HOLY taledo.. I am in freakin' love. I am a light/med olive skin toned gal (NC25 for ref, maybe a little lighter in the winter). I just bought this on a whim because I have been on an orange blush-kick. A few weeks ago I ordered Illamasqua's 'Lover' blush, and I really do enjoy it but didn't get me EXACTLY what I thought it would. I heard a lot of talk about this guy but by looking at it I was turned off. Uhm, No. Don't let the carrot color scare you. WOW. This literally gives me the 'I just got home from playing at the beach all day' sunkissed/a little sunburn (which I really love that look) kinda look..and the sheen, ahh its a true golden godess look. Also, ANYONE can wear this. Seriously. My friend whom is very pale put this on and it looked absolutely stunning. It just brightens up anyones face, completely. The only problem I've have is the pigmentation. Its the most pigmented product I've ever dealt with, which if you're anywhere near light skinned, you will defiantly have to practice. Other than that I am so in love. This is the PERFECT spring/summer blush, and probably the only thing I will be wearing, and that says a lot because my blush collection is absolutely ridiculous. Also may I mention that every time I wear this blush I get asked what I have on my cheeks, or that I look like I just got back from vacation..its amazing. I could go on, and on. Just don't even sleep on it and GO by this if you want that sexy Victorias Secret sunkissed glow :). I know that they no longer sell this at Sephora, however, if you have a Nordstroms, and there is a NARS counter they will have this there, thats where I got mine! HOLY GRAIL summer glow :)

Ok, so I gave into the hype last year of all Woc NEED TAJ MAHAL in their life! And got this blush, which lucky for me I swapped a lippies that everyone wanted & was sold out..booya!(did I just say that?hmm...) But anyway,so glad I did,I wasn't too much into wearing Orange blushes but this one is Love darling. But aren't all Nars blushes;) its very pigmented,so like everyone states you only need to "tap" your brush & the payoff is excellent. It gives a nice sunkissed-healthly glow. It's also great pair with Dloce Vita,Mata Hari,or Dolly Mix on the apples on your cheeks. Great blush to have in your collection.

After hearing rave reviews on here and YouTube, I thought what the hey, lm going to purchase this 'must have for woc' I tried it on at the store..... My boyfriends only description of this colour when it was on my face was 'it looks like sparkly vomit' well that's never good, but he's a man, and what did he know??? Well after I left the shop, it seems he knew everything. I was so embarrassed when I went into mac and looked in there very harsh lighted store mirror. I look awful. Maybe because I have yellow tones in my skin that this blush looked so horrible on me? But I'm now firmly sticking to my mac sweet as coca and my sleek Sahara. If you found this blusher a no go, then try out sleek Sahara, and save your self time and money.

This is a super blush, one of my all-time fav. The pigmentation is just outstanding, and flabbergasts me every time I smear it on. It gives your tedious arid face an immediate sun kissed radiance. I would not endorse this to woman with light skin as it can be too much. You need some color in order to twitch this off. The texture is proper pigmented as stated earlier, soft, smooth. It is actually my second time in a year that I purchased it, the reason behind that is the con which is it is that this blush is easily fragile, elsewise this blush will last you endlessly.

I love this -orange- blush! It looks so pretty on my pale skin but I think this is not for everyday. I'd buy it again but I know it will last forever :)

This is the ultimate brown skinned girl's blush and a necessity! HG product for sure and I don't give HG status for just anything. It is an amazing burnt orange with gold shimmer which doesn't really show up too vividly. It gives an amazing glow to the skin and everytime I have worn it I have always received positive comments. It is my favourite out of all my NARS blushes and I own quite a few: Desire, Lovejoy, Exhibit A, Torrid and Taos. Exhibit A comes into a close second. As most NARS blushes are this blush is really pigmented and not a lot is needed to achieve results. I apply with the Yachiyo brush also by NARS. I also like the fact their blushes come with a compact mirror.

It is quite pricey and I understand a lot of people would rather buy a dupe of this rather than pay the full price which is understandable HOWEVER I am a blush junkie and I have not yet found a dupe for this blush.

Reference: NC 45.

I have usually worn Mac blushes or the sample blushes from Clinique, lancombe and Estée Lauder found in gwps but this is by far not only the best quality blush I have tried but with the prettiest tone. I love the color of this on my skin. You must follow the directions you see here and on YouTube. Very little at a time and you will have a beautiful glow and definition. I have read many skin tones can wear this color. Sadly I put on one of my Mac blushes yesterday and it just didn't cut it, Nars blushes are my new Fav!!!!

FINALLY!!!! I have wanted this blush for almost a year and I finally got it and I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED. I try to stay away from falling into the trap of "over-hyped" products but this blush is absolutely a MUST-HAVE. Spend the money, I am not that person who gives reviews just for the fun of it or to just talk to be talking. I like to fill you guys in or what i honestly think and hope it will help. i come here for reviews because i trust we all are being honest in our experiences. Anyways, this blush is truly suitable for all skintones. The applicaation process will vary, but it works. IT has this orangy-golden glow that is fantastic. I pair mines with elf blush in "gotta glow" and i am in AWE. I have a nyx blush thats orange, forgot the name, but was told it was a dupe. THIS PRODUCT CAN NOT BE DUPED!!!! Other products may come close but will not match this blush. Just buy it and take it back if ur not happy!! I am so happy I have this now but disappointed I waited so long. Every girl needs this blush.

This is the most natural looking "neutral" blush I have ever tried! Being a blush addict, I have been on the lookout for years for the perfect browny, peachy, goldish blush that looks natural and glowy. You tend to see this look on the Victoria Secret models. The color is perfect without any shimmer that highlights pores. It is a beautiful gold and light brown color that looks so natural on my medium skin.It is really what I wanted luster to look like on me but it always came out ruddy. This and Exhibit A are the best blushes from Nars. One pan will last you a lifetime. If you are scared of this shade because of how orange it is in the pan you need to try it. It would be perfect an all skintones, just remember to use a REALLY light hand.Ecotools blush brush and Nars Yachiyo work the best.

This is now one of my HG blushes. I just wish i dared to buy this earlier. When in first saw/swatched this at the counter i was like.... what the?? I just couldn't understand who and why you would put this hideous bright orange on your cheeks. How WRONG was I. I seen a couple of girls review and apply this blush on YouTube and it looked gorgeous. So i decided to give it a try. Im chinese and quite pale in the winter with cool undertones. I managed to make this work for me. I think it would look even better when i get a tan. But id say overall it works on fair skin girls as well as darker ladies. You only need the tinniest amount on a blush brush, it goes a LONG WAY. It gives this beautiful golden glow not orange in the slightest, but be careful you can easy go overboard. Keep a buffer brush handy just in case. The staying power is great. I apply before work and 8 hours later i can still see its hardly faded. Formula is soft and finely milled as you would expect from a Nars Blush. This is a gorgeous, gorgeous blush! I would definitely buy again but i really don't think i will need to as im sure this one would last me forever. BIG THUMBS UP!

This looked really scary orangey in store, but after having seen a youtube clip where someone showcased a brush using this blush the colour on actually surprised me. I tried this in store and was impressed. It is highly highly pigmented, so a small amount on a decent brush is enough and it is very easy accidentally apply too much!

When applied lightly - it gives a nice bronze/orange glow to my cheeks which lasts all day :) couldn't be happier with it! (FYI I use Chantecaille Just Skin in Glow and have a medium skin tone with yellow undertones)

This is a wonderful choice for an orangey-bronze blush for medium to darker skintones. It's extremely pigmented with a bit of shimmer, but it really amps up the look, making it seem sophisticated and almost magical. I really like the feel of the powder as it is finely milled and oh-so-smooth.

I lovee this blushh! it looks scary on the pan but it can be applied sheer with very light hand on cheek :) I use natural hair brush, I find it applies better than the mac duo fibre brush because it retains the orangey shimmer which gives the healthy glow. Strangely it looks more matte when I applied with the duo fibre brush .

This blush does not appear red on skin (unlike some other orange blushes), but truely orange. This blush looks beautiful when it is combined with cool pinky blush such as mac well dressed <3

Packaging: I don't mind nars blush packaging. Although it is a dust magnet, it is very sleek and storage efficient.

This blush is one of my new staples. I'm an nc42 and when it arrived in the mail I immediately put it on and it was like Halloween bright orange and sparkly. This is blush is very easy to overdo. Applying with a fan brush to the apple of the cheeks I now understand what the fuss is about. It gives me a beautiful sunset glow. I'm not really a blush person but I can't stop looking in the mirror with this on, it creates such a gorgeous effect. It's also great paired with luster or mac gingerly.

Taj Mahal represents one-third of what in NARS' mid-2012 lineup I affectionately call the' "I dare you to wear me" trio (the others being Gaiety and Exhibit A). These are blushes which scream at you from the pan, Taj Mahal in bright burnt orange, Gaiety in bright pink, and Exhibit A in bright orangey-red. When they scream folks: my advice is EMBRACE THEM! NARS in my opinion reigns supreme in powdered blush hands down. NARS does powdered blush and does it well across the board. Texture, long wearing, tremendous pigmentation, gorgeous colors, finely milled.

Even paler folks need not fear the "I dare you to wear me" trio-just use a light hand. Color can always be built up with NARS-the sign of a quality product. I am NW25 and can wear Taj Mahal comfortably.

In the grand scheme, this blush is not what I would consider "expensive" as a few reviewers mention. I suppose it is all a matter of perspective. Compared to drugstore lines, sure NARS is pricey. Compared to some luxe lines where you can pay double, triple (or more) NARS pricing on a blush that may even be inferior in quality, NARS is a bargain. As of May 2012, they are pricing at $28 (US). The compacts are large and because they are well pigmented, you do not need to use as much with each application-these will last you a long long time so take that into consideration.

I recommend and would most definitely repurchase if I ever hit pan on this blush!

This gives such a beautiful orange/bronze glow to my skin. I held out for a while trying to dupe this blush, but at last gave in...once I swatched it I knew I would have a hard time finding a combination of products to obtain this beauty. Gave in and never regretted it! I suggest save and bite the bullet and get it. The ONLY reason I wouldn't buy this again is a little goes such a long way I would probably never hit pan.

This blush has amazing pigmentation!! Doesn't fade. The orangey hue blends well with other illuminators, bronzers, and blushes on my NC43 skintone. The key is to use a light touch and only apply to one part of your cheek. Going overboard will ruin the effect and look tacky.

I sooooo very badly wanted to LOVE this blush but I just don't! I'm a NARS blush fanatic but just couldn't love this which makes me really sad but I felt it felt my face looking "dirty" and just too glittery for my liking. I did use a little had as with all NARS blushes and still couldn't love it. I will keep this for use on my clients with maybe a richer skin tone than mine to give a youthful glow but this is just not for me I will stick with Gilda and Exhibit A
