BEST HAIR MASK EVER. This quite literally REVERSES the damage done on your hair from bleach/heat/dye/sun... I cannot say enough good things about this product. I honestly cannot live without this hair product as it completely repairs any damage I do to my hair. The only problem is that I live in Canada and I can only stock up when I go shopping in the states :( This is my holy grail deep conditioner!!

This is a amazing conditioner !!!!, my hair is very very dry . I tired moisturizing every night and every morning but that still didnt help my dryness . I brought this in hope it would restore the moisture back in my hair and with just 1 use.. my hair was WONDERFUL !!!, it has so much bounce to it , Im in love with this product it is a must have !!!!

I love this! So moisturizing and with a light scent that doesn't linger at all. I used this after a protein treatment and my hair felt so moisturized. This cost me about $6 at Target and I will certainly repurchase. I am African with 4b natural hair.

I have fine, long, generally silky but frizzy/wavy hair. It is damaged from continued use of my flat iron and blow dryer. When using this product, I gave it two tries. I once used it a few times after I bought it, and I did not see anything special happen to my hair. Just recently, I decided to give it another try. What I will say about this product is that for me, it worked like any other hair conditioner. first of all, it smells really nice, leaves my hair very lightly scented of almonds. However, it was not a miracle and my hair was not restored, but it makes my hair softer, shiner, and more easy to manage, just as any other conditioner. With continued use, I did not see a general improvement in hair texture. I will continue to use it as an effort to finish the product, and maybe once I really finish it up it will make a difference, and I will update if so. Also, the packaging is awful! I really like the nice sturdy bottle, but wish it had some sort of pump. I think for the price, since it was a little more expensive than the average drugstore product, I would not repurchase.

I must add my voice to the choir. Yes, this was a great deep conditioner for me. My hair has been pretty healthy lately, but just a little wiry and dry, static like because of the weather. Anyway, I put this in my hair a few, and when I got out of the shower, my hair was easy to comb and dried nice and soft. After my hair dried, I looked at my hair strands and ends, and they were completely smoothed down and my hair felt silky. Very nice. This product is made with ceramides. Perhaps I might try a few other items, but yes, I'm so glad I bought this! I would recommend it. My hair is extremely wavy and prone to dryness.

I hate this product with a passion, it left my hair so tangly and knotty it was a nightmare. I am in the process of finding a cheaper alternative to my "macadamia natural oil masque", but for now I will be repurchasing the macadamia. I did give this a chance to work for me, I used it about 5 times with 2 different shampoos. I am sad it didn't work for me =(

Fantastic product which I've been using since it first debuted about eight years ago. I stopped using it for awhile but recently went back to this masque in search of something to quench my dry winter hair. The formula is still the same and is as wonderful as I remember. Doesn't weigh my hair down and leaves my hair feeling like silk with lots of bounce, vibrancy, and new life. Only beef is that it's not in a tube, you have to dip into the jar to scoop the stuff out and sometimes it's not easy to do this, esp. when the product gets low. However, that is only a small price to pay for a really professional quality product. Love it!

I have been using this deep conditioner for several months now, and I am really pleased with it! My hair is long and thick, but with fine texture so it tangles easily. I also dye my hair several shades lighter every 6-7 weeks so it is quite dry and damaged from that. So, I require a good deep conditioner. I have tried quite a few at the drug store (as well as EV coconut oil which I like but is a pain to rinse out) but this is the first one I've been impressed with. It has a very thick, creamy consistency - a little goes a long way. I don't apply it to the roots but use it on the rest of my hair. Leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse. It leaves my hair very soft and manageable. It also smells great - like almond oil (which is one of the three main conditioners in it - the other two are olive oil and meadowfoam seed). Sometimes I will use a tiny amount mixed in with my regular conditioner, and sometimes I use it alone depending on how dry my hair is. Loving this product and I don't see any reason why I wouldn't repurchase, although this jar should last quite awhile.

A little bit of my story , my natural hair color is dark brown so I wanted to go medium/light blonde so obviously it would damaged my hair , I went to a professional hair dresser got my hair colored/bleach & left my hair really dry/damaged/over processed (same category) I was really upset because I've honestly always been use to having healthy hair & seeing my hair like sticks just make me very upset. I have Honestly tried every product to try to bring my hair maybe back to life ? & nothing has worked.

After , after a year or so I was at Walmart & for some odd reason I picked up this masque & after my use I swear on anything , I saw a HUGE HUGE changed its unbelievable my hair is soft , shiny , healthy looking. I do not know what they put in the product but it is sure magical. Thank you so much Neutrogena!

This product is something strange for me, I get a lot of slip and shine but on the other had my hair turns kinda crispy and dry like when you overload on protein, my hair like d-cones and cyclopentaxilosane and I also clarify so I don't know.
Too expensive for not giving me good hair days even with Argan oil on top.
EDIT: This gives me cystic pimples anywhere it touches my skin

This didn't do much for my very thick, dry, wavy hair. I found that it made my hair feel really stringy and weird. It definitely made it shiny but thats about it. Did nothing for the frizz or brittle feeling.

It didn't give me "absolutely amazing" results, but it did make my hair softer. However, leaving it in the full 5 minutes didn't really do much, but I left it in for 30 minutes while I was doing other things around the house and the results were better.

Oh this is an excellent drugstore product! It provides moisture that is on par with high-end masks and conditioners that cost much, much more than this. It gives great slip and detangles like a dream, leaves my hair positively silky all the way down to the ends. Reduces frizz, adds shine and manageability. Lovely scent and texture as well. I'm so impressed with this mask that now I want to try some of the other products from the Triple Moisture line.
It's only about $6 but the container is small (6oz. jar) so you don't get a lot of product, that's my only complaint. This works beautifully, will repurchase again and again!

One word..amazing. I love how this makes my hair look, feel, and smell. And barley costs a thing. About $6 bucks. I use it twice a week. My hair is so easy to deal with after using it. Also oddly cuts drying and styling time in half. I have dry hair and this makes it instantly moisturized!

I have weird hair. It's fine, dull, wavy (not in a good way- my waves are all wonky), and frizzy. Every other deep conditioner I've tried makes my hair FEEL soft and silky to touch, but actually makes it LOOK fuzzy, like a ripped up cotton ball. Those kinds of products also make my hair more flat.

This product doesn't do that. I use it once a week and afterwards I can definitely feel that my hair is softer and my scalp feels cleaner, but I don't have that mega-soft frizz that makes my head look all fuzzy. Instead my hair looks more normal and smooth.

I've only been using this stuff for about a month, and it's winter. We'll see what happens in the summer humidity when my hair is MEGA frizzy. I may use it on my ends as a leave-in then.

I have really thick/coarse hair, and I have been using this stuff for about four years now. It really makes a difference in my hair, although I only use it once a week. I usually have frizzy, unmanageable hair, but this completely tames it and gives it a beautiful shine. I've noticed that it also tends to straighten my hair a little bit too, which is nice. I reccomend this if you have thick voluminous hair that needs softening and defrizzing.

If you're looking for something to fix your dry, damaged hair from styling tools, this is the wrong product. It kept my hair soft for about 30 minutes. It made no difference in my hair and I regret buying this.

To start my hair has been to hell and back; I was once a bleach blond and have been trying to fix that damage for years. I started using this deep conditioner a couple months ago and I use it once to twice weekly. This product has been amazing from the first application!! I have very long hair, so I shampoo my hair, rinse the lower half, then apply this and let it sit for at least 7 minutes. It leaves my hair instantly softer and more hydrated. I have used a plethora of other leave ins and for the moment this one is my HG! I purchased this at Walmart for around $6 and will be repurchasing more! If you are looking for a great conditioning mask, don't hesitate to try this one!

I love this product, its really hydrating and leaves my hair feeling silky smooth. The only thing I dont like is that it gives my blonde hair a golden look to it, if I use it every day it will turn brassy. I will buy the product again if I ever dye my hair brown.

I have very fine, oily, color treated hair. Unfortunatley, I have to shampoo/condition my hair everyday, and styling it involves a hair dyer and straightener. I use this product 1-2 times a week, and it does wonders for my hair! I can even use it on the roots of my hair without it being greasy after it is dry! I loveee the smell and how it makes my hair feel. Last time I went to my hairdresser, she complimented me on how healthy my hair felt! I would deff. buy this again. And I must add that my regular shampoo/conditioner when I am not use this are salon products, though.
