I got this as a free sample from Sephora and it is awesome! my lips tend to be very dry and peel sometimes even in the summer. I go to a dermatologist and got a prescription balm which didn't work. None of the blistex, chapstick etc work. This one does, I will repurchase when I finish it. lasts a long time.

I just can't fathom giving this a 5 because it's so darn expensive. It's simply the best lip balm I've ever used! However, it goes on so thick that a tube doesn't last that long... and did I mention it's stupid-expensive???!? I'm always torn between my love of this product and my burning desire to stay out of the poorhouse.

I received the regular and red color as a birthday VIP from sephora. The red broke and I tossed it. The lemon clear one just broke the other day. They are too soft and even the slightest pressure causes it to get smooshed. The price for the original sizes is ridiculous. You can find better lip products at the drugstore for a fraction of the price. I don't see what fresh offers that Chapstick doesn't.

I, as many of the other gals on here received this as a birthday gift from sephora. When I saw how much it cost regularly I just laughed. Ridiculous. So I will NEVER buy it myself. I really like the smell though and I like the thickish consistency a lot. However, the packaging is horrible. The second I press it on my lips to apply, it bends to the side and comes very close to breaking. So you have to be careful and remember it will bend

I LOVE this lipbalm. I love the subtle color (twith the tinted ones of course), the smell, the feel of it on my lips, etc. when Sephora has sales or sets of colors I will buy them. The thing. That people will complain about it the price. I totally agree, but as a person who uses lip balms 99% of the time, I feel like my lips deserve to have these awesome balms. I also love the metal packaging because the lid won't come off in my purse.

REALLY expensive for chapstick, so hard to justify buying, but I end up buying it anyway because it feels so good on my lips! I also love the red tinted one for a subtle pinky red.

This has grown to be one of my favorite lip products. I got this as a sephora birthday gift and i love both of the treatments.

It comes in a little turn tube, so that your cap doesn't call off. It smells very sweet and goes on very smoothly. It feels very light when you put it on and doesn't show any hints of SPF except that it has it. So props to that because SPF is mucho important. The best part is that it stays on your lips and keeps it moisturized for a long time. Great great product!

Overrated!!! Talk about rip off. The scent (that I only noticed after yt gurus raved on and on and on about) is obviously super subtle & evaporates quicker then the 'treatment' aspect of this. Its basically a thin film of oil that sits ON TOP of your lips, never actually penetrates/hydrates/treats any dryness. My lips feel too greasy, too slippery to ever actually layer a lipstick on top & again because it doesn't sink in I can only use this at night. Mind you my uber dry cracked lips return to almost normal in the morning; yes this gets rid of the flakes overnight but no I don't wake up with softer lips. On the contrary it sorta sucks OUT the moisture and leaveS me with smooth (I guess is a decent word to describe it) tight lips that I immediately need to coat some real moisture on before I feel like they will crack/bleed.

People that are LOVING this obviously don't have terribly dry lips or like the slip feel and not the healing feel. If your in my category your muchh better off with Nivea or plain old Vaseline or any carrier oil.

I got a sample size of this as a birthday present from Sephora along with Sugar Rose, and I wasn't pleased with either. I had a bad reaction to the rose scent, and this one was alright. Very moisturizing and pretty much doubled as a gloss, but the packaging was abysmal. I could barely twist up the stick or the product would break! And chapstick isn't as glossy but it's sure as heck a lot cheaper! Glad I got this as a gift...I would never pay full price for this.

This is such a polarizing product. On one side, you have people who cannot believe anyone would spend $25 on a tube of lip balm, and on the other, there are those who swear by it. I got it for free as a birthday gift from Sephora, and I gotta say, I understand why this has a cult following.

Fresh Sugar feels amazing when you apply it. It smells divine, like lemons and sugar, and it's so thick and creamy. It instantly feels like your lips are being moisturized, and in the winter, that's such a relief.

This brand loses points for staying power, however. It rubs off pretty fast, and it doesn't seem to be any more moisturizing in the long term than the average lip balm. I guess what you're paying for is the pretty metal packaging, the smell, and the way it goes on.

For me, this will be a guilty pleasure buy that I can't quite justify to myself.

I'm love lipbalms in general, so was interested in this.

Features:
- Hard container, screw cap
- Tarty smell (like lemon and sugar)

Pros:
-Very hydrating without being waxy or plasticy. It's almost like a solidified tube of oil.
-Pretty sheer colors

Cons
-Doesn't last very long on lips
-Probably can melt easily

This tube was pretty expensive and doesn't beat L'oreal Le Balm.

I dunno. My beau swears by this stuff; he says that he has noticed a difference in his lips. I, on the other hand, am not sure if there is an improvement in the texture of my lips. I use this balm at night before bed, and usually wake up with moisturized lips. I really like it, but it is so pricey. The lemony scent is nice, and the consistency is soft & creamy. It is a nice balm to hydrate dry, chapped lips. Invest in a bottle & decide for yourself. (My first tube has lasted approx. 3 months thus far...)

I received this as a gift from my sister who sent it from Canada (where she lives, I live in Australia) and I was excited to use it as I've heard so many great things about this. The packaging is so beautiful and sleek. The screw on cap is great so its guaranteed to not fall off in your bag and have the product go everywhere. The smell is a lovely citrus but nothing too sweet like candy. It applies so smoothly and moisturizes well, but I found that after a while it left this weird dry feeling on my lips that stuck with me for a day or two. I used my pawpaw ointment instead and it got rid of the dryness. I thought it was a weather factor that made my lips dry but when I used the Sugar treatment again, the dryness came back. Now I don't ever use it because of the uncomfortable dryness it left but results vary so don't be completely put off. I wouldn't purchase it myself because of the dry result I had, the high price and I don't think its available in Aus anyway.

I received this product as a birthday reward from Sephora.

The quality of the product is quite high. I felt that it moisturized through winter much better than most lip balms.

The smell is nice as well - reminds me of lemonade. So that was an added bonus.

The packaging confused me a bit at first (haha), but I realized that there was a little twist-y part at the base of the lip balm to prevent the cap from coming loose.

The only factor that prevents me from purchasing this is the price. I'd much rather spend $30 on dinner for my family, rather than a small tube of lip balm.

This lipbalm is super moisturizing and/but I constantly find myself applying more of it. The packaging is a little inconvenient however and I find that the stick often moves and gets on the sides of the container (but maybe this is just me). I got the mini duo from Sephora and used the no-tint one religiously until I lost it ): I still have the pink tinted one; however, the tint is not very noticeable and thus I use it pretty frequently. It also has SPF 15 which is important! (:
My roommate also has them. She says they're waxy and leave her lips feeling just whatever but I really enjoy this product!

This is probably the best lip treatment I have tried so far. It is very moisturizing and the moisture actually lasts! I use it as a night and day treatment and it keeps my lips soft which is a huge thing considering I have the most dry chapped lips ever. I find it quite expensive for a lip treatment that I use so often, but I am very happy with how the product performs so I am willing to repurchase.

I definitely like this version of the Fresh lip treatment better than the Fresh Rose edition, but it still doesn't seem like it's worth the $22.50/tube that Fresh charges online (I got mine as a gift, luckily). I just wasn't 'wowed,' and I couldn't quite get over the "citrus" scent that smelled more like citronella to me than lemon and sugar or lemon meringue pie. It is pretty moisturizing and glides on like half-melted butter, plus the packaging is really high quality. However, there are plenty of lip balms that offer the same moisturization + broad spectrum SPF that Fresh provides, just without the nicer looking tube. I've had similar results with a tube of Carmex that cost less than $2, and I've heard that Nivea makes some comparable balms for less than $3.

This lip treatment is nothing special. It works fine and hydrates my lips, but I've definitely tried better products, and this one is definitely not worth the price.
