Amande lip pot is a lovely nudey shade in a tinted pot balm. I wish it were in a stick or tube, but the little jars are cute. They are about the same size as a MAC tendertone. Amande is actually fairly pigmented. The lip pots are all pretty moisturizing, too. Don't be intimidated by the fact that it looks muddy brown in the pot. It looks much nicer on the lips.

Stila's Amande lip pot (retail - $16) is a lovely peachy-nude that look very natural on me (LLL, NC20, Stila B/20 watts). The lip pots seem more like a tinted balm than a gloss to me, though they do leave a bit of a shine. They are unscented and non-sticky, and I love them! They look very natural, yet somehow polish off your look. Amande is one of the medium-pigmented lip pots, not the most pigmented, but not the least either. I'm not overly fond of pots for lip products, but for some reason, these don't bother me. Maybe it's because they are cute - glass with a floral lid, or maybe it's because you don't have to press hard to get the product on your finger so you never have the product-under-fingernails issue. At any rate, I really love the lip pots, and Amande is one of the good ones.

The pot is beautiful and the texture is quite nice, but this is actually a bit too pigmented for my pink lips and fair skin. It looks a bit too brown on me. Since getting this a have also bought Fraise which I love and is a perfect colour match for me.

I really like the color of this gloss- it is nice and sheer, and is good if you want to go for a natural look, or want to highlight other features, like eyes or cheeks. however, if you're looking for a strong lip color, this isn't it. the texture is so-so; i'm not a huge fan of glosses, so i don't really like the runniness of this. i also don't like reaching my finger into the (admittedly very cute) pot to dig it out. i think this would have worked very well as a lipstick/gloss kind of product, if it was a bit more pigmented and solid, and was put in a tube rather than a pot. for a similar color but with much better results, i've found the vincent longo lipstick stain in nude. gives me that hint of extra color (though still a little sheer), but with a longer wear, better texture/finish, and a nicer applicator.

A very average product. I don't know why I've lemmed this for so long. (And I'm so glad I swapped for it instead of paying the 16 bucks). It does come in a cute little glass jar with a flower on the lid, but I'd rather have a quality product in ugly packaging than the reverse. Anyway, "Amande" looks like a burnt peach/terracotta color in the pot, but is very, very, very sheer and only adds a slight peachy/nude tint to lips (mine have medium pigmentation and are a mauve-rose color) and a bit of shine. No scent or taste. Somewhat greasy--felt just like vaseline, but not as emollient--Man, this is one friggin' expensive lipbalm. I'd advise you to save your money and get a real lipgloss. This is definitely a case of paying for the packaging and the brand rather than a quality product. And there's not even that much in the pot, esp. if you have to keep reapplying all the time. I could deal if there were more pigment or this were cheaper. Would definitely not repurchase.

These are all great. Great texture, a soft, supple lip look. Amande is a very neutral to warm peachy tint (although, with most of the stila lip pots, the color is very sheer, more of a tint really) so it's easy to wear.

These are like tinted balms, very emollient and moisturizing, and feel wonderfully soft on. Amande is a nude peach shade, it looks beautiful with played up eyes or with basic/minimal makeup looks. Its a very versatile shade.

If (like me) you enjoy experimenting with bright, daring or dramatic eyeshadows, you may find this is the perfect gloss to complete your look.

Amande is a nude, delicate colour which wont detract from fancy eyes. It leaves the whole face looking polished, whereas bare lips often leave my face looking 'unfinished'.

I've found this colour to be great value for money, since it's appropriate for day or evening wear, but I had to knock one lippie off since it isn't the most lasting colour ever. Then again, what gloss is?

The packaging is beautiful - a glass jar with a small, artsy flower on the lid. Buy this colour to look delicate and effortless. :)

Quite surprised by how much I've been wearing this. Amande is a peachy-brown that basically just tones down the redness in my pigmented lips, nuding them out a bit. The texture is quite nice: more substantial than MAC Tinted Lip Conditioners, not too sticky, not too greasy. No scent that I can detect, and I'm sensitive to such things. My only complaint is that you don't get much product for your money. I'm already about halfway through and I've only had it for about a month.

This is a great everyday color that is more satin than glossy. It will look great on evryone. I would buy itagain if I had the extra cash but I can live without it.

I like this product well enough. I really like the supple look this gloss gave my lips as opposed to the oil slick most gloss aim for these days. Amande, however, is a rather average color. It will suit almost anyone and while it's not exactly unflattering, it's also highly unlikely to give your face some 'pop'. I like the fact that it actually minimized my full and pigmented lips but I think I will probably repurchase Fraise next time. For all it's worth, Dior's Shiniest Beige is just far superior and a better deal. Don't be fooled by the generous looking pot, for the frequency with which one will need to reapply this product, a $16 pot will last two weeks.

Unfortunatly this product does not work for me, which is sad since it is so cute! I have pale skin, yellow undertones and wearing this lip gloss is like wearing nothing. I can't see any color, and hardly any shine. It is like a clear lip balm on me. It has no scent and comes in an adorable package, but for $16 I need at least SOME color!

Retails for $16 @ local Nordstrom/Sephora. Amande goes on very sheer nude on my lips. I cannot detect any hints of peach at all, esp. since my lips are naturally pigmented. The texture is similar to that of MAC tinted lip balm, somewhat waxy, think of a regular lipstick but with more oil on it. The finish is not high gloss, but more of a soft shine, similar to Armani Shine/Sheer lipstick. The pot opening is larger than that of Stila Rouge pots, which I think it should be the other way around. However, the lid is so cute and artsy, good enough to sell to all Stila fanatics out there.

Let me be the first to say, these new Lip Pots are WONDERFUL. I put them under the category of "Lip gloss" and they ARE pretty glossy, but they have a lipbalm quality to them as well. Really, they are just delightful. The texture is so creamy and surprisingly their staying power is pretty good. There are 4 colors..."cerise" which is a sheer red; "amande" which is an orangey brown (my personal favorite) and 2 others (which I didn't buy, so I don't remember their names...but one was a darker sheer brown and one was a sheer pink/purple)-all colors were beautiful. I am reviewing "Amande." I will say this: I have been looking for the perfect nude for FOREVER. Everything I tried was either too light and washed me out or too neutral or too glossy or way too matte. Well this was my answer. Totally does NOT wash me out--it actually brings color to my cheeks (I am LLL with olive undertones). The color is a brown/peach. Anyway, I love Stila for bringing these out. They are also pretty reasonably priced ($16 each). Go out and get one of these! SO worth it!
