Compare this to too faced.. This works better :) . I have extremely oily lids. Gets oily within two hours. I use this then a dusting of makeup forever hd setting powder and no more transferring of eyeliner to bottom lid. Does have a bit of creasing after about 6 hours. But never thought my eyeshadows could stay on for so long!!

This primer did NOT work for me. It made my eyes even greasier than without it.

I cannot get enough of this primer! I just love it. The packaging is great because since it comes with a brush, its hygienic. it really helps improve the shade of my eye shadows and even when I just wear (any) eye liner alone, it helps it stay longer lasting.
This is a really nice product to invest in. I've tries other primers, but always come back to UDPP.

The BEST primer! I have very oily eyelids and I am asian so my eyeshadows always crease and smudge everywhere. The only thing that saves my eyeshadow is this primer. Love it! I do have to make sure my skin is well-moisturized though before using this because it can cause dryness. It's weird having dry and oily eyelids :0P

If you don't have very oily eyelids, this primer is very good. It has good staying power and increases the vibrancy of your eye-shadows. It is my go-to primer during the cooler months.

However, during the warmer months, I tend to have very oily eyelids. Therefore, I use the Eden version of this primer; and it is fantastic!!!

The only thing frustrating is that due to its packaging, unless you de-pot the product, you waste a lot of product.

Based on reviews, I expected much more. Although it helps my shadow last longer than it would without a primer, my shadow creases under less than four hours of wear. I have EXTREMELY oily lids so that may be the reason why but for the price, I had high expectations. I'm just using it until I run out. I've recently tried Wet n' Wild's new primer and it works SO much better than this one. It doesn't make my shadow crease after 6+ hours of wear and it's much more affordable.

Holy balls. This item is incredible and reached my Holy Grail Status only after two days of wearing it.

I honestly have noticed a giant increase in the color quality and brightness after using this product. I'm spoiled and have never had an issue with makeup creasing, but I have no doubts this will take care of it.

There is almost nothing to applying this, therefore, I expect it to last a long while.

Bless you, Urban Decay and may this product remain forever.

Good eye primer, does its job well. Even if you don't plan on wearing eyeshadow, just a quick coat of this stuff will make your lids less greasy and give it a nice nude matte look.

I did notice it helped with crease lines on my eye lids. However, it didn't help with my gel liner from smudging :( My eyes must be super oily since this seems to work for everyone. I did not like the packaging. I noticed some purple flakes while doing my makeup and realized that it was the purple layer that kept peeling off and getting on my hands and face while applying makeup. I will repurchase though until something better comes along.

This works pretty well, but it's not the end all be all of primers. I'm sure something less pricey could work just as well, although I did sleep in my eye makeup last night and it still looks decent today. I hate how my mascara flakes into this and then stays there forever. So, yeah, I guess it works.

Ok let me start out by saying that I understand all the hype! I bought this when Sephora sent me a 15% off cupon I figured eeh what the hell. I have used this for anout a month and it keeps my eyeshadows on all day. I do have oily eyelids but they were no match for this primer. The formula is not thick and is easy to apply the tue i bought does not have the want but it is ok. My eyeshadow looks fresh all day and I do not find myself having to reapply it. I used to use the MAC piant pots and I probably would go back to the paint pot but this is defently a great back up to the paint pot!

I used the old one with first "naked" and now using this one with "naked2" - great, colors of shadows appear brighter and stay on all day! Just price is much higher than others, but for quality stuff you have to pay

I dont wear eyeshadows every day but when I do, this definitely helps. My eyeshadows look more vibrant and dont crease throughout the day which is great.
Im lazy and therefore dont wear much makeup. The only products I use on a regular basis are gel eyeliner and mascara. No matter which brand of gel eyeliner I use (mac, bobbi brown, maybelline, etc.), I always see some smudging/creasing at the end of the day. The UDPP really helps with this.

I really like the UDPP,and glad the packaging has changed. My first bottle I depotted, and while I don't wear shadows every day this helps them to stay in place & not crease. I've even taken a nap with my eye mu on after a day & it looked the same as when I applied it that morning. I'm currently trying this on my under eye area( per YT vids) to prevent creaseing of concealor. So far, with my Ben Nye power it's done good.

So I've been building up my makeup collection and realized quickly how important having a good eyeshadow primer can be. I have been trying out several different brands ranging from Lorac, Elf, Too Faced and Urban Decay. Just yesterday I decided to do a eyeshadow smack down between the Elf eyeshadow primer ($1) and Urban Decay's primer potion. Well after applying my makeup at 9AM (Elf on the right eye and UDPP on the left) and then going about my day I saw little to no difference between the two during the day. By 8PM when I removed my makeup there was a bit (not substantial) of creasing from the Elf eyeshadow primer and UDPP had a little less creasing. For a $1 Elf has created a product that can stand up the much talked about much raved about UDPP. I will not be spending my money on a product like UDPP now that I see that the Elf $1 primer can do just as good of a job. Though I will admit that the packaging is adorable its not enough to make me want to run out and spend nearly $20.
