I really love all of their eyeshadows. This one is a really flattering shimmery peach color. Looks great alone on the eye. LOVE.

I got this in the Guilty Pleasures set and I'm really happy with the set. The size I have is a .1 oz size, about 1/2 the size of a regular glimmer, but they still last a very long time, even in that size. Good Fortune is an interesting color - kind a cross between a orangey-gold, and peach, with not only shimmer but *sparkle/glitter*. This makes the glimmer a little chunky going on, but when applied wet, with a fixative such as Mixing Medium or Fix +, over UDPP it lasts fairly well and goes on ok when smoothed on wet with a taklon brush. I get better lasting power with BE glimmers, glimpses and eyeshadows using UDPP. I think this color is very versatile so I would definitely get it again when I run out. It would look good with almost anything - browns, greens, plums, purples, pinks, etc. - maybe not a blue but even a grey or smoke color would do.
I am wearing it today, with Cocoa in the crease (also from the set) and then BE Wearable Pistachio (a light, matte bone color) for the highlight, with a medium plummy grey-silver liner shadow from Alima (Black Cherry) and it's really, really pretty.

ugh, the glimmers are way too sparkly for me. this color is a light orange on me (NC25, asian) with lots of glitter.

I love this colour, it looks great with deep green colours like soiree. Definitely one of my favourites!

i received a sample of this in a swap from a real sweetie who sent me alot of BE colors that i have totally fallen in love with, however, this was not one of them. it looks pretty enough in the pot, an orangey shimmery color, but on my skin (which is very pale) it doesn't show up at all. i can't imagine it showing up on someone with darker skin! i didn't try it wet, but i don't even want to. not worth the hassle. i would not recommend or repurchase.

This was given to me by someone in a trade, and while it is not something I would have necessarily bought for myself, I am glad to have it. The color in the pot is similar to a fortune cookie, and it is a little scary. When I put it on, it is a beautiful, warm shade. It is not really peachy, but not too yellow either. Very hard to describe. It is also fairly sparkly, but not in a glittery way. It is great for a "I don't want to leave the house without makeup, but I don't really want to get made-up" look. My biggest complaint is that it does not have a sifter top.

Going on the reviews alone, I thought I would be safe from the orange in this glimmer, but I was wrong. It does look a very scary shade of orange/tan in the jar. While the application is nowhere near as scary, it is still orange on me. I was hoping for a warm golden glimmer. Instead, I got a citrusy glimmer. Perhaps it is my skintone (Mac NC25) but this definitely turned an unflattering shade on me. I also found that the particles of glimmer got all over my face during the application. Overall, not a winner.

I'm fairly new to Bare Escentuals, but so far I love it. I put on this natural glimmering eyeshadow over well rested, put on some mascara and I'm good to go!

Great color, especially with tanned skin! Looks a bit scary and too orangey in the jar, but beautiful on! Makes my blue-green eyes really pop. The only thing is, the glitter particles falls off fast. Overall, no doubt about it - 5 lippies.

I received this in a swap and was a little concerned when it came and looked so orange-y in the tin. However, on the eyelid it is a nude/bronze/gold sweep of shimmer that I think would look great on anyone. I've found it easiest to load your brush by flipping the tin upside down (and rightside up again) and using half of the powder on the inside of the cap for each eye. Definitely a good investment or a good place to start with BE glimmers.

"Good Fortune" is one of my all-time favorite summer eye colors. It's just a perfect light, sheer wash of golden color, and it really compliments tanned skin so well. "GF" is the one that I reach for when I want to keep my eye look simple on those long hot summer days.

I absolutely adore this color! When swept on conservatively, It complements my blue eyes, making them pop and sparkle. I am a very pale skinned, rosy cheeked gal that usually steers clear of anything that even resembles gold, but this is just beautiful! Try it.

Beautiful, sheer sparkly warm shade. Looks GREAT when used with well rested as a base. Tried it wet the other day and looked even better! Great everyday color!

Beautiful, peach/gold color, looks sort of shockingly gold in the pot, but goes on as a sheer peach/gold.

What a fun but neutral shade! In the pot it looks like a peach tinged gold and goes on very similar. I've seen many say it loses its peachy qualities but I found that using a champagne colored base helps to preserve that. I think it'd make a great highlighter or a nice gloss mixed with clear. I got this in the wish kit and, as with everything that came in it, I couldn't be more please. BE is quickly reeling me in as a huge fan!

Once again BE has surprised me. I received tis in the Wish Kit. It looks like an orangey bronzer in the pot, and being the cool girl I am, I was sure it was going to go in the trash. It goes on a very sheer, shimery, peachy bronze that miraculously *does* work for cool girls!! YAY. It is sooooo sheer its barely there. Tons of sparkles which fall down onto the cheek. I apply it sheerly (using a cream base is essential) but it layers well. Once you have the color depth you want, just use a fluffy brush to sweep away the excess sparkles from the eye and cheek area and then you wont look like a disco ball. Really pretty, does not crease on me and its just perfect for summer. Sometimes I put this on top of Well Rested eyeshadow as a base, and add a bit of All Girl pigment and then Stila Kahlo in the center of my lid. Get so many compliments its a great summer eye for night :)

I was surprised by how much I like this color. As others have said, glimmers can be too sparkly for me sometimes, but this just makes my green eyes pop! It is a peachy gold color, and I didn't think the glitter was too prominent - I didn't have teen-age sparkly eyes. I'll incorporate this into my daily look for a while!

I'm not too wow'd by this product. Its a pale gold shade with shimmer. Although its an e/s, I sometimes like dusting it on my cheeks over warm radiance to add oomph. I also used this on my lips which somehow made it look fuller, but was way too gritty. I like how this makes my eyes look like they twinkle/sparkly. But i have to apply it wet to get any good use out of it since i find that the staying power isn't really there. this also reminds me of MAC's fairylite pigment in terms of shimmer and texture.

A very pretty but suble color. I was hoping that this would be more pigmented. In the pot it looks like a peachy gold. On, only the gold shimmer is detectable. I wish more of the peach would show up. I bought this as part of a kit. I'm not sure whether I'd repurchase. Not a must have, but still pretty!

I had no idea I would love this shade so much. When applied it is much more subtle than you would expect. Great complement to blue eyes--especially when used with the new shade, warm radiance. I'm sure it would be a nice complement to other eye colors as well. Did a BE makeover on my sister using the new Wish kit shades and she especially liked the eye shadows of good fortune and warm radiance. Highly recommend!
