this is discontinued in australia. it was like $6.95 AUD.
it smells so great, and the smell lingered. it was moisturising also. this was one of my favourite smells and i wish i could buy it again. it was so relaxing. it kinda smells like caramel cookies or something food related like caramel cake or chocolate/vanilla pudding

I got this as a gift and really enjoyed it. I used the whole bar in one bath and got lots of bubbles. I see other reviewers saying that the smell doesn't linger when you dissolve the bar, but I disagree; I could smell the delicious chocolately goodness when it was in its bubble form as well. Oh yeah, and the smell was AMAZING- I was actually tempted to eat it, even though the tag said not to! :P Also, I feel the bubbles lasted the perfect length of time- not too short, and not too long, the perfect amount of time for your bathwater to start cooling off a bit too much. The brownish color it gave the water honestly doesn't bug me; whatever, it's not like it's actually dirt or anything, it's chocolate!
I don't really buy bath treatments like this for myself so I doubt I'd buy it, but I'd love to get another as a gift. It's about $8 for the full bar, and it's a bit of an unnecessary luxury. But if I did buy again, I'd probably break apart the bar and spread it over a few baths just to get more out of it.
If you have some cash to treat yourself to bubbly goodness, then I do recommend this!

I'm undecided about this Lush bubble bar. I usually go for the "foodie" yummy type scents... however this one is very light and the bubbles disappeared quickly. I used an entire bar in the bath, but the scent seemed to fade as soon as crumbled into the water. Another thing I didn't care for was how it makes the water turn a dingy brownish color. I might try this again in the shower instead with a loofah sponge to see if that works better for me.

My toddler is a bubble fanatic. She was SOOO excited when I told her I'd bought chocolate bubbles for her; mere words can't describe the absolute delight. For her, the brown colour this bar imparts to water is a boon -- it shows that chocolate bubbles are in the water. Another plus is that I can make this last over four baths -- you can split the bar in quarters and still get luscious bubbles in each of the four baths. The problem is that it doesn't smell anything like chocolate. The bar does, a bit, but when you put in the water none of that scent remains. I've had three of these in in the last few months, and it's been the same with each. So if you really care about smelling chocolate, this isn't your bar.

If you like anything that's toffee/chocolate/caramel/honey scented, you'll like this. I broke mine up into three chunks because it gives off alot of bubbles when in comes into contact with water (and you don't need too much for each bath). Although the bath water isn't too appealing when you use this (goes brown from the bubble bar), the scent fills the entire bathroom and creates this lovely delicious scent. The water feels very silky and smooth and leaves my skin feeling softer too. My only problem is that it doesn't dissolve too well and you get little lumps which you need to crush up under the water.

I am a Lush Mix Master so have found a better more practical use for my bubble bars. I slice of a little sliver and use this on my shower poof. It makes the best moisturizing foamy lather and you only need tiniest bit to get tons of lather. I usually use this with Its Raining Men shower gel...b/c I am not SUPER impressed with Lush's shower gels but when you put a drizzle of shower gel and a littel bit of the bubble bar on the poof ...smells great,,, feels great...totally makes it worth the price. I only didnt give it a 5 because i havent actually tried this in the bath yet. BTW smells like Honey I washed the Kids soap YUM!

Makes decent bubbles and I love the scent, to me its very similar to Honey I washed the kids. I don't like how it tends to turn bath water brown. I was able to get 3 uses out of one bar.

Okay...so I know this is going to sound super weird but for some reason this smelt like apples dipped in honey to me. No chocolate. Like a crisp, tart green apple drizzled with honey. I know, weird. Probably the only one who smelt apple and not chocolate but I swear to you I did! I also keep all my bubble bars in a big Lush bag in my fridge to keep them fresh so maybe it picked up the scent of something else, who knows? lol Well, it was a pleasent bath overall. Didn't get all that many bubbles which was MEH but I did like the scent!

It smelled really good in the bar, just like HIWTKs. However, once I crushed it and ran water over it in the tub to make bubbles, I couldn't smell it anymore. It may be because I only used half the bar, but when I use half the bar of other bubbles bars like Pop In The Bath or Dorothy, I can still smell it in the bath. I might repurchase just to try again and see if I just got an old bar this time, and maybe another bar will still have a scent in the bath. The other thing I didn't like was that the brown part of the ma bar turned the bath water a muddy color, like I was bathing in dirty water. The bubbles were also not as long lasting as other Lush ones. Overall, not my favorite bubble bar - its just meh.

If you like comforting bakery scents, you'll love this :). It smells like creamy chocolate, vanilla and honey. I always cut my bubble bars into smaller pieces and you can easily get 4 baths out of this one. On the downside it will crumble a lot when you cut it and it makes a mess - but it's wirth it. I crumble the piece I'm going to use on the bottom of the bathtub and then start running tha water as I lather up the bubbles. This really creates a lot of creamy and fluffy bubbles that I find hold for a long time. Be prepared though that the water will look muddy and disgusting.

Hmm.
I liked this when I first tried it.
It smelled nice, like chocolate and honey.
After a while, it started to smell really bad and stale.
It made lots of bubbles, and turned the water a gross colour.
I might repurchase this and update, maybe I'll like it next time!

Vanilla fudge smell, lovely :) the bars are set up similar to fruit in a display! all stacked up and with yellow paper bags to the side to put your bars in. This particular bar has two halves one side white and one side brown with a brown sugar cube in the center. i cut my bar into quarters and found that this gave the perfect amount of bubbles and scent which will also give you more value for your money. The price of the bubble bar at the time of purchase was £2.45 or $3.87 dollars which I think is pretty reasonable for 4 luxurious baths. Yes, the water in the bath does not look like the nicest but who cares?! it's fudge scented and has a light moisturizing feature which is great :) bubbles are plentiful and soft like fluffy pillows, it's just lovely :)

Not very impressed with this product, in any fashion.
Pros: Smells good under the nose. That's about it.
Cons: Turns the water an absolutely disgusting color.
Half the bar and the bubbles didn't last long at ALL.
"Meh" is how I'd describe it.

This isn't my favorite bubble bar. It smells amazing like honey and chocolate or something, and when I put it in my bath it made big fluffy white bubbles. The only thing is that the bubble went away soo fast! I was so disappointed I was looking forward to some nice relaxing bubbles. Otherwise thought it was good, but not my favorite bubble bar.

I cannot believe I passed this one up for so many years! It has quickly become a favourite with me. I love the HIWTK-esque scent (toffee and chocolate) and the bubble power is amazing. I use 1/3 - 1/2 at a time, depending on my mood. The color is less-than-exciting but the scent makes up for it. I don't find it that strongly scented once in the tub, but thats ok with me. I would most certainly repurchase.
Just a random observation: The two sides smell different from each other!

AMAZING! You will need a great will to prevent yourself from eating this! It creates a great lather, makes skin soft, silky, clean and most importantly- gorgeously smelling. The best bubble bar from Lush yet!

This is the first product I tried from Lush and now I know why everyone is so crazy about the store! I am in love with sweet, chocolatey smells, so this was the only bubble bar that I really was interested in, as most of the others were more fruity scents. Also, it looks adorable with the little sugar cube in the center. At first I was completely confused on how to use it, but then I went on the Lush website and it said to just crumble it under running water. The website said to use an entire bar for one bath, but that seemed like a LOT to me. I only used a quarter of mine for one bath and I had tonsss of bubbles, so I'm pretty glad I didn't use a whole bar or my tub probably would have overflown! I was never really a "bath person", but after using this I'm definitely going to be taking more baths! I'll be re-purchasing for sure.

The scent is ok, as I like foody scents, but the colour the water turns when it's crumbled under the water puts me off. All Lush bubble bars make fantastic bubbles the last forever and are very relaxing but I would go for something different.
