This is my first quad from Chanel. I needed a blue e/s as I realized that I didn't have that in my stash. I was not decided wheater to go for CHANEL of YSL, wich had a beautiful blue 2-es duo too. I bought Chanel and I haven't regretted it. I love the fact that you can use it in so many ways. I use it to create a daytime look but I use it also for a dramatic evening look. The deep blue color is really everything that I was looking for and although I have blue eyes, the colors look great on me. They make my blue eyes pop. I also love the fact that is so shimmery but like other have mentioned, it's true, all colors are shimmery and there is no matte e/s but it doens't bother me. I took a lippie off because of the fact that the glitters in the e/s fall out and I really have to be carefull not to look like a discoball. BUT on the other side: they blend like a dream. I know you guys love MAC but I have to be hones, this knocks MAC down. Chanel is more blendable. When I read the reviews of DEEP TRUTH from MAC (because I was hesitating on getting that color) there were a lot of women who complained that it was not easy blendable and that was something I was looking for! I have a few MAC e/s but although I like the honest color they give, it's true that they don't blend that good. I think I will repurchase other quads from Chanel too although I have enough e/s for 2 lifetimes, but hey, we are make up addicts after all :)

(PICS below) I am MAC NW20 with warm freckles, dark brown eyes, dark brown hair with a hint of warm red. I cannot recommend this quad enough to women with dark eyes and hair. This is AMAZING. The colors are shimmery light pink, shimmery white, shimmery baby blue and deep rich shimmery jewel blue. The shimmer is extremely subtle and the shades also show a satin effect. The shades are absolutely wearable, and eve the lighter ones are extremely vibrant. I LOVE lining my dark eyes with the blue and even wear it in the crease for some drama.I wear the pink as a wash and the white as a browbone highlighter and in my inner corner. I LOOK SO GOOD when I wear the shades like this. Seriously. I am so in love with myself I could stare at the mirror all day long. The blue is fantastic, WAY nicer than my other HG blue, MAC Deep Truth. With regard to how vibrant the shades are, MAC has NOTHING on Chanel! I was totally surprised by this since I thought white, pink, blue and dark blue are kinda a sucky boring color combo. But this quad truly is awesome and a total no brainer. you can't really go wrong. As for the texture, the shades are so pigmented they are nearly creamy (at least the baked, round pa Euro version) and they don't lose any of their liveliness through out the day!

I love this palette.
The pink just blends in with the rest of the palette once on the eye, as it's meant to, and the light blue is a good base for the navy. The highlighting white is ok, doesn't do extreme highlighting but is nice and soft.
And these colors just last and last!! I use Clinique touch-base for eyes (in canvas light) and the eyeshadow is still beautiful by the end of the day. They blend so well. They are great for both day and night, don't look tacky as some blues do. Wish the pricetag was 5-10 dollars less, though..

Ugh I bought it after reading so many positive reviews and as I love Influences palette.I really regret it now.The pink shadow barely shows up, the blue one is very poor quality as it doesn't cover my o my eye lid no matter how much of it I put (still can see pink undertone),the highligter is worse then the one in Influences, the only good one is navy. The colours look very shimmery when I tried it on my hand but they look matte on the eye as glitter ended up falling on my face. It's also very difficult to make those eyshadows look good on the eye. It's far too time consuming if you need quick make up in the morning.
EDIT: After scraching of first few layers I finally made them work uff.

This was the first quad I ever purchased from Chanel, and after one try I was hooked for life. It's the only blue eye-shadow I'll wear. I put the lightest white color all over the lid and up to the brow bone. I then apply the shimmery light blue shade only on the lid, and use the dark shimmering navy in the crease (it can be made sheer) and wet as a liner. I usually put the light pink in the corners of my eyes for a little ooomph. After all that, the end result is a semi-shimmery, smokey, silver blue effect. Gorgeous!

I would buy this Quad again and again. I can't believe it looks so good with brown eyes and it gives me that smokey eyes effect. I use the dark blue as an eyeliner and it doesn't smudge. In fact, I prefer Chanel quads over Dior. I want to try more now!

I just cant get rid of this! Even though I have bougt another blue eye shadow palettes from Clarins and Dior and I am a minimalist and I would only like to have one of each color palettes. Sometimes, I put this up for swap but I take it away. I just cant part this. And why should I? It makes me look fresh. It has all the colors I need to do a makeup. Sometimes it creases and sometimes it does not. It is a very moody palette that way ;) I just love the light blue and dark blue. The dark blue has such a character. It is thundery and not too bright. I have blue eyes and this is not maybe the best choise for me but I just love the way it looks. I have used a lot of this and I will be repurchasing even though I still have other BLUE palettes.

I have to say the first time I tried this eye shadow I loved it! Blues dont usually look great on my eyes however Chanel has created just the perfect blue shades which blend together beautifully. Expensive for eyeshadow but definately worth the price! I can't wait to try out other shades from the quad range =)

The four lovely colours (almost white, light pink, light blue and dark blue) in this quad is really great to combine in different variations. All the shades has a nice shimmer that is not too glittery and the the pigmentation is great and makes these eyeshadows longlasting. To me this is a very useful quad. I love playing around with this creating a million different eyelooks with this as a main tool.

I usally love Chanel's quads but this one is to shimmery for my taste. In addition I find no difference between the white and the pink shadow and feel that the light blue barely shows up. I do like the deep blue liner but I have the Chanel single shadow in Comet and this works just as well. I have worn this quad only a few times and each time I hope I will change my mind but I don't.

This is my HG as far as quads go. I’m just sorry that I waited so long before getting this. The dark blue shade has great color depth and the other shades compliment so well. I find that Chanel eye shadows are extremely versatile and blend well. I have not had any problems with creasing or bleeding. I have brown eyes and this gives me just the right amount of oomph. I would definitely buy this again.

Although this is a lovely set from Chanel, I don't use it just as much as I thought I would when I bought it. The lighter colours are very versatile and shimmery and the deeper blue makes a lovely liner. I must actually use this more. As always, the Chanel packaging is faultless, sophisticated and classy.

I love this quad. It comes with a navy blue with some sparkles, a light blue, a white for highlighting, and a peachy nude. The quality is good and long lasting, and they make a great smokey eye. So versatile, and such a great product to own.

This is the only Chanel quad I have been happy with. All my Chanel products are the European versions. It really seems to have decent pigment compared to Influences and Euphoria. I bought this because I felt my collection is uncomplete w/o blue eye shadow and the this combo looked like it would be more wearable than many other blue palettes I have seen. I also think that color blue can easily look chalky and cheap if it is too matte. There is a dark blue color with glitter. I use it mainly as a liner. My favourite is the light periwinkle blue. It is just gorgeous on the lid. I like to use the pink and white as highlighters. This product looked kinda good on my mom too. There is a reason I cant give 5 lipsticks for this product: The products does not remain pretty on the lids all day. It greases, even though I use a primer. But I did not give up yet. I will be trying this some more and see if I can get it work somehow. EDIT: I found the greatest way to work with it. I simply use the dark blue shade as a liner and if I want I can dab it very lightly on my crease too, not really even swiping it on. I love it and would buy again this quad. The light colors are so pretty too. They brighten my whole look.

I LOVE this product! I bought it about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Its so light and doesnt make you look like your trying to hard like other extreme shadows can do. It blends so well and can even be applied by your finger (i recommend the brush however). Great Product, it can be pricey but I think its worth it!

Resisted buying this for too long, figuring blue eyes should not wear blue shadow. Glad I crumbled. Love this quad of classy, subtle, sheer-sheer color.

Okay if I were on the cast of "LOST" I would not survive without the "blue notes" quad. My most HG of all the 5 quads I own and I have improved on it by using BE glimmer or MAC Veluxe Pearl Expensive Pink in place of the pink in this quad which is gorgeous but disappears within an hour or two. The look is gorgeous with my #53 Andrea False Eyelashes (great for day looks as well as more intense for night) and the beauty is that I can put it all on within about 15 minutes. The blue in this is similar to COMET of the Shadowlights single shadows and even with extreme use looks to last forever. Its extremely blendable and just 3 dabs with the point of my Bobbi Brown Brush can be smudged to perfection. I use the white for the brow bone and interchange with vanilla pigment for night. Its a look that is equally at home at the opera or at a ballgame. HOLY GRAIL along with Nymphea, Mysteres, Variations and Fascination.

Great colors! They are not "crazy blue" colors, but very soft and subtle! They just add a beautiful brightness to your eyes. The quads are a great value, four colors that last forever!

Me: NW20-25 Black hair/blue eyes
I am very happy that the MA talked me into trying BLue Notes. I really like this quad b/c it is easy to blend the colors together to create a "halo" of beautiful, shimmer (but not too much shimmer -- just enough to get that great luminous look). The light blue looks awesome on the ball of the eye and in the inner corners. The dark blue can be used as liner or in the crease b/c it's easy to blend.
The MA used Rose Bronze blush and Giggle glossimer with this. Would recommend highly!!
