My favorite highlight for my inner corner! It's a gorgeous white with yellow in it, kinda like a SUPER light gold color, almost white. This is very frosty, which, for the inner corner, i love. (this is a frost finish) pigmentation is great as with most Mac shadows, lasts a fairly long time. I use this to highlight every day! (also head about this from Tanya Burr)

Pixi2woo on youtube was the reason I knew about and bought this shadow. She used it in her inner corner of the eye and it looked gorgeous. I sometimes like to put some on the centre of my lid when i have neutral makeup to brighten my eyes a bit. This could be used as a brow bone highlight as well. Overall, this is a staple shadow in my makeup collection

I am in love with this eyeshadow. I bought it after watching a tutorial that Tanya from Pixi2woo did. She said her other half always commented how he loved her eyes when she wore this, and I have to say, I have had so many compliments from people since I've started wearing this! The trick is to use it ONLY in your tear duct, and under your eyes. On the brow bone it looks way too much IMO. But on the tear duct it brightens up my eyes big time. I have quite small and deep set eyes and I'm always on the look out for eye brightening products. Well let me tell you I will never use a different highlighter again. I absolutely love it. (NC30 for reference.) x

Being Nylon is so buttery, soft, and smooth, it has become one of my favorites to use as my main base color. I layer colors like Patina, Sable, Da Bling, Swish, Henna ect over it. The possibilities are endless. You do need to be careful as this baby is pigmented! On my pale warm skin (NC 15ish, but more yellow) this eye shadow shows up as a shiny yellow/white/gold. I really love it, and have even used it as a very sheer wash all over my lid just to make me look more refreshed. Then I use Black Tied to line the upper lash line, winging it out. Curl my lashes, add mascara and whola! On days that I want less shimmer or less warm tones, I use Shroom instead as the base (with the same colors I mentioned above over it).

I love this yellow based eye shadow, being impeccable for my skin tone. The pigmentation is good and the eye shadow appearances of pretty cheerful. I occasionally use this on top of my cheeks as well as a highlighter. Really enjoyable highlight color for anyone with medium skin.

I really like bright yellows on my lid. I ran out a Sephora eyeshadow I was using in a palette I got and it was nice but I wanted something a little better. I bought a Milani baked eyeshadow in a sparkly yellow and it was nice too. But, I told my mom to get me this color for Christmas and she did. It was the first MAC eyeshadow I ever got and I LOVE it! It's the PERFECT shade of yellow for me! It's very bright and very frosty, which I love. It's been a joy to have in my makeup collection and I have used it everyday since I got it! I use it all over my lid and I always get complimented on how nice my eyes look! I will definitely repurchase this in the future when I run out!

I had wanted a silver/white eye shadow for ages, so I could use it in the inner corner as a nice alternative to Goldmine, and was spoilt for choice between Nylon and Crystal Avalanche. In the end I picked Nylon, a golden-white frost, and itís exactly what I envisaged it to be! It can be used also as a highlight on the brow bone but personally I find it too bright and stark for that though. Nylon has a frost finish. I think itís because of itís stark frosty metallic finish, but it really does give that Ďawakeí look to eyes.

An all-in-one kind of product! I have re-purchased this twice, it's definitely a must-have. It leaves lids looking bright and refreshed. I also use this below my brows, and on my cheeks as a highlighter. It leaves a radiant sheen that's definitely worth the money!

This is the PERFECT highlighter shade for the tear duct area. That's all I ever use this eyeshadow for, and you need the tiniest bit. This shadow has lasted me literally forever.

One of my favorite highlighters for the inner corner. It is a white/gold with amazing shine (not glitter), just very pigmented and frosty but I don't feel like it's too much. My other favorite inner corner highlighter is Urban Decay's Sin which is more pinky in the pan but shows up just a little cooler on the eye. Both are very eye brightening!

I recently purchased this shade to go in my MAC eye palette and I am absolutely in LOVE with it! I use it practically everyday now as a base colour over my lid and a highlighter under my eyebrows and it really helps to make my eyes pop. Other shades that I apply on top of nylon and over my lid look so much nicer and brighter. You can build for a lighter coloured effect too but a fab shade and in my opinion one of the must have's for MAC eyeshadows.

Love. LOVE this frosted pale, snowy color. The finish is absolutely gorgeous. Will be purchasing more MAC frosted colors as soon as I can.

Nylon is an opaque, frosted yellow white. it is EXTREMELY shiny and shimmery, but it's a condensed, saturated shine, there are no obvious flecks. this is basically 'Phloof!' but in a different colour, and i feel like i can wear this more on the lid because it's a less complex colour, but still is SO illuminating.
the way i wore this last, was from lid to right under my eyebrow, all over my inner corner, then 'Embark' in the outer corner and 'Coquette' blended all over the crease. in the areas where Nylon was showing, it literally made my whole face light up. it was very striking! it is almost a little metallic, but because it's such a simple colour, it's extremely wearable and versatile. when i wore this, i was also very sleep-deprived, and this made me look better than i felt. an instant pick-me-up!
i don't think this is for you if you are after more of a shimmery neutral shade or something soft, because this has much more of a kick to it. but if the above description is what you are looking for, then definitely consider this.
i also recommend this for dark eyes especially, as it's a nice contrast.

I got Nylon a long time ago. It's my go-to highlight for going out, but I'd never use it in the day-time. It's great for a smokey eye look (clubbing makeup!) but in the daytime it looks so tacky. I would repurchase if I ever run out.

My HG highlighter. So smooth and silky. No chunks of glitter, just a reflective sheen that looks very natural while really highlighting. Stays put all day. I love the slightly yellowish tone, it looks so much more flattering on my skin/eye combination than highlighters with a pink tone. The yellow tone also beautifully complements the taupey and bronzy colours I love to wear.

I don't love this as much as I hoped I would. The texture is awful to work with imo very gritty like others have mentioned. I wanted to use it as a brow highlight for the day but it's SO obvious. Just way to frosty for me. It does look beautiful as an inner eye highlight though!! It works perfectly for that. I will be keeping this because I like to wear it at night as a brow highlight and it really is the perfect e/s for inner eye highlight. Wouldn't buy again because I doubt I'll go through this very quickly.

Love this highlighter, especially for inner tear duct. Would definitely repurchase.

This is a pale gold with fine shimmers. It is very blendable and buildable. The color has quite a rich pigment. This shadow, as I've noticed from many other Mac shadows, stays in place all night. It does not melt off or transfer. No judging! But I have even slept in my makeup and can always count on my Mac shadows to look just as gorgeous as when I first applied it. I love to use this on the inner corner of my eyes.

I bought this eyeshadow colour to use as a highlight for the brows. Its a nice colour but very frosty. I wouldnt recommend this for day to day use (better of with something less frosty) but it would work on your inner eye corner or when creating a really dramatic eye look. I like using benefits high beam now to higlight brows.

Too yellowy and frosty for me. It didn't blend well either which surprised me since I love MAC eyeshadows. This is only the 2nd shade I disliked overall. I tried it as a cheekbone highlight but it just didn't blend well and again- way too frosty. I like frost finishes but this was just a gritty frost like others have said. I wouldn't repurchase it.
