I bought this product at a steal at StrawberryNET (hence the price rating). This is a versatile colour, I use it as a base or on my lids depending on the season and what effect I want to achieve. It is a lovely orangy (but not too orangy) gold with a slight shine (still discreet) to it. The consistency of the ES is really silky and easy to blend. I have given it a 4 as this type of shade is quite common and can probably be found as a dupe with many other brands. I would recommend this shade to anyone with the same colouring as mine.

I love this color. It works well with so many different color combinations because it is a warm neutral, like a rosy pale adobe. Lately, I have been wearing it as a crease color with LM's Gold Dust (under the brow) and Patina (on lid and as liner). The SA showed me this combo with Nutmeg in place of Antique Gold, but Nutmeg is much redder and more dramatic. Antique Gold is a shadow that can be more subtle for day but goes with more impactful night looks as well.

Although this isn't a color that I would normally choose for myself (Blonde, blue eyes, NW20), it's really flattering. I usually choose purple shadows (think MAC Trax) because it brings out the hint of green in my eyes, but this shadow really brings out the blue. I can wear a base (MAC Vanilla) and use Antique Gold in the crease, or I can use it as a base and use a Amber Lights in the crease with Embark as a liner. Great staple!

Thought I wouldn't like it but I do. It looked boring in the pot.. like a blush. But on, it turned into this gorgeous pink gold shimmer. I am fair and it was not red on me. I put it in my crease. But darker skinned girls could definitely use it as a base.

This color is pretty when you are looking at it - but I do recommend you trying it on and leaving the mall or boutique and see what it looks like after an hour. It tends to go really orange and that is just awful. Would not recommend this to anyone. Also looks chalky - not enough pigment IMO. UPDATE: Taking lippie away because this really is a bad color

I too love this color as an all over eye shadow or even as a blush or a face highlighter. GREAT!

I love this one on my NC30 skin to be the perfect bronzer/blush! I don't wear caramel e/s very often and I haven't got a clue on how to make it work, so this e/s is now my summer love as a bronzer. It's not too dark and brown (there's a red undertone) and I love the slight shimmery effect on my cheeks. It goes well with green e/s. When I figure a way to wear it as an e/s, I'll update it.

Rave, rave, rave. I can't say enough about this shade, a gold-tan-pink sort of color with just a hint of shimmer. It's one of my staples. It looks good on both warm and cool skin tones. Goes on easily and stays put. A must-buy.

I got this as part of my Mercury Rising palette and it is one of my faves. To me it is a shimmery caramel color. Great for blue eyes. LM has great quality eye shadows. For reference, I'm a cool PPP redhead with blue eyes.

This is a great color. I wear this with temptation. It is beautiful. I put the antique gold all over the lid (up to the crease) and in the crease I use temptation. Then I mix shimmer sand creme eye color and shell (both Laura mercier creme eye color) together on my hand and then use the camoflauge brush to apply it over the antique gold. I then line my eyes in the special brown eyeliner. Also, use the starlight at the top under browbone for highlighter. This is an awesome technique that the makeup artist did for my makeover! I love it!

This is from LM's La Dolce Vita collection. It's a beautiful golden brown color with a slight rose tinge to it and a wee bit of shimmer. It didn't give me the sunburned lid look that Rose unfortunately did. I was experimenting and found out that this color also looks fantastic worn as blush!!!!!
