I recieved a mini-size of this in a regieme kit. My primary eye concern is dark circles and after using this for months there was no improvement. The skin around my eye area felt more moisturized but I can achieve the same result with any moisturizer. This is one of those products that didn't help matters but didn't hurt either. Because I'd rather use an eye cream that would diminish my dark circles I won't repurchase.

Korres eye cream is not for sensitive eyes. Wore it under makeup and gave a crepe paper look at first. With time it smoothed out. However it made my eyes water all day. Couldnt wait to get home and wash my face.

I did not like this product at all. It burned and stung my eyes. I was surprised since I don't usually have sensitive skin. I'm glad this came as part of a kit because I haven't used it since. I recommend trying it in the store or via sample before purchasing.

I received a sample of the Primrose eye cream as a part of a sample kit.
The primrose eye cream stung my eyes and made them water for hours afterwards. It was not all that hydrating and the few times I did use it I saw no benefits at all. A few uses may not be a fair trial to base a review of effects on, but there wasn't much going on in favour of the Primrose Eye Cream. The frangrance was so strong, too strong for any product going near the eye area. I can not reccomend the Primrose eye cream to anyone who may be the slightest bit sensitive in the eye area.
I could not finish my sample and I will not repurchase. I was quite disappointed in this Korres product.

This cream is good for hydrating your eye area but being a natural product is not really effective with dark circles. I have seen some improvement with my first fine lines but still I wouldn't recommend it to someone who needs to drastically improve the eye area.I will definitely finish up this tube though; I like its light floral scent and its consistency, it looks thick but spreads easily like a gel. It freshens up my eyes in the morning and is an excellent concealer base. I don't consider this a waste of money but I don't think I will repurchase it.

The great thing about it, is that you get a LOT of product in the full-size tube, so it's very good value.
In terms of results…well, it's just fine. It's a good basic eye cream, but it doesn't do anything miraculous and there's really nothing special about it. It moisturizes well enough, smells good, has a nice, light texture and feels nice on the skin. But it does nothing for yndereye circles, fine lines, doesn't brighten the undereye area or improve skin elasticity.
It's not a good eye cream if you're looking for something with anti-aging properties, but it's a good simple formula for younger skin with no need for anti-wrinkle treatments.

Korres Evening Primrose Eye Cream
My Skin type is Normal, can be dry on my cheeks if I don't moisturize
I'm assembling the ideal skin care products for my daily regime and have tried quite a few eye creams. This is one of the ones I recently tried.
Here's my review:
Texture: Medium weight creamy in consistency. I really prefer a more substantial 'weight' to an eye cream without being greasy.
Finish: Eye surface does feel moisturized, neither leaves a matte finish or a dewy or greasy one.
Performance: I use at night so it doesn't compete my foundation.
Application: Absorbs well, moisturizing but not heavy. Smooths easily over skin. Of course, I apply with fingers.
Packaging: I bought this in a Korres Wild Rose kit, so it was a small plastic tube.
Odor: It says 'evening primrose' not sure what that scent is: it is clean and pleasant.
Cost: Middle to high end.
My rating scale is: EXCELLENT, GOOD, FAIR AND POOR
Overall rating for this product: GOOD. I think this is a decent eye cream. Good for normal skins, I think dry or textured or older skin types would definitely need something more moisturizing.

Love this product. I feel healthy. I feel like my skin is moisturized, even and firm. The scent is natural and its pleasant. I use it all the time and my skin seems rejuvenated... Worth it ...

LOVE. I love the white color of this so I actually can see where it is going. It is thick enough to be the emolient eye cream that is needed to prevent wrinkles. It smells great naturally. Its bottle is cute (I have the little one that came in the pomegranate set- would recommend!) This is one great eye cream.
-Most importantly, it does not irritate my extremely sensitive eyes.

This is a basic eye cream. There's no added scent to it so it just has a neutral smell. Nothing awesome about it. Its texture is nice and light, and the tube is humongous for the price so it's a good value for money. It doesn't do anything extraordinary though - it doesn't brighten the under-eye area and it only temporarily reduces the appearance of fine lines. Basically any cream does that for the first few minutes after you apply it, the difference between dehydrated and hydrated skin is pretty striking, but the results usually don't last at all. So I don't really know what the deal is, I assume it's a good rather than a bad thing to put on your eyes, but to me it just feels like some kind of water that will cool you off for 5 minutes in the desert before the heat strikes again, with absolutely no further beneficial results. I don't think I'll repurchase just because I find it so un-special and blah.

I bought this after some research here in the forum. I was using the body shop elderflower eye gel for a few years now. As I become older, the gel does not work as effective as before. Although it is still quite hydrating and de-puffs rather well, it can no longer treat my evergrowing undereye dark circles and little fine lines.
I have been using this prodcut for about a month. The texture is very creamy but feels light when applied. I do not have any irritated reaction to it at all(but then I hardly have any allergic action to any skin care products ever. When it comes to my face, my skin is extremely insensitive to all the ingredients most of the times). I followed the instruction and only applied it on the undereye areas all the way towards my temple.
I have not realize any noticable difference for the fine lines but I can see my dark circles appear less in general. I can hardly smell anything which is something I would prefer.
I cannot say a lot about hydration since I always add up a layer of my elderflower eye gel on top of this. Obviously it is very hydrating but I suspect it is not the work of this product alone. The tube is huge compare to other standard eye treatments and I have a feeling that it can last me a long time.
Update 11/25/2011: I have been using this for a few months now. Since I finished my last jar of elderflower eye gel, I now apply Garnier anti-puffiness eyeroller before this.
I still have no adverse reaction to this product. It keeps my dark circles at bay (maybe even decrease them a bit). But I did not notice much improvement for the very fine smiling lines. I also notice the puffiness has decreased though I am not sure if it is a combined results from both products.
After all these months, I still have a lot left. It seems like the tube could last forever. Although, it is a bit pricy but it gives a total of 30ml instead of the usual 15ml.

I never buy eye cream, as I usually just use my regular moisturizer around my eyes, but this one came as part of a set with some other Korres products, so I figured I'd give it a try.
The scent is nice and the texture was very soft and smooth, but I did not notice any change in the skin around my eyes.
I wouldn't buy this again, as I didn't see any noticeable results.

I was very excited to try this product based upon reviews here. I had a terrible allergic reaction to this eye cream. The scent is very strong and irritated my eyes so much that I had to wear glasses and not contacts. My eyes also become swollen and red. I have not ever experienced a reaction to a beauty product so it took me a few days to figure out what was causing it (I blamed it on seasonal allergies at first). After discontinuing use, the symptoms disappeared. I returned the unused portion and purchased a much more expensive product which works well (Super Bright Eyed with Melon).

I bought this on a whim, and after reading reviews, I was really afraid I would have a bad reaction to the high concentration of evening primrose. Apparently, it doesn't bother me. This is a very good eye cream for me. I might have preferred for it to be slightly richer, but it does the job. I'm more into preventative skin care, and, so far, it's keeping the fine lines and puffiness at bay. This goes well with the Wild Rose 24 hour cream for my face, so I'm happy that I've found a simple line that I like.

Let me begin by saying that I am very Skeptical of eye creams in general. Most never do what they claim to do. I typically will just use a regular moisturizer under my eyes or a serum which I feel penetrates better into the skin. I got this eye cream in the Yogurt Regimen kit. It feels nice, does not irritate my sensitive eyes and definitely hydrates my undereye area. I've been using it for a month and I have to say, I no longer have to use undereye concealer, even when I have not had much sleep. My eye area is much more hydrated (Without getting Milia), brighter and my fine lines are almost invisible unless your staring at my eyes from a few inches away. So I would say that this is a excellent product. It did take about 2 weeks for me to notice a difference and a month to see real results. It also goes on very nicely under makeup, no piling at all. It sinks right in and is not greasy at all. I actually think this might be one of the few eye creams (Other than Lancome Progres') that I would actually repurchase.

Very nice eye cream. Doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin and seems to sink in instantly. One tube lasts a VERY long time so it's well worth it price wise. I just didn't see much difference in my under eye circles. But I will continue to use it nevertheless.

I've been using this for about a month at this point and up until now, I am pretty happy with what I'm seeing. I have fairly bad undereye circles and I have this weird sort of texture under my eyes (apparently due to dryness) and only a few fine lines. That weird texture under my eyes has definitely started to smooth out because this eye cream is very moisturizing so I'm happy about that. Also, my under eye circles have DEFINITELY gotten lighter. I can tell because I barely have to use any undereye concealer now and my concealer just goes on a lot smoother. I think I may also be seeing a bit of a difference in those fine lines under my eyes as well. Keep in mind that this is only a month into using this cream in the morning and at night every single day. If I see even better results I'll update this. :)

Simly: LOVED it! It smells amazing, it's really moisturising but not greasy at all, absorbs instantly and lives my under eye area velvety! It even brightened up my circles-which is really difficult for an eye cream to achieve. Love it, i will be buying it over and over!

It didnt do anything for my dark circles whatsoever but I keep usuing it because I love the way it feels. My undereye feels really nice and moisturized and I love the subtle scent.
