Even though I gave it a bad rating. I still use it everyday since I have nothing else, lol. Thank God I only have a sample because it would've been a total waste of my money. I have a dry skin. But I do get oily sometimes. That's why I usually need to set my makeup with a powder. I don't think loose powders are for me. I feel like they're too much of a hassle and sometimes make a mess. It doesn't really help control my oilyness. It kinda just goes over it. Not what I expected..

I wouldn't recommend this product..

I like like this loose powder! I use it on top of my Stila tinted moisturizer and the finish is flawless! It looks natural without over drying my skin. What I really like about this is it really makes the pores on my cheek smaller and makes my TM last longer. I was using a powder brush when applying it at first but when I tried using its sponge, I noticed the finish is even better, well for me :)
I gave only 4 lippies because it's really expensive here in Singapore! It's $72 for a loose powder!! But it last long though, I've been using it for 4 months now and I still have more than half.. worth for the price. I still would like to repurchase if I can't find a better quality and better price.

I bought this since I needed a setting powder and this seemed to be a good candidate. I felt like it makes my face look flat and took the effect away from my foundation.

This powder sets my foundation beautifully. Does not change the color of my blush or foundation. It does not dry out my cheeks and keeps the shine off my T-zone as I have combination skin. I also use it on days I don't use foundation to take the shine off my face.

I would definitely repurchase.

I brought the limited edition "Septarian" illuminating translucent shade. I thought I was buying the standard translucent, so I was surprised to see it made my skin glow! The shimmer is ultra fine and the powder feels very silky and moisturising on. Disappears into skin and doesn't go cakey or collect into lines. I think it would be great to perk up dry dull skin, or want that ultra shimmery look. Since I have oily skin I have all the glow I already need, so I didn't end up using it. We can't do returns in our country, and it was pretty expensive, I think $80 0r $90, so sadly I won't be buying replacing it with the Translucent one I actually wanted.

This is expensive for what it is - a basic loose powder. It does control oil but not any better than any other loose powder I've used.

My favourite powder of all times (not counting Laura Merciers' loose powder). I have very pale, dry skin and this doesn't feel dry or make my skin flake, doesn't movea round - just leaves a matte, subtly shimmering, veil on my face. Even works if you want powders under the eyes which usually just settles in small creases.

This is the basic version of loose powder, I believe they stopped making this version and only sell the "enriched" version now. However, I'm sure some places still sell it so I'll continue with this review. I have this in the shade 1 Pink Rose, and although it looks quite pale i have no problems with it blending into my NC40 (medium tan, olive) complexion. I use this to set my makeup and it does the job nicely. The texture is very silky and does not leave a whitish cast on me. I used to use Sue Devitt's loose powders, which provide some coverage, but was a little pricey at $25 for .25 oz. With Shiseido you get .7 for $32.50., a little bit more product.

I love this powder in #01. It sets my makeup and gives a natural glow, highlights in the right places. I´m fair/medium and thought this would probably be too light but it´s just stunning.

I was going to buy the enriched powder by Shiseido, but on the back of my hand it looked white and did not blend in, so I got this in the warm beige color. I'm not wowed by this, but it isn't terrible. When I wear it I do not need to touch up during the day, and my skin is very oily in the summertime. And although it is a warm beige, it does have a pink cast to it. It comes with a soft puff too that is nice, and is quite pricey at $32.50. As long as it keeps my skin matte for summer though I am pleased.

I love this stuff. I don't know why I ever stopped wearing it. Actually, I thought they had done away with it when the enriched loose powder came out. I'm glad I found it again. This is probably the finest milled loose powder I have ever used. I use the pink, which is almost pure white with just the slightest hint of pink in it. The color looks incredible on PPP skin. They also have a beige color if you're more medium. It sets my make-up perfectly and looks like nothing on. It has a pretty but very light scent. I like the plain Shiseido packaging, although I do think the container for this is a little large since you only get .7 ounces of product. The powder puff it comes with is really nice and soft too.

One of the worst loose powders EVER!

I'm serious - it doesn't mattify the skin for long, takes lots to set makeup and the shade I'm using - Golden Beige - is way too pink and changes the color of my foundation (Chanel Vitalumiere) horribly, and it actually seems to dry my skin. Not to mention the packaging, wich is actually ugly.

I have the Shiseido TM Loose Powder in Beige/02 for some time already. I do love it. I am a LLL/warm to neutral, and the Beige shade gives me a nice healthy look, without looking orangey or too dark. Just a hint of sunkiss, warming up my complexion.
The powder is super-fine in my opinion, and very soft. It can easily be used over your moisturiser, skipping foundation altogether.
Another thing I really love is the fact that it comes with a removable siffer (so I can depot it easily) and the puff is gorgeously fluffy and soft. I also apply it using my Bobbi Brown kabuki brush, if I want a more understated look. However, that puff makes you look absolutely impeccable!
I cannot remember how much I paid for it, probably something around 35 Euros - money well spent that was. Would buy it again and again!

A great loose powder for dry-normal skin gals because it doesnt dry the skin. unfortunately i have oily t-zone so this doesnt do a very nice job on me. It really brightens up your face and I think it has little little shimmer to it but it is not visible.

This made my face look soooo dull. I went to Macy's and a girl at the makeup counter told me my face looked "washed-out." I couldn't figure out what was making me look so washed-out until I stopped using this. I WILL NOT be repurchasing.

I purchased this powder after reading rave reviews in InStyle. It's very finely milled, which is nice, but it does nothing to absorb oil. I'm back to my Clinique standard. Forget this powder if your skin is the slightest bit oily.

I am a very loyal customer of Shiseido's Powery Foundation so was wanting to try their loose powder. I was, however, disappointed at the lack of color options, only 2 colors: rose and warm beige. Rose is too light while warm beige is too dark for someone with light/ivory skin (I20). Shiseido's main focus has been on their Skincare line and not so much on cosmetics so this explains the lack of options and quality with loose powder. Try Armani or Chanel's loose powders instead.

A really nice, good quality powder. Unfortunately Shiseido only do their powders in two shades. I got number 2 which looked nice in the shop but when I tried at home is a bit too dark for my pale skin, yet the number 1 was way to light for me. I wouldn't buy again becuase of the very limited range of shades available.
