the packaging made me fall in love. it looked so pretty. i ah-dored how it was so modern. the gloss WAS EHMAGAWD AWESOME! it was super sparkly, super shiny, and smelled like raspberry candy. it was artificial smelling, though. only thing i didnt like about this gloss was that it wasnt red, it was clear. the sparkles glimmer in the light, but i was expecting red coloring. oh well. this gloss was so cheap it was worth it.

I fell in love with the color and grabbed it, but I ended up hating this product. The applicator is terrible, it takes 10 times to get something noticeable on the lips, and the color payoff is minimal. Waste of money.

I bought this #599 and let me just say that it does not look good on its own. If you want sparkles on your lips this will do the job but it does not add any other colour.
Packaging gets a 1 because the glue on the top of the tube wore off so now I am missing the actual top. I don't like sponge applicators - it never seems to bring out enough product. And the wand is too short: when the bottle got a little empty I had a difficult time getting any product out.
I would buy this again in a different colour. 5 lippies because I can put up with the packaging at this price.

Bought in Shimmy Shimmer (599) for $1.99 at a Rite Aid.
Does very much what it sets out to do- make your lips all shiny and glittery. Comes in a straight tube with a not-so-hot applicator (never enough product on there for me!), and is a great size to toss in your bag and go.
The texture is gritty, which I find intriguing and fun. I don't find it uncomfortable or rough. Lots of glitter for your buck, and it has a delightful fruit scent (more Kool-Aid than actual fruit, though!). I will wear it on its own and over a dark lipstick, where it's more noticeable.

I have Crushed Grapes, a sheer bright pink glitter gloss. I love the shine of lip gloss, but I hate how sticky they are. This isn't sticky or gritty, it moisturizes well, and has good staying power. It has a light berry smell, and slightly sweet taste. It looks great alone or on top of light pink lipstick.

mine is crush grape, i like the smell of it. The lip gloss is just like some other cheap lip gloss. It's not quiet sticky as the other though. Over all it's a great product to buy, and it's cheap!

This is great for $1.97. I have #593, "Crushed Grapes", which looks pink w/ multicolored glitter in the tube. On the lips it it clear with glitter. The gloss is very thin and smooth and goes on nicely; it also has a pleasant light raspberry scent. It's not *that* gritty for being glittery, and there is NO stickiness to speak of, which I like.

Well, judging from the prior reviews of this product, they must have changed the formulation, because it isn't gritty at all. In fact, I think it's the best one out there for the money. There is no way I'm gonna pay $12 and up for a lip gloss anyway, I don't care WHO makes it.
I got this in #591, Blushing/Rougissante, a lovely, sheer, VERY shiny gloss with just a hint of pink that looks great alone, over a nude lined, filled in lip or over any lipcolor. I tried wearing a stain and then just touching up with this and it works very well.
Not only will I buy it again, but as I've learned in the past, if you like a WW or NYC product, better get as much as you can, because they will run out and/or discontinue it soon! I'm off TODAY to buy more of this one, the bronze-glitter one and any other colors I like, in duplicate! The great thing about WW and NYC is that at their prices, you can afford to have one for the makeup tray, one for your purse and one for your travel bag - (which is great to dig into for emergencies) - and STILL not spend what you might on ONE at Sephora or the department store makeup counter!

I was basically the only one of my friends who didn't have some of the MegaBrilliance lip gloss, so I decided I should get some. I got it in Shakin', a glittery whitish color that shows up clear. It has a nice fruity smell and is very shiny. My only complaint is that it doesn't last very long.

This gloss is.. hmm. I have three, one in #599 (clear with all kinds of sparkles), 595 (clear with orangy sparkles) and one with no number on it but red/pinkish sparkles. These glosses are very glittery. It's basically water with glitter. You only get a really, reeeeally thin layer of gloss on your lips with this, and I prefer somewhat thicker gloss. It's gritty, but I can live with that. The bottles look super cute (I love glitter!!!) and overall.. I guess this gloss is a little below average with quality, but not *bad* or anything. I will reach for this, but not too often.

Oh what fun! I was buying Christmas wrap at the drugstore, and feeling a little down so I went over to look at makeup. :-D
I have never used Wet N Wild but I was very attracted to this gloss in #594 Iced Blue. It's lavendar in the tube with a lot of yellow, pink, green and blue pieces of glitter. It's pretty thin and tingles when it goes on. Over bare lips I just see shine and a bit of glitter but it looks cool over a darker lipstick and you can see the sparkles. Doesn't last long, but for $1 and change it cheered me up and I think it will be a fun gloss for a little change of pase and it will certainly make me feel cheery over Christmas.

I bought this in Iced Blue, a sheer blue color with tons of sparkles. I thought it would be cheaper version of MAC's Lustreglass--that was a mistake. It has a very fake grape-berry smell and taste that isn't too bad, but the texture is sort of gritty, as other reviewers have said. The sparkles in the lip gloss are big sparkles (subtle this gloss is not), and some migrated to my cheeks throughout the evening. The gloss is not sticky, does not last long, and I did not find it to be moisturizing at all. To sum it up: this gloss looks cool when you first put it on, but you may find sparkles everywhere later. But hey, it was only $2 and Wet 'n Wild, so what do you expect? For the money, it could have been worse.

Wow...this stuff has to be the worst gloss I've ever tried. I bought it in #599 Shimmy-Shimmer, which is clear with iridescent sparkles. It was less than two bucks at Wal-Mart, and I'm glad I didn't pay much more for this piece of crap.
I don't mind the scent...it smells kind of like grape Kool-Aid. It is the feel of this gloss that totally turns my stomach...it isn't just gritty, it is GRITTY! It feels like I put sparkly rocks in Vaseline and smeared it on my lips. It is incredibly chunky. I wish there was a way to give this a no-lippie rating. I give this a huge thumbs-down...I am throwing this away, and I NEVER throw makeup away.

I bought a halloween edition tube of this, it's red & black glitter. It's an interesting look to say the least, especially if I layer it on thick. The glitter is gritty like all their other glitter glosses & it has the usual odd fruity scent(doesn't bother me, I kinda like it). This would look good over black lipstick.

I picked up a pretty clear dark pink w/ rainbow glitter called Crushed Grapes #593. The scent is very yummy. Smells of fruity candy. The texture is very slick and almost oily feeling but you can definately feel the glitter. When applied the glitter is speckled here and there but in the tube the glitter looks like it would be a lot (like MAC lipglass). This gloss was very dirt cheap and the quality says so itself. Fun for young girls but not my style.

I bought mine in a pink shade for a festive party. This has tons of glitter- to the point that if you rub your lips together, it feels gritty. It's a good gloss for Halloween or dressing up for a costume party, but not for everyday wear.

I got the red one off the halloween makeup display, and I love it! It's deep, dark red glitter in what appears to be a clear base. Talk about megasparkle! This is very cool to wear by itself for something different, or to put on top of lipstick to add shimmer and shine. The base is a bit thin, but for the price, who can complain.

Dang! Another impulse buy (read: mistake) that could have been avoided by a trip to Productville!
From the WnW Hallowe'en display, I picked up MegaBrilliance LipGloss in Scarlet. It looks gorgeous in the tube - deep, shiny, sparkly reddish-burgundy. Sexy!
But no. Nope. Of course, like all the other MegaBrilliance glosses, it's clear with lots of glitter. Red glitter, in this case.
The gloss doesn't go on very smoothly at all. The glitter is rough and uncomfortable. It spreads fairly choppily - which wouldn't be so noticeable if the glitter wasn't so dark, or if it was in a colored base of some sort.
I've tried it over a couple of lipsticks, but it doesn't look much better that way, either.
No matter how much or how little I apply, this gloss looks for all the world like glitter glue - clumps of glitter suspended unevenly and inelegantly in a clear base.

I bought this solely on the fact that Rite Aid was having it on sale for $1 off. Again, I was drawn by the color. It was basically a clear, shimmery whitish color gloss with tons and tons of glitter (#599). The smell and the packaging was just like the other wand glosses they had except these l/g's have waaaaay more glitter. The gloss went on a bit thin, again it had numbed my lips and the glitter was REALLY gritty. All in all, there's only one word to sum up this product: GARBAGE. - This is going straight to the trash can.
