These 4 colors are tried and true colors that I reach for on a daily basis to get my blue eyes to pop. How convenient they come in a little palette all together! However, the pigmentation in this shadow formula is not good at all, as another reviewer noted, you can blend the shadows to just a faint hint of what they're supposed to be. Just leaving chunky glitter behind. I've graduated onto better quality shadows.

Very similarly is the Maybelline Give Me Gold eyeshadow quad. Similar shades, terrible pigmentation, very chalky, only with MORE GLITTER.

I do like the colors in this quad but they are all shimmery especially the base color. I think for a quad it would have been better if the finishes were mixed but I still like to use all of the colors just not together.
All the colors except the liner shade is too light to use alone on my skin

This isn't the greatest quad.3 of the 4 colors look very similar on the eye the cream,bronze, copper .They are all really shimmery and on the eye shadow look just one giant shimmer look with no definition except for the brown.The colors are nice on there own but as a quad not so much.

I absolutely LOVE this eyeshadow quad! I use all of the colors except for the liner, and they stay on all day, with no creasing or anything. It has wonderful pigment, and is definitely my go-to eyeshadow. I've never experienced any fall-out or creasing, but that might be because I use an eye primer. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish it didn't come with the liner. I just don't like that shade, and the pigment isn't very good. But the other 3 shades are wonderful, I would definitely purchase it again :)

I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying this. The colors look beautiful in the pan, but the formula is horrible. The base, lid and crease colors are tiny glitter particles. You don't get a smooth application of color. The liner color has no pigmentation at all. Because of the glitter you get a ton of fall out. Don't waste your money on this quad.

sunlit bronze by maybelline is a verry nice eye shadow palette.it contains:a shimmery cream-gold,a shimmery copper,a shimmery gold,a shimmery brown-taupe.it goes on smoothly on the application,last long,perfect for a bronzy and glowy look! Love it!

Wow! This quad is sooo gorgeous! If you arent a fan of metallic or shimmer shadows, then this isnt for you. I do love matte shadows but this quad is great in pair with matte shadows or alone for a great summer look.
=PRICE & AVAILABILITY=
These quads can be found wherever your Maybelline products are sold. In most drugstores like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid as well as in Target & Walmart. Price will also vary depending on your location as well as discounts/sales/coupons but I have seen them around $4-5. which is a fair price considering these are all great shadows.
=SHADE & FORMULA & PERFORMANCE=
I know some Maybelline shadows are hit & miss but this quads, Sunlit Bronze is amazing in quality & formulation. They are all 4 amazing soft & pigmented shadows. They all contain a shimmer or metallic look to them. They can be applied sheer or built up for a more dramatic look. I love all of them. I dont necessarily use these as directed or all together but i do reach for alot of the shadows to incorporate into other looks as well. The pigmentation is amazing & they stay on for hours- i def suggest priming your eyes & if you want even more pigmentation & staying power, using different cream bases makes it awesome. I love using bronzey creams w/ these.
I have the old packaging but ill describe the shadows in my opinion- they are all dupes to some high end shadow
BROW- this is a great champagne golden undertone shadow, Its very pretty if sheer for highlight or even as a lid color. gorgeous
LID- a light copper bronze shadow, does look great on lid. its a mid tone copper bronze w/ golden undertone
CREASE- This is a dupe to macs mythology shadow- its a darker copper bronze with a golden undertone. it looks alot like the lid color but a bit darker its so pretty on the lid or blending out a darker bronze very unique
OUTER CORNER- this is my favorite its a milk chocolate bronze brown shadow. dark enough to define outer corner & dark enough to use wet as a liner for a more natural look
All of them are metallic sheen to them. this is a great quad for summer but also right now in fall since it reminds me of the leaves changing in color. Its gorgeous- all of them are amazing. not chalky or hard at all. they all go on well & blend nicely with brush. I have also used these wet or foiled & its even greater! Def a great quad to to own.
=PACKAGING=
i have the older packaging which is the 4 square pans all the same size. now i know the outer corner color is a larger rectangular shape. They all come in a hard plastic rectangular compact that snaps close. The lid is clear see thru plastic so that you can see which shadows are inside. the back sticker shows logo/name/info as well as a picture map to show you where to place the shadows which is great to know the placement where to put them esp if your a beginner. The packaging is the classic drugstore simple plastic packaging its not the best but it keeps my shadows safe. Its slim & compact. def great to bring on trips or on the go makeup application. It also comes with foam applicator if you dont own brushes. it works in a pinch. you get a decent amount of shadow in each pan. i know the one i have i use quite a bit & havent hit pan yet!
Overall, this is an awesome quad that makes some amazing looks. I love the metallic finish these give & it brightens up any eye look. it has 4 beautiful colors & im glad i got it. since i know it compares to HE shadows. They are def soft & easy to use. It will take me forever to get thru this since i dont use it all the time but if i ever do, ill probably repurchase- once Maybelline quits testing on animals! :(

Bought this a while back and at first i hated this eyeshadow. I couldn't understand why it looked almost frosty on application, everything about it confused me and so after several tries i gave up on it. I finally learnt the proper technique for using shimmer and decided to give this a go again. This is now my fav go to eyeshadow for evening time. The grey/copper is a wonderful colour and you really have to apply this a little at a time to get it done right. It is definitely worth the effort though! The colors are gorgeous and light up my NC45 face. There can be fall out so apply a little at at time until you are satisfied. I usually finding blending with my fingers does a better job than the brush. This is high shimmer so use sparingly.

I love this quad for summertime. Gives just a light amount of color and a pretty shimmer. When applied lightly I can even wear these to the office- it brightens and opens up my eyes. Too much however can become a glittery mess, so don't plan on trying to make the colors as bold as they seem in the package, it won't happen.

I purchased this eyeshadow quad on sale for $3.99 at Shoppers Drug Mart without researching or reading reviews and I kick myself for this impulsive buy. Personally I think this quad looks gorgeous in the pan, but in actual use is extremely disappointing. The colours are so sheer with glitter overload and major fallout issues. The only way I'm able to utilize these shades is to pair them with a matte similar shade of eyeshadow underneath. Even then I'm cautious as the glitter can easily become overbearing for my taste. Definitely not an item I would repurchase.

-Price is so-so. I got at a drug emporium at $4-6.
-Applicators are fine.
-Lightest shade is good for highlight.

Con(s)
-Too shimmery, overpowers actual shade. You can load up for the shade and get gajillion of shimmer.
-Too many fall out.
-I have oily lids, after a while the shimmer amplifies the oiliness.

*I got this when earth colors boomed out. I was disappointed.

This is my go to eyeshadow!! I don't usually wear any eyeshadow but when I want to wear it I wear this stuff :) I think the colours are beautiful!!!!!! I don't really like wearing purples, blues, etc. because I like to look natural/neutral. This is the perfect bronzy look for my hazel eyes and skin tone. It is glittery but not too glittery that I feel like a disco ball. To me this eyeshadow quad is just perfect for me and I will repurchase it if they still have it when I run out :D (As for lasting power (without a primer) it is pretty good and lasts for many hours!)

After seeing all the raves on this quad, I decided to buy it. Bad idea; yes the colors look great in the pan. But , it just shimmer with no base color when blended out. When it was placed with a primer underneath, the color barely shows up. Also, this quad is a hit and miss. Some are really smooth while others such as my friend's was chalky.

A very Shimmery metallic eyeshadow. I got this for around 3$ with a coupon and 40% off from walgreens. Colors are sheer but show more with a primer.

This quad is SUPER shimmery, so if you don't enjoy shimmer then this definitely isn't for you. The colors are all very pretty, but are very sheer. That being said, it is possible to build up the color if you are willing to work at it.

I personally love this quad and have been using it for a simple, shimmery look. I think this is perfect for summer!

I picked this Quad up because it was people's HG eyeshadow! This partical quad have too much shimmer in it. When you put it on your eyes all you see is shimmer,shimmer,and sparkle! Color is not that pigmented and the packing is a mess! Will not purchase any of the metalic colors from Maybelline, but will try more of their sheer and neutral colors! Before buying this I didn't know that this was a "metalic" quad, thought it would just be another normal neutral quad. Sadly it isn't

color pay off really sucks. only the crease color is worth it, which brought it up one lipstick.
not even the sponge tip applicator could pack on the color enough. sorry won't be repurchasing. not even chancing with other quads

I love the shimmer! The four colors are very different from each other but compliment the other colors so well. I decided to use the sponge tip application that comes with the quad by pressing and packing on the colors onto the lids, which works wonders. I only gave it 4 stars because the quad is not dark enough for dramatic eyes. Great for a day time shimmer bronze look.

When I tried applying this product, it was so shimmery that it made my eyelids look wrinkled, dry, and just plain disgusting. I've never had that happen with any other eyeshadow. I will not be buying this product again.
