I love this. It applies smoothly to my eyelids, lasts over 12 hours over my NARS eyelid primer and has a beautiful sheen. It's a very warm colour, it almost veers into orange territory but my complexion is quite warm so I find it very flattering. I love to wear it alone washed all over my lid with a matte highlight on my brow bone and black gel liner on my upper lash line- it has been my every-day eye look for a while now. It's minimalistic but still a little dramatic and I love it. Great shade.

I am loyal to all MAC e/s but after 2kids with one on the way I thought it was time to start bargin shopping. I read great reviews about NYX so I decided to buy a few and to my surprise they are lovley! This color is nice and very pigmented! I apply it with a small Sonia Kashuck packing brush and vioala! I also like the fact that it lasted all day without having to reapply I know sometimes with my MAC I have to touc.h up the e/s.

You can never go wrong with a NYX single eyeshadow, always top quality that's worth the money. This one is the perfect nude shadow with fine-milled shimmer that's almost metallic in the light. It therefore gives great dimension all on its own, making it an eyeshadow that could stand alone without need for other colors in the crease or corners of the eyes to create depth. My yellow-toned skin also appreciates this my-skin-but-better color, as most champagne colors end up being too peachy or pink or orange on me. Thanks to the subtle color, I can wear it to work or everyday casual occasions, or spruce it up with some eyeliner and mascara for a sophisticated night look. Something young and mature women could appreciate because it's definitely not a flat or boring shade, but nowhere near glittery or obnoxious. Smooth, fine texture with great pigmentation and no fallout as usual. A super versatile shadow that will definitely be repurchased.

Gah, this is GORGEOUS. My eyes are a very boring dull brown color. When I wear this you can suddenly see little flecks of green and gold in my eyes. It also brightens up my whole face and gives me a wide-awake glowy look. Seriously, this shade of eyeshadow is MAGIC for me.
I also kinda expected this to me gritty and frosty, but no. It has a beautiful shimmery sheen to it that rivals high end eyeshadows. Fallout is minimal. My new everyday look is NYX Champagne on the lid and a bit of NYX Sahara (Also love) in the inner corners. Pick this up, you won't regret it.

NYX is my favorite brand, and I think is my favorite color. Its a great everyday color. It looks great on me and the color really makes my green eyes pop. The texture is silky smooth, easy to apply.

UPDATE: This is my second pot of champagne eyeshadow. I think this product has been reformulated since I last purchased it in 2003. It is less shimmery, with less rosy peach in color. I also find the product slightly less pigmented. The newer version is actually more wearable has it less shimmery. but I did love how the old version looked like, it used to have something special about it. Now its just bleuh peach color X.
I posted a picture of the older version of Champagne, which didn't have the regular title pattern, you can see the difference in the color.
The older version was the batches that were still made in usa, when NYX was first launched. The new eye shadow I purchased in now made in China ( P.r.o.c )

I didn't buy this because it's a dupe for anything... I just bought it because NYX eyeshadows are great and affordable. This is a wonderful, shimmery neutral that gives you a nice wash of color over your lid without being too frosty or bold. I sometimes just wear it alone or with a darker brown color in my crease. I love the velvety consistency of NYX eyeshadows and wouldn't hesitate to buy this color again.

I'm on the fence about this one. Such a pretty color, and it goes nicely with blue eyes, but the fallout is pretty substantial. I have to apply this with my fingers which isn't a huge deal, but if i try to apply it with a brush, I have sickly-looking white frost under my eyes. Packaging broke too. Will not rebuy.

Really tried to love this, but couldn't. I used it as a highlighter and in the tear ducts of my eyes. It has a very gritty look to the shine that is not attractive. Tried and tried, but then I got a free shadow from Sally B - Femme Couture Mineral Effects Baked Eyeshadow in Disco Fever (crazy long name and crazy color name, I know) and it did everything that NYX did not. I stopped using this and the NYX Sahara I had bought. Recently, after not using them for 4 months, I tried again and found them just as chalky as before, the glitter harsh and weird. Finally just threw them away. There are better alternatives out there.

I love the color, i love the fact that it doesn't crease into fine lines and stays all day - great...but all this chalky glitter spoils everything. I just cannot wear it during the day but the color is not for the night makeup - it makes my eyes look sick. I will look for the same color eyeshadow but matte.

First and foremost, to all of those looking for a dupe of All That Glitters (ATG), get the real MAC eyeshadow. MAC is good a many things and one of them is some of the glorious Veluxe Pearl eyeshadows like ATG. I assure you you won't be disappointed.
As for Champagne, I really wanted to like this but I couldn't. Gorgeous golden peach colour in the pot that turns much lighter when applied to my NC20-25 skin. Chalky texture resulting in fallout, need to really pack the shadow on the lid (primed with a nice base) to get real pan colour accuracy, not so finely milled shimmer for my liking which makes it look increadibly frosty since you really have to press the colour on.
To me, there is really nothing comparable to ATG. They sure look similar in the pots but still, Champagne is lighter and peachier and ATG pulls darker and browner/more beige. ATG applies like a dream be it with one, two or three swipes and on me, it stays true to colour on the skin. Sadly, Champagne doesn't and the worst part is not that I do not like it because it clearly is not an ATG's dupe, it is because overall I do not like it as an eyeshadow. To me, it looks like very frosty teenage makeup.
The only use I have found for it is to sheerly apply it on my cheekbones with a small duo fiber brush to get a lovely sheen. Other than that, it won't be going near my eyes.

This is my go to everyday color if I feel like wearing eyeshadow. It's a peachy pink color with gold in it. I love wearing this all over my lid with urban decay's buck in my crease. Consistency is creamy and I havent had problems with fallout. Def will repurchase :)

"Champagne," is a warm, slightly peachy gold, though a bit darker and warmer than the name would suggest. The color looks very metallic and glittery in the pan but looks more subtle and shimmery when applied, though still very pigmented. I have a hard time wearing colors with gold in them because they seem to emphasize all the yellow in my pale Hispanic skin and make me look sickly, but this works and has become my go-to everyday eyeshadow. The shadow is so thick and moist that the powder feels almost like a cream, so I can apply it quickly with my finger, which I like, not to mention cheap for the quality ($4.99 at Ulta).

I am writing this review for both Champagne and Vanilla Sky because I bought them at the same time and they both have what I call a "champagne base" (meaning they are both shimmery, sheer, soft, highlighting neutrals with just a hint of color to them).

Champagne has a peach tone (peachy champange color) to it and I hear it is a dupe for MAC All That Glitters.

Vanilla Sky is a golden champagne color, that can seem a touch white at times, but nothing offensive and blends very, very well into my NW20 skin (brown eyes, black/brown hair). It reminds me a bit of MAC Solar White, but Vanilla Sky seems to skew less white than Solar White could and is a softer gold than Solar White could reflect. Lovely, lovely, highlighting/wash colors from NYX. I am very happy with these.

I use this in the centre of my lid, and then blend all over with a big fluffy e/s brush. There is a fair amount of glitter which I dont care for, so I tap my brush a couple of times before applying. No fallout with this method.

This gives a nice glowy sort of finish, which is great for this 40 something who doesnt want anything settling into lines or anything too harsh. Lasts almost all day, but if I am going out fafter work, I do need to touch up.

Dont love the packaging as its pretty small and definately no luxe, but for the price I'll live with it. A nice eye shadow from NYX

Awesome colour! Makes my green eyes really stand out. I was thinking of the best way to describe the colour and decided on 'peachy shimmer' as it's too pinky to be gold. This is definitely a lid staple for me now.

I have to take off a lippie 'cause as much as I love this color, it didn't blow me out of the water and it came off as 'cooler' than I expected. That being said, this is still a GREAT color, as everyone said. Like most Nyx eyeshadows, it's a creamy, impressively pigmented eyeshadow with plenty of shimmer (so avoid if you're looking for a matte color). It's a taaaad on the cool side, so I don't think it looks very natural on my beige Asian skin; it comes off more like a very pale beige-pink than the beige that I thought it would be. I found a color very similar to this one but warmer and more pigmented by LORAC ("Serenity", if anyone was interested). However, Champagne is much cheaper and still good quality, so I recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic light-to-neutral eyeshadow!

I bought this eyeshadow over a year ago, and still have plenty left! Idk if this is comparable to Mac's All That Glitters, since I've never swatched them side by side, but I'll tell you one thing: even when I run out of this, I don't think I'll be buying All That Glitters. For one, you get twice as much product with Champagne, and two, it's soooo much cheaper!

This shows up as a pretty neutral that I use on my lids almost everyday for school. I'm in a professional program for graduate school, so my makeup has to be "conservative." This neutral is a must-have in my collection. Whenever I have to travel and can only take a small amount of makeup with me, I always have this in my kit. This is the best neutral lid color for me! Love pairing this up with browns in the crease. Perfect neutral eye
