this smells like super concentrated lemon juice...stung my nose with its sourness...way too citrusy...my mum bought a bottle of this and she sprays it on together with her altaro or aztique, and that mellows down the citric-sourpuss-in-a-bottle into something sweeter with just the right amount of citrusy zest...but anyways, citrella/zestini is still more tolerable than zinzibar (which made me sneeze upon first whiff).

I'm personally not big on citrus scents, but I do think this is a nice scent. Smells great when mixed with the Vanilla body lotion by The Body Shop.

The alcohol content seriously irritates my nose, so I have to hold my breath when I spray this. The cap is annoying to take off and put back on when you're in a hurry. Otherwise, I like this. It's very tart. The website describes it as citrusy, energetic, light, and zesty. When I smelled the tester at TBS, I thought it was a bit TOO citrusy, so I mix it with Minteva. It really wakes you up.

To me, this smelled like soapy grapefruit. A very wet, sour smell that thankfully didn't last more than half an hour. Usually I'd want staying power in a fragrance....I thanked my lucky stars that this one didn't.

This perfume is gross. It tries to be fresh and citrusy, but only ends up smelling like a mix of nauseating, concentrated lemonade powder and lysol. It reminded me of a hospital room. I don't recommend it alone or mixed. Stay away from it!

The scent gets a good discription below. The citrus note is very noticable, but it's slightly sweet and green too. I mix it with Aztique (the orange bottle :) to warm it up even more and add lasting powder. When using it alone I use two sprays to help make it last. It wears off faster than more expensive scents, but it still lasts six hours on me. I sometimes wear it with a Demeter PMU too. It makes me smell fresh and happy! I love it.

citrus + energetic. "light and zesty. Mix it up with Vellique or wear it alone."
surprisingly complex. a fresh, sweet and tart grapefruit dominated citrus mix with maybe a bit of lemon verbena, and a dry and peppery accord.
the top notes are sharp and lemony while dry down is sweeter. its strong when initially sprayed, but not as long lasting as the other scents. best combined.

I like citrus so I gave this a try and I combined it with Aztique. It's good for everyday use.But it disappears after a while which is a total drawback for a fragrance. But for this price, there's no need to complain much.

Citrella, to me, smells like grapefruit, lemon, and nothing else. It's a great, clean, zesty scent, but I don't think I would wear it by itself. I'm thinking it would combine well with Aztique.
I'll likely buy full bottles of the ones I like best, because you can't go wrong for the price. Shame they don't have these at Canadian Body Shops. :o(

Very much like the rind of a grapefruit. Would be better mixed with something else. Generally I cannot wear straight citrus as they turn foul on me. Occasionally grapefruit works for me, but this does not!

I'm sorry, but I didn't feel any of the commotion that the reviewer below did. This smelled like I sprayed Five Alive Citrus Punch on myself. The scent faded within 2 hours (thank god). No thanks.
