This is a very pretty color; a light soft pink with a bit of lilac and gold shimmer. However, it isn't very pigmented or long-wearing. It's a nice topper for mauvey and pink lipsticks, but I don't think that justifies the $27 price tag. Clinique's Lilac tinted Superbalm lipgloss is a much cheaper dupe for this. Guerlain's is more sophisticated, due to the refined shimmer and fancy packaging, but color-wise they look almost exactly the same on my lips. This is very glossy and has a strong raspberry- fruity scent.

Why oh why did Guerlain have to change the texture of their lip glosses ?????????? The old formula was so much better. Rose Tentation shows up as a sheer gloss with shimmer, no color at all though, very blah. My lip are really pigmented, so that could be the problem. It has zero lasting power, 15 minutes for me. No thank you, in the trash it went.

Gorgeous, is very pigmented for a gloss, and lasts a long time. Anxious to try other shades!

Great gloss, good staying power. Has glitters but doesn't look glittery. Perfect pink day colour for me. Looks subtle. I don't like the brush applicator - I would prefer a sponge-thingy (whatever they are called). Goes with everything, too.

This lip gloss is a new holy grail product for me. There are several reason I rate it at a five. One is that the staying power is amazing. I also like the scent of this gloss, its a rose mixed with apple smell. The taste is also OK its not something you want to eat but it wont make you gag or get that yucky after taste. The color is beautiful, its a complex mix of variations of lilac and pink with gold and I love it.

UPDATE, NOV.10- I upped this gloss another lippie to 5. I have been wearing this for a while now, and I am very impressed with the staying power. For a gloss this sheer and slippy, the staying power is really impressive. It stays shiny for at least a few hours and cups of coffee before really needing a touch-up. More importantly, the pigment wears off evenly, without leaving chunks of shimmer piled up in one area of the lip. Would definitely buy a Kiss Kiss gloss again, but not this shade for the originally cited reasons. (end update)
This is my 2nd Guerlain gloss. For me, what makes or breaks a gloss is the texture, and when I first used this, I was very disappointed - I thought this would become a gooey, slippery mess on my lips that inevitably leads to uneven pigment placement around the edges and the grooves of my lips. For this reason, I am one who generally likes the thicker, stickier, tackier glosses that stays put. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Although you do need to frequently touch up (like any other gloss), as it wears off, the gloss doesn't migrate around and actually stays fairly even on my lips. The finish is very glossy, with shimmer, but not an unsophisticated, barbie-frosty kind of shimmer - it's actually rather "grown-up" and nice. When I first put this on, I thought "baby pink!" like fresh, baby pink lips. I bought this because I wanted a pale pink to go with grey smokey eyes for evening, but on me, I think it is just a bit too sheer for that - I wanted more color and more shimmer! However, the color is still very pretty and fresh, and I will no doubt be using it often as a daytime gloss. Others have mentioned the scent of this gloss - it does have a rosewater scent, that I find rather pleasant and not overpowering.
Although I really like the color and finish, I do think that it is not unique enough to justify the price and thus only four lippies. Additionally, the gloss is just a little too slippery for my taste. I also think I could get a less expensive dupe for it, and thus, no repurchase, either. Still lovely, though.

I love this gloss. 65 has a sheer, baby pink with fine golden glitter color to it. I wasn't expecting much of it, but it makes a glamourous statement. It makes my lips look fuller and prettier. I consider it my party gloss, even though it's not too daring for day wear by any stretch.
I think this color is even better than Urban Decay's Carney, which I LOVE, and I like the texture, which is thick but not sticky, better than Chanel's Glossimer, which was my HG for 3 years.
This is my favorite of all for texture and wearability.

OMG,I am in LOVE with this gloss!I was sort of confused by some reviews and thought it would be very frosty and pale.Keep in mind that I am reviewing the new, repackaged Kisskiss lipgloss.Rose Tentation is a soft, dusty mauve-pink with subtle gold shimmer throughout. In the tube it looks like a lighter version of NARS Sin blush. On my lips,it's almost a MLBB gloss.Emphasis on "but better".I admit it's kind of hard to describe;all I can say is it's really beautiful and unique imo.Kisskiss glosses give lips a gorgeous,mirror-like shine without the stickiness or heaviness other glosses have. The texture is light and comfortable, and these are very moisturizing. What else is there to say?I love the new tube,I love the color, and most of all I love the sweet violet scent Guerlain lippies have.A definate repurchase. Also:this shade looks hot with cool-toned smokey eyes (like MAC's Knight Devine e/s).

I bought this #865 and #866 just because all these raving reviews here and I am not disappointed.
I was told that the old Divinora KissKiss Gloss is discontinued so I got the new (made for spring 2007?) KissKiss Gloss with a brush.
This shade is just the perfect rose shade, not too light, not too pink-pink (I'm PPP), just perfect for my pale, cool skin.
It goes also perfectly together with my Divinora Radient Blush in Rose Pluie d'Or, and that was also my goal; to find a gloss that complements the blush.
I'm very happy with this product and if I find more shades that I like, I will buy them. ;) The price is not that great (quite expensive), but I've now found my HG gloss so I save in something else.

Lucky I got this as a freebie after my makeover in theri counter.
To my surprise I actually like this color it is rosey and mauve color, like MLBB:) The texture is not too sticky and has a faint scent which can accept not over sweet.
When it get used up I may consider buying the full size but have to wait until I finish my 50+ others first lol

Cannot rave enough, this is the perfect gloss!!!! Very amazing, moisturizing but long lasting, has a mini brush instead of a sponge applicator, smells good... really perfect. HG for sure. Kicks gloss booty! Very pretty light pink, not bubble gummy as it appears in the tube, it is very flattering. I will definitely be making these a part of my life in more colors as soon as possible!

i didnt think much to this gloss, i really hated the smell, the taste is also really bad. it just doesnt feel nice on my lips. however the shiny glossy finish is perfect of what id expect from a lipgloss. however that isnt enough to make me forget the smell and taste...also this colour is slightly purple-y or mauve and is frosty (which i hate) and kinda silver-y too and it didnt suit me at all (i have fair skin, blonde hair blue eyes)id have prefered to get the baby pink shade maybe then id have liked this gloss a LITTLE bit more

Rose Tentation is nothing special. Its that shimmery pale pink shimmery gloss that every brand makes. The color reminds me of Chanel Brilliance on the lips, although the Rose Tentation is darker in the tube. Its just a pale pink shimmery frosty gloss. I dont really see much color. Retails for $22, has a faint rosey scent that fades quickly. It also has the brush applicator which i hate. Nothing special and I wouldnt repurchase.

I usually stay away from girly pinks and sparkle but Rose Tentation has changed my mind. This color is a very pale pink/lavendar think Chanel Glossimer Black Tie with more pink and less opaque. It has a silverish sparkle to it and the staying power is excellent. The only thing I don't like about it is that it has that strong signature Guerlain violet scent to it and horrible taste. I prefer unscented lipglosses but I can put up it for now because I like this color so much.

My first Guerlain lipgloss! I don't care for the tacky gold packaging but this lipgloss is something else. I've been ignoring my MAC nymphette because of this. Light on the lips. Moisturizing. Velvety texture. Stays long yet isn't syrupy sticky like MAC Lipglass can get. Smells oddly sweet. And the color, sooo pretty! Just the right pink-shimmer. :) I am ignoring MAC Lipglass more and more. A bit pricey but worth it.

omg! if you are a gloss fanatic you MUST try these! rose tentation looks like a shimmery pretty girly pink in the tube, but it just melted onto my lips and made them shimmery and pretty and more of your lips but MUCH MUCH better look! i thought it might be too pale or frosty for my pale complexion, but not at all! and its not gritty or too thick either! a tad bit of stickiness but not nearly as much as juicy tubes. and not enough stickiness to make it uncomfortable. and oh! the scent is SO nice! kind of a fruity scent? the taste isn't plasticy either. the price IS a bit steep for a lipgloss but i have to say it's worth it! my wallet is lucky that there aren't many colors available at my local sephora because i would be buying all of them!

This is beautiful! I am a ppp and it works great with my skin tones. I love the feel and the look of the wet shine. It stays put along time which is a great bonus! To me this is a very sexy pink for all you ppp's out there! I love it!

Very pretty pink with gold shimmer. It's beautiful. Pretty sticky but nothing too crazy. Really smooth. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the smell. At first I thought it smelled like lipstick but now it smells really perfumy. It's a really nice smell, a tad overpowering but again, nothing too crazy. The one thing that got me, the tube is huge!!!!! I'll never run out of this. And I love the brush applicator.
*update*
THE SMELL IS GOING TO DRIVE ME CRAZY! It's way too strong so I had to take one lippie off. The gloss lasted 2 and a half hours and dried down to sparkles which is nice but after it wore off, my lips were dry. So it's a soso gloss but I wouldn't buy again.
