I love these. I've tried everything, including the Costco brand (awful, irritated my skin), and I heart these the most. These little suckers take off my makeup, even Estee Lauder Double Wear and Revlon Colorstay and all of my eye makeup. I do have to go over my eyes quite a few times to get the gunk off but I always wear waterproof mascara and liner, which is pretty hard to remove.

These are gentle and non-irritating, even on my sensitive skin, rosacea prone skin.

One small bone of contention is the packaging. At first I just bought the refill packs without the plastic case. The seal does not reseal them all the way so I had quite a few of them dry out. I finally broke down and bought the blue case for them. I just rewetted the dried out wipes but a package re-design is in order here.

Love these, I stock up on these every time I hit up Wal Mart.

I keep rebuying these wipes over and over again, well actually refilling since i bought the refill box.
I love these! Ive tried ponds, simple, mac, wipes and none of those compare to the neutrogena wipes!
They dont irritate your eyes and it also takes off all your makeup.
Its so efficient and smooth!
I don't even use the whole wipe, i rip it in half and use that half to take off all my face makeup and eye makeup. Then i cleanse my face and put on a toner.
If i cut one half smaller than the other then ill save the small one and use it for when i make small mistakes on my makeup!
The seal sticks on no matter how many times i open it.
It doesn't dry out.
The only tiny little bitty negative thing i have to say is that it doesn't take off my mascara as fast as i would want it to.
I use an oil makeup remover and pour a little bit onto the wipe and it takes off my mascara so fast!

I cannot live without these! My skin cleared up so much since I started using them. I love the packaging. I bought the little container thing then I buy the refill packs when I run out. I have acne prone skin and I was breaking out really bad so I decided to buy these to remove my makeup before I wash my face. So glad I did! My skin cleared up really fast. I do make sure I wash my face after using them though. It removes all my foundation as well as my eye makeup(and I use waterproof eyeliner). Love it!

Livesaver for those of us who can't be bothered to wash our faces at night (I work late and half the time don't even get to changing out of my clothes before passing out). My sensitive redness- and acne-prone skin has cleared up quite a bit since I began using these - they leave my skin soft and clean and bright-looking. Other reviewers complain of a slight greasiness, to me it just feels like a moisturizer, though they might not work for very oily skin. They easily remove BB Cream, concealer and most eye makeup, though a bit of waterproof mascara lingers as evidenced by little undereye rings the next morning. I stick the pack in a Ziploc bag to prevent the wipes drying out. Other than the packaging, my biggest complaint is the smell. It's not bad, just kinda strong, and would definitely be a dealbreaker if I was very sensitive to fragrances.

I just cannot like these. Every time I use them, I feel as though I just swirled whatever daily acquired germs, dirt, makeup, and oils on my face together, and then added scent. They left me with the feeling I needed to go wash my face. Quite counterproductive, and none of us who are in need of a product like this need that, do we?

I was surprised to see a plastic box displayed for this product here. When I bought mine, I had to buy the foil-like package. The seal it had didn't seal properly and subsequently the wipes dried out. I ended up pitching a good quarter of the package. I bought them on sale at Shoppers, so thankfully I didn't have to pay full price. I felt ripped off because I had to throw them away. Otherwise, I liked them. They took off all my make-up (didn't use them on my eyes, just face) and didn't irritate my sensitive skin. Smelled nice. Too bad about crappy packaging.

I was really excited when I saw the bulk version of this so I quickly grabbed it. Wish I didn't cuz it really burns my eyelids and I woke up with red eyelids so I have like 114 of them to use but we'll see. I really don't know what all the hype is about.

EDIT: I was wrong I don't know what I was doing wrong with this maybe it was the mascara. ugh Prestige really disappoints. But this is great it easily takes off waterproof mascara too!

I bought this as my first makeup remover and I regret it. This made me break out an it kinda burned. Also it made my lashes fall out either because of this or the mascara I'm using and the wipes left a kind of greasy residue on my skin. The only thing good about it is that it removed some makeup.

I really wanted to like this product, but I simply can't. The cloth isn't as soft as I would like and the solution made my skin sting (a little, not too much, but still not nice). Now I am just trying to figure out what I would do with the result of the package.

These are great makeup removers!
I only use these for my eye makeup because there's no way that a makeup remover can completely remove face makeup. They can remove the surface makeup, but I honestly see no point in using it on my face if I'm just going to cleanse my face later on, since my cleanser thoroughly removes face makeup.
That said, one refill pack (the pack that doesn't come with the plastic case) only includes 25 wipes. 25 doesn't seem like much, but one wipe lasts me about 5-7 eye makeup applications (only mascara, occasionally eyeliner).
It removes both washable and waterproof makeup.
I bought them for about $6.50 for 25 wipes, which is actually somewhat pricey. If you use these for your face as well, you may want to get the store brand makeup removing wipes because I honestly think that they work just the same. The Rite Aid brand cost one dollar cheaper, and it came with more wipes. I should have bought that instead.
Would I repurchase? Maybe.

I also bought these from costco months ago & I like these for removing my make up before cleansing my face. They do a pretty good job removing my foundation, blush, highlighter, everything. These don't irritate my sensitive skin, no break outs from these either. I like that I'm able to purchase a pack from costco. The box includes some mini ones that you can use when you travel, friend's house, SO's house..so forth. Will be repurchasing when I run out.

I bought mines in a big pack at Costco. I love these wipes!!! Very moisturizing, non irritating, doesn't make me break out and has a refreshing, clean scent. I only use these on my face so I can't say how well they do for waterproof eye makeup because I use a separate cleanser for that. (Sonia kashuk eye makeup remover). I have these packets in my bathroom, bedroom and purse. Def would repurchase!

Pros:
- removes make up fairly well
- i like the scent of it

Cons:
- I feel like it leaves residue on my face afterwards
- the packaging could've been better. My wipes dried out before I could finish using them.

Overall, an effective make up removing wipe, and fairly inexpensive. It's a pretty good cheap alternative to more expensive MAC wipes and such.

These are pretty good. They come in a plastic box so they don't dry out, and they get a lot of makeup off. I wouldn't say they get all of the makeup off. There is also a residue after I use them, so I HAVE to wash my face off after using them.

Until I find something better, these are worth the convenience.

Neutrogena's Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes are "gentle, ultra soft cloths offer superior cleansing and makeup removal at your fingertips. Neutrogena promises these cloths will "gently and effectively dissolve all traces of dirt, oil, and makeup in seconds. and leaves skin thoroughly clean with no heavy residu so there's no need to rinse." According to Neutrogena the "patent pending formula is so effective it removes even waterproof mascara." These wipes are ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested, allergy tested, alcohol free, and safe for contact lens wearers. My mum picked these up for me at Walmart, she doesn't recall the price, but they have an MSRP of $6.49. Neutrogena products are tested on animals, as they are a subsidiary of Johnson&Johnson. These wipe were made in the UK.
Neutrogena's Makeup Removing Towelettes come in a blue packet with a sticky tab closure. Of course the closure doesn't' actually stay closed, they so rarely do. The name of the product, along with some product info are on the front of the packet. More product info, directions, and ingredients can be found on the back of the packet. Yay informative packaging. If you purchase a "starter kit" like I have, you also get a plastic, reusable, recyclable blue box to keep your packet in, offering additional protection for your wipes. You don't really need the blue box, but it's nice to have, it looks nice sitting on my sink, and it helps keep the wipes from getting drying out.
Each towelettes is white, not particularly stretchy with no fancy texture. They're sturdy wipes, I can barely tear them with a lot of force. They're pretty average in size, I'd estimate them to be about 7x6". They're not as moist as I'd prefer, the edges seem to be the most moist, the centers are pretty dry. I should probably start storing them upside down. Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes remove makeup decently. They take off my face makeup with ease. Eye makeup? Eh, that's a different story. Eyeshadow is no trouble at all, but eyeliner and mascara are much more stubborn. I can't get all my mascara off with just these wipes alone, I need to wet the eye area first, which kinda makes using this towelette pointless. I highly doubt that Neutrogena's towelettes can handle waterproof mascara. I also find it interesting that Neutrogena mentions that these cleansing wipes leave "no heavy residue" as opposed to "no residue". At least they're honest about it. These wipes do leave a residue. It makes my skin feel tight and a little bit itchy, I definitely have to at least splash my face with a bit of water after use, once again, defeating the purpose of this product. If I have access to a sink, why would I use a wipe? Fail.
hese wipes have a neutral, soft, soapy scent to them, I think most Neutrogena products are scented this way. It's pretty faint and fades away almost instantly, it shouldn't bother those with scent sensitivities.
Overall I'm not a fan of Neutrogena's Makeup Remover Towelettes. I should've known better than to ask for these. In the commercial, Jennifer Garner uses them and her makeup doesn't even come off! These wipes aren't moist enough. They take off my foundation in one swipe, but it just can't handle my eye makeup. It's really pointless to use a cleansing towelette if you have to rinse before and after usre. Makeup removing wipes never seem to work out for me. Sigh. I guess these towelettes are more suited for those who wear minimal makeup. I don't really recommend Neutrogena's Makeup Remover Cleansing Towlettes unless you only wear a bit of makeup. I wouldn't repurchase these either, I prefer Yes To's towelettes. By the way, these wipes aren't a very good value as they might seem. They're sold around $6.50 for packs of 21 or 25, you don't even get a full month's supply. Not cool, Neutrogena.

When it comes to removing all that gruesome makeup by the end of the day, these towelettes get the job done. The packaging isn't all that attractive, but the product does its job.

I've been using the Pond's Original Makeup Removing Wipes for years. I never thought they were great, they always dried out and the packaging would never stay closed but they were all I knew so they weren't terrible. Boy was I wrong, after using these, my skin feels cleaner, more moisturized, and they don't tug on my skin like the textured Pond's did. LOVE these, will be repurchasing.

Unlike the Nivea wipes, these do not dry out. However you do have to carefully wipe a few times to get everything off. I use a toner right after this and there will be LOTS of makeup on the cotton ball so obviously it doesn't do its job that well. But for wiping and reapplying makeup on-the-go, I guess it's good enough.

Biore makeup wipes are a lot better (due to more cleanser in the wipe), and gets a lot more makeup off in a single swipe. However they are slightly pricier. That being said, this price difference is small so I will be going for Biore from now on.

I bought these and finished the entire package and would repurchase them. These are good cleansing wipes. They remove all my makeup with one wipe, even my stubborn mascara. I wash my face after removing my makeup with these wipes, and so far no breakouts after completing the pack. I do prefer the Kirkland (Costco) ones though because these have a faint smell that I do not like very much, but I would definitely rebuy these when they are on sale.

I never used makeup remover wipes just makeup remover for maybe my eyes. I thout that my cleanser with a wash cloth would do just the same and wipes were just a waste of money. Boy was I wrong! These neutrogena wipes are fantastic! It gets off all the makeup on my face and eyes. And the wipe is thick enough to be able to use both sides. After I use the wipes I do follow up with my cleanser and a wash cloth (cetaphil cleanser) and then rinse with warm water. But I no longer have terribly stained white wash cloths that never looked clean even though they are. The wipes are stained and then just go in the trash! They travel easy too! I would def recommend!
