Bath and Body Works has phased this out and I'm hording my last bottle. This is the greatest product for dry skin. My husband loves it, too. A simple, pleasant-smelling face wash that eliminates the need for moisturizer. Perfect for sensitive skin. I've told several friends about this, and they all love it, too. Would swap my first born if I can get my hands on more.

I'm crazy about this cleanser! I have very dry skin that tends to get flaky and most facial cleansers make it worse. Not this one! This cleanser does not foam, it almost feels like cleansing my face with moisturizer. I can see a definite difference in my skin after using it for a few weeks. No more flakiness and I don't even have to slather on moisturizer like I used to. I feel like it cleanses and moisurizes my skin at the same time. I also really love the fragrance. I will continue to purchase this for as long as they make it! (And then I will beg all of you to swap away your stash!!)

I give this is a 5! It's one of my skin care staples. This facial cleansers best for dry skin, which I have. It can be used over wet or dry skin.
It's not like other cleansers that are soapy or or leave your face feeling tight. It's more like a lotion that removes all traces of the day while soothing, nourishing and moisturizes the skin. It leaves you face feeling silky smooth and healthy! I have been using this for over a year now, and will never use anything else!

I bought this during the B&BW BOGO Sale and I am happy I did. I have moderate dry skin. Like all cleansing milks it does not foam and feels like lotion. I like that, feel so rich and quenching to my skin. After washing my face with it, it feels nice and soft. Some so-call moisturzing cleansers still leave my skin with that tight/dry feeling but this one doesn't. I can even get away with skipping facial lotion is I needed. It has a nice herbal scent to it. I have been using it for 2 weeks and no breakouts. I haven't notice a dramatic "wow, my skin looks perfect" so I can't give it a 5. If you have dry skin and like cleansing milks, definitely give it a try.

This is the only face wash I will use on my skin ever again!!! Well, until BBW decides to discontinue it. I have dry skin AND I live in Colorado(very dry here). This is for dry skin. Do not buy this even if you have combination skin!! But, if you have really dry skin try this!! Oh how I love this and cringe the day I don't see it on the shelves anymore.

I am on to my second tube of this! I use this in New England winters when I want a more moisturizing product, this would be too heavy during the summer months.

I have had no problems with this removing my m/u (though I do use lancome's bifacil to remove the eye m/u first).

Will be repurchasing.

I found this to be a basic milky cleanser which was pleasantly fragranced. It doesn't disappoint in cleansing, but neither does Cetaphil, which costs a fraction of what Milk Thistle costs.

I have pale, sensitive skin and ruddy cheeks. I used to buy Bliss Quiet Type but it's just outrageously expensive. I picked this up the other day and I really liked it. It was gentle on my skin calmed some of the redness down and took the dryness out of my cheeks. I'm not prone to oiliness, but get a pimple when my skin is aggravated. So far, no bumps. I would buy this again, but I wish it came in a pump. Opening and closing that screw cap is a pain, especially in the shower.

The packaging for this is very simple and elegant, and it looks good on the bathroom counter. The cleanser itself reminds me of Cetaphil - creamy, though a little on the thin side. It doesn't lather much at all. Don't think it smells much like milk, but the scent is still pleasant. I found it tingled a little when I applied it to my face, but it was not irritating. My skin felt clean afterwards, but not tight or dry. The few times I used it, I didn't break out. I can't say for sure what would happen over a longer period of time. I believe I'll repurchase it. It wouldn't work well to take off makeup, but as another reviewer mentioned, it makes a great morning cleanser.

This product is great if you have DRY skin. It is very heavy, not a foamy, light cleanser. I like to use it to remove my makeup and then I use a toner to remove any leftover residue. It smells wonderful and leaves skin silky for hours. I love to wash off Origin's charcoal mask with this...puts needed moisture back n my skin and has NEVER caused me to break out. If you need a lighter face wash, I still think Oil of Olay's sensitive skin foaming formula is amazing!

I purchased this because I was experiencing dry, flaky skin after using Proactiv's Cleanser. It really helped moisturize my skin, I love the smell. I did notice that I can't use it a night because it doesn't do that well at rinsing off makeup. I think it is a very nice morning cleanser for the winter season.

I was hesitant to try this product because I have very sensitive skin, but I work at BBW and got swept up in the excitement. While I absolutely love the Pure Simplicity body care, this product was awful for me. I felt like it literally set my face on fire. And the burning sensation lasted all day even after I rinsed it off-it felt like I had a sunburn.............

I got this as part of a gift. I've used it for about a week and so far I like it. It reminds me of Cetaphil - no lather, just a cream. It's good for dry skin and is very heavy. I don't wear makeup so I like how it cleanses my skin. If you wear makeup, this probably won't remove makeup very well. Overall, I like it so far. Don't know if I'd buy again but worth trying.

The search for an HG winter cleanser continues...this left my skin soft and moist but broke me out in the t-zone. It has a very strong herbal smell, which I liked, but might be too strong for more sensitive types. The tube dispenser is really annoying, I would have preferred a flip top or pump.
