Love this pigment. The colour is just shimmery white. Unlike Frost, for example, the colour payoff is a lot better, its silky smooth, amazingly easy to blend and I find it is one of my favourite pigments ever. Since you could ever really use it for highlighting most of the time, it would last even longer than a lot of pigments. I do think that, however, you should be a bit careful with this pigment when highlighting because the colour payoff is so good, it can come out quite strong. I use this primarily on the brow bone and the inner corner of the eye. It is a gorgeous pigment but for a lot of people it can be a bit hard to work with if you are not a make up artist, and for everyday highlighting use I would opt for Vanilla or Your Ladyship.

Part of the MAC pro range, White pigment is a very finely milled pure white pearl/frost powder. I generally find that MAC pearlised pigments are much easier to blend than matte pigments, and this pigment is no exception. It applies smoothly and doesn't have much fallout during the day (unlike some of the coarser grained glittery pigments - such as Naked and Jardin Aires), even when worn without an eye shadow primer. The pearl is not too shiny, glittery or gritty (like Frost), so I find it good for everyday wear. This pigment is very versatile and can be blended with any pigment to lighten or highlight a look, because it does not have a contrasting duochrome (compared to, for example: Lark About & Frozen White - blue sheen, Quick Frost – green sheen, Pink Opal – pink sheen, Vanilla - yellow/gold sheen). This is one of my favourite pigments. What I like most of all is the versatility of the colour (or lack thereof) because it doesn’t clash with my skin tone or with other colours. I use it almost every day.

This is definitely something any MAC lover should get, and surprisingly sooo underrated to how amazing it truly is and probably one of the most versatile pigments out there.
Not only amazing to use as a soft wash on your eye lids, but it gives you almost an awakened appearance that just brightens up your whole face. But another great use is on the top of your cheekbones to give an extra defined look.
This pigment also can be used to lighten up any pigment or color that you have lying around, like the other reviewer said it multiplies the amount of pigments you have many times over, allowing you to soften up the darkest of colors.
But the thing I often use this for the most is putting a small amount in a fix + bottle and shaking it up and using it as a face mist...it does not give enough color for it to be really noticeable, but just enough that your whole face literally GLOWS. One of the top pigments on my list for sure and one of the few pigments that I've actually used in so many ways that I've gone through a full bottle and am into my second.

White pigment is a gorgeous frosty shimmery white. It's AMAZING as an inner corner color to open up the eyes or as a browbone highlighter as well. LOVE!

Another one of my favorite MAC Pigments. White might sound boring ... but it's not boring at ALL! This pigment is a very shimmery white that just wakes up my entire eye area and looks very ethereal! I love this for making me look awake! It's great as an all over wash with a deep grey in the crease. It also looks amazing used wet on the inner corners of the eye, great as a browbone highlight. I think this was DC'd ..but it's SO worth having if you're a fan of pigments!

This is a wonderful frosted pearl-white, which is a must-have for any M.A.C. pigment collection. It is great as a brow highlighter, I am very happy with this color. :]

This is one of my favorite highlighters, since it really is pure white it can blend easily with any other color and look perfect. Its also nice for higlighting on the face (not just eyes) and body. Also if you like to mix your pigments and create new colors this would be essential to lighten stuff up. I actually prefer this to Vanilla.

White is white pigment. Its nothing special, it does no tricks but its very versatile. It was the first pigment i ever bought - i think about 2002. I still have it and use it for many things - mixing with other pigments, highlighting the brow bone, cupids bow, cheekbones, bust area. I'm nc15, so this is the perfect highlighter for me. (This is not a review for the matte white)

White MAC pigment is icy white with white pearly shimmer. It is well-pigmented so a little goes a long way. It is lighter than a pigment you'd use for a highlighter, so it is a very bold pigment. It has a great texture and it is easy to apply. Great stuff!

This is a basic white with shimmer. I think it's really versatile, but nothing out of the ordinary.
I use it for a highlight, on the brow bone. It is slightly too frosty for my liking sometimes.
If you like mixing pigments, this is great for you.
I got this as a sample, and won't repurchase.

This is a pretty white pearl color. Sometimes a use it as a highlighter. I have a sample and I won't buy a full size once it's finished. The color is nice, but it's not special or unique enough for me to spend $20.00 for it. Some drugstore brands have a color just like it.

Very versatile pigment than can be combined with ANY other e/s or pigments that you may have. Blends like a dream, and when I mix it with my other pigments I can make so many different shades of the same colour. For example, Melon pig. mixed with White = Vanilla pig. Try it, you can hardly tell the difference. I also use it as a highlighter, on my lips sometimes over gloss, and in the summer I will use it as a highlighter on my decollte.

This is a kind of nice pigment, but not one of my absolute favorites. It is somewhat difficult to blend, and it is a little on the chunky side, you will probably need to break it up alot before you use it. However, if you mix it with the cream version of Mixing medium, you get a nicer, smoother color. The color looked pretty nice on my skin. I have ivory skin, green eyes and reddish brown hair.

I use this almost every day as a base and highlighter and found lots of uses for it. I have mixed it together with other pigmnets to create suble shine glosses. It`s a lovely basic white with great shine.

Yuck...compared to all the other pigments this one is so...boring. Its just your basic white shimmer e/s. Not worth the money at all, imo, because there are so many other cheaper look-a-likes

Lordy, this pigment is great ! Next to vanilla, as a multi use product, this is just what it is. Great everywhere and blends and mixes with everything. Adds shine and life to bland products, makes cheaper cosmetics look like a million dollars ! This white pigment is a must for everyone of every colour and every style. It can be pretty and hard edge, depending on how you use it. I may even add my 1001 uses for this product to my notpad. Buy this ! You won`t regret it !

This is the perfect intense white e/s! I highly reccomend this color for giving an intense frosty white sheen. Awesome as a highlighter. When I do a smokey sort of eye, I like to apply this is the center of the lid to add depth.
