritz dawn shares her favourite citrus note, bergamot maybe with a touch of tangerine.i don't really get the violet but after some secs i smell a nice floral blend with most certainly a faint narcissus wiyh a green but surprisingly not heady aspect.in the drydown this turn a bit powdery but in a great way.lovely

This is a pretty little floral. Note description: Top notes: Bergamot, Clementine, Violet; Middle notes: Bulgarian Rose Absolute, Freesia, Narcissus Absolute, Peony; Base notes: Ambergris, Orris, Virginia Cedar It's not a particularly strong, heady floral---it's delicate and pleasant, like the sort of thing an ingenue would wear to afternoon tea. The notes that emerge most clearly on my skin are a hint of violet, followed by some pretty freesia and peony, and a soft base of amber and orris. It's not so remarkable that I'm fighting Texas-sized lemmings, but I enjoy my sample, and Mr. kate8 adores it. Not as assertive or long-lived as most other DSH oils I've tried; I'd clock it around eight hours, with only the faintest suspicion of a whiff after twelve.
