I have the 2-in-1. It's just a basic shampoo, really. I don't feel like it does anything too special for my hair.

I am currently using it now and I have thick hair and it just doesn't do much for it...
When it dries I've found it left my hair limp and after switching to pantene I've noticed my hair got greasy a lot quicker (I used to only have to wash my hair every other day...now if i don't wash it everyday it gets GROSS)
BUT what I will give it is when I paired it up with Dove therapy conditioner (cucumber) my hair became really soft, but then again, that was probably the dove!

This shampoo is the best I've found that washes the grease from my hair and enables me to wash my hair every other day rather than every day (I don't like to wash my hair everyday as I don't think it's good for it.) It leaves it smooth and shiny too. It's not very expensive and I'll be repurchasing this again and again.

I gave this only 4 lippies because i received this as a sample in a box of my daughters diapers which i though was hilarious. But anyway i love it. It smells great and mokes my hair feel really soft but i only gave it a 4 cause i usally wash my hair only every 2 days butwith this i got a greasy feeling after a day so i wash my hair more often. Will repurchase though because it makes my hair feel really soft but i usally use suave naturals anyway

WARNING: Pantene is Very bad for your hair!!! It has Additives and chemicals In It! It also leaves a residue In your hair. All Pantene products are the same!!

This is my all time HG beauty product, out of everything. Nothing can compare to how well this shampoo works. It leaves no residue, makes my hair shiny and soft, and smells so clean and fresh. I will never use another shampoo, pantene is the best!

i thought i really l iked this product because it gave my hair volume and felt clean. however, after the 3-4 washes, my hair developed a weird sappy slimy grease feeling near my roots that i haven't been able to get out! beware and don't buy!

Bought this based on review from Beautypedia. Is a great supermarket brand shampoo, has caused no issues for my sensitive scalp and cleans my hair thoroughly without any buildup.

Have been repurchasing this for years on and off. As with all Pantene shampoos and haircare, the scent is very strong and can be detected the day after washing your hair. However, the product leaves my hair feeling and looking clean and shiny. It detangles my hair and most of the time I can skip conditioner as the shampoo already provides a soft feeling to the hair. A good affordable shampoo that I will keep going back to

Pantene contains chemicals thats strips hair of it's natural oils, and then coats your hair with more chemicals to make it feel smooth. Horrible overall for your hair... Please watch out for anything with "Sodium/Ammonium Laurel/Laureth Sulfate", it strips your hair!

I rarely like drugstore hair products anymore ever since getting a job with Ulta and learning why drugstore brands aren't as good (ex. too much alcohol diluted) I learned from the professional stylists. But Pantene shampoo really makes my hair so sleek and shiny and movable. People are reviewing this badly because they are using it the wrong way..its not for daily use..more like 2-3 times a wk because it removes buildup..this should just be a side shampoo and you should have another shampoo for regular use. It's cheap and the smell i always love the smell..the original smell was better, but this one Ive grown to like as well. My hair feels nice and clean afterward. I love Warren Tricomi's strength line, but i feel like it builds up after daily use, and i have oily hair so i need something like this is my shower.

I normally never have any trouble with shampoo from Pantene but this stuff gave me horrible build up. I couldn't use it up quick enough. I wouldn't use this particular one ever again.

i remember using this when i was younger. i hated how my hair felt after i washed it & let it air dry. my hair just felt.. weird ? it didn't feel full or soft at all. & i also remember my hair falling out rather frequently after using the shampoo, but maybe it's just me.
i have not used this shampoo in years & will never intend on using it ever again.

Pantene is right when they claim to be salon quality. I've tried salon brands, as well as Pantene, and I got the same results. Coarse, thick, dry hair that feels like it has a coating of plastic on top. Very difficult to work with. I hate to say it, but I'd buy Suave or VO5 before I bought Pantene again.

I tried this shampoo after having some luck with the Moisture Renewal shampoo hoping it wouldn't build up so quickly. Well, this shampoo dries out my hair after just several days' use, so it isn't what I am looking for. It's OK for once in awhile, but I still need something else for daily use.

I can see why people would dislike this shampoo, but this does the best job for me.
I never do anything else to my hair but shampoo and condition (I don't even blowdry!), and this really makes my really long, thick, straight, very heavy black hair very pretty, wavy and voluminous.
Honestly, I have tried using many other shampoos, but a lot of them make me hair straight, boring, and overall really blah. The only thing that might be close would be Sunsilk (ha, I know), but I can't stand the scent of that stuff. This smells sooo much better,
No, I've used this stuff for years, and I'm sticking with it.

I've been using this shampoo along with the Classic Care Conditioner and they're working great for my fine, dry, damaged, frizzy hair. This shampoo and conditioner make my hair soft, frizz-free, conditioned, and smelling great.

I'm probably one of the people that have said in the past that Pantene is horrible(all the while wishing it would work better because I LOVE the scent), but now I've finally found a Pantene worth buying.

I've used the other Pantene shampoos & conditioner combinations(Smooth & Sleek, Hydrating Curls, Daily Moisture Renewal, etc.) and THIS combination is the most moisturizing to me.

Would definitely repurchase.

My HG shampoo and conditioner. I have tried several expensive brands and I find they are no better than this. My hair feels soft and silky after using it. My hair is dyed blonde and chemically straightened, so it has a lot of damage. But this stuff helps my hair stay in good condition. And it is very affordable. I highly recommend you give it a try!

I have oily hair and havent had any build up like some of the other MUA's. This is the only shampoo that gets my hair really clean without drying it out. It lathers really well, smells like shampoo should, i love it! Will definatly repurchase
