I actually received this as a sample from sephora, I really wanted to like this as it does a fine job at moisturizing rough spots but I could not get over the overbearing scent of either menthol or something else. A huge gripe of mine with a product like a lotion is that is should at least have a pleasant, soft smell like verbena or lavender or better yet be unscented, either of these would greatly improve the product, unfortunately because I find this scent so not appealing I have to give it 2 lippies, that alone would reduce it to a single lippy for me but it does appear to moisturize fairly well and has a nice creamy consistency, and for someone else who isn't so bothered by the scent it might be a great product for you, but I will not be buying a full size

This hand cream is amazing! Absorb quickly and yet moisturizing. It lasts so long. Even after you wash your hands with soap, your hands are still soft and smooth. I don't mind the price as long as it works well. Love it!

This stuff is a life saver. I bought it from ebeauty.ca for $15, which is less than some hand creams I've tried so it's worth it in my opinion. I think if you don't have dry hands there are probably other cheaper creams you can use, but I get really dry hands that can have eczema flare ups when they get wet. This stuff works really well at protecting my hands when they absolutely have to get wet (showering, washing etc) which keeps the dryness in check

My boyfriend is obsessed with this stuff! He works with his hands using tools, chemicals, etc. at work, so his hands get very rough and callused. This stuff makes his hands super smooth! (I sneak some too)
Our only complaint is that it is a bit pricey.

I absolutely LOVE this Hand Healer!!! Great for people who wash their hands a lot or deal with chemicals. I do hair, and touching color, washing color out of client's hair ultimately makes my hands really dry and I hate oily lotions.
I got a little sample of this with a purchase at Nordie's.. I love it, the eucalyptus scent is so refreshing. It dries as soon as you're done applying.
The only thing I don't like is that the lotion is so thick that if you wear black everyday like myself, if it's not dry completely... it might leave little white marks on your clothes. But I can get past that. Just don't touch yourself in any way! Haha.
I love it so much, I have the big one and a mini for carrying in my purse.

This is the best hand cream I've found next to my old standby Neutrogena Norwegian Formula, which I've been using for at least 20 years. This is no wimpy hand cream. It's thick but not greasy, smells lightly of eucalyptus (which dissipates really quickly), absorbs immediately, and lasts through a hand wash or two. Besides the usual moisturizers, it contains vitamins E and A, which I think boosts it's moisturizing/healing properties (JMHO). My hands get dry to the point of cracking/bleeding every winter, and this cream has helped immensely with that problem. I've already repurchased and will continue to.

I received this as a deluxe-sized sample from Sephora. It's a thick, but not greasy, white cream that smells heavily of menthol. I'm not sure why I'm the only one who seems to think this, but the cream is mediocre. Although it doesn't have a rich, heavy texture, it also doesn't sink in and absorb quickly, as you might expect. My hands aren't especially dry or in need of "healing", but this stuff did not moisturize them particularly well, and I don't like the medicinal scent. Won't ever be purchasing this when I can easily find better products at any drugstore. Gave it to my 9-yo daughter, who likes it, but what does she know! ;-)

I've tried at least a half-dozen different hand lotions, and this is the only one I would trust to moisturize severely dry hands. It's advertised for men, so I had a feeling it would be stronger than the usual cream - luckily, it doesn't have much of a scent, and what little it does have will fade quickly.
A little expensive, but worth looking into if you ever get painfully dry or overworked hands.
edit: Many months later, I have to mark my review from 5 down to 3. After trying a few more hand lotions, I now find this pretty average as far as moisturizing. I also grew to dislike the thickness and the menthol smell. It's not bad, but I wouldn't purchase again.

This is my absolute favorite hand cream. I have dry, sometimes cracked skin on my hands from frequent washings. I've tried L'Occitane's Shea Hand Cream (did nothing for me), Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula Hand Cream (okay, but sticky), Weleda Skin Food (smelly and greasy) and the Lollia Shea Hand Creams (smells nice, but expensive and not very moisturizing). This Industrial Strength Hand Healer is just what I've been looking for - thick, moisturizing, long-lasting and very lightly scented. I would describe the scent as minty with a hint of wood chips - sounds weird but is totally unoffensive. I wear this at night with gloves and during the day as necessary. The difference in my skin is almost instant - the flaky, red, irritated skin seems to begin healing before my eyes. Also, my hands don't end up greasy or slippery - only moisturized and soft. This is kind of expensive, but it works so well for me that I don't mind the price.

I first got to try this as a sample. It is made for men, but I fell in love with it when I tried it.
It moisturizes your hands well yet leaves them dry. So you have supple nice smooth skin that is not sticky at all. I loved how it made my hands feel, and I loved the menthol smell. This stuff really made me happy. Unfortunately I will probably not repurchase though because it was expensive and I am not in the hugest need for the perfect hand moisturizer.

Receieved this as a sample from Sephora. Does have a strong medicine like smell -- but works great! I'm constantly washing my hands and they often get dry, this does wonders to moisturize them! I would probably purchase this in regular size.

I LOVE this! I think this might be the first time I have even bothered reviewing a hand cream. My hands get very dry and previously the only product I had ever really repurchased was Neutrogena fast absorbing hand cream, but this is much better. I got this as my Sephora Beauty Insider deluxe sample from my last store purchase. A little bit goes a very long way - on the tube it says to use a nickel sized amount but I need a lot less. As others have said it is not greasy but is a very effective moisturizer. Probably the best thing about it, though is the smell - which was quite unexpected. Another reviewer compared it to mothballs but I will have to disagree! It does have a menthol quality to it, but it is a very light, clean and refreshing smell. I just love to smell it on myself. I will buy a large tube when the sample runs out without even looking at the price.

I guess I don't have much to add so ditto the stuff about it being very moisturizing but completely non greasy. I like the scent! Not sure what it is exactly and yes, I would call this gender neutral but it's nice. It is a bit pricey for hand cream though.

I love this hand cream. It's not greasy at all, sinks into your skin rather quickly, and yet is still super moisturizing. I find that I reach for this the most often over other heavy duty moisturizers, because it does the same job without being greasy. I only use it on my hands though, so I can't say how moisturizing it would be for the rest of the body. The smell doesn't bother me, in fact I sort of like it. I wouldn't say its a manly scent, but more gender neutral. All in all, a great product that I definitely recommend.

Ooh, I really love this hand lotion. I bought it for my boyfriend after his hands started getting really chapped and dry last winter - it did wonders for his skin. He also hates anything too greasy or filmy, and this is anything but. I started using it too, and I find it works better than Neutrogena's Norwegian Hand Cream, which I also love. I don't mind the "manly", slightly medicinal scent either - it disappears within a few minutes. The only negative is that it's pretty pricey at $14 for a mere 3 fl oz.

I bought this for my SO whose hands are extremely dry and cracked severely. He's been using it for about a month and there has been a dramatic improvement in his hands' skin. I tried this myself at the store and liked it a lot, in addition to many of the other products they make... in my opinion they should market them to women too, not just men! Anyway, a big rave for this.

Yep, this is the best hand cream I've tried! Very moisturizing but soaks in quickly, even though it feels greasy for the first minute. It doesn't leave my hands sticky like L'Occitane. Love the eucalyptus smell. It's for men, but why should they have all the fun?

This hand cream is amazing, the best I have ever tried by far, I was using Kiehls before but this is much better. Very moisturizing and not at all greasy, although it is marketed towards men I would highly recommend it to anyone!

This product comes in a convenient plastic flip-top tube, which IMHO is one of the best ways to package hand cream. I found this cream to be thick and effective without leaving a residue behind. The smell is clean and aromatherapeutic. Overall this is an excellent choice for people with dry hands!
