I must have repurchased this at least 10x by now and will probably continue repurchasing it for a long time. It's not the cheapest Vit C serum around, but it works! I use 2 pumps at night after cleansing (before toner and moisturiser) and it really improves the brightness and clarity of my skin in the morning. I used to use it in the mornings as well, but found that a little too much in the long run (it made my skin itchy) so now I only use it once a day. It does not irritate the eye area. Packaging is in a plastic pump bottle that is semi opaque so it is hygienic, convenient, and safe for travel.

On my way to the third bottle. I did not have very high hopes on the product initially, I just use it everyday and it did not give me any breakouts or negative reactions. Until one day (after half a bottle, I think) I saw my own reflections on the car rearview mirror. Suddenly I realised my skin tone was much more even, and hence made me look fairer! Though the texture is a bit sticky upon application, but I guess I could live with that. Best use together with VC Lotion.

This product has no effect in lightening my blemishes. The texture is like water. My skin absorbs it but it isn't moisturizing at all.

I started using this recently,is really good leave skin very supple.It blends well with my moisturizer.Alittle bit sticky after applying but it makes my skin look more radiance and healthy.I'm very skeptic about the % of the vitamin c derivaties use in this product but the BA told me is a doctor formular so the vitamin c content is stable..i use it day and nite together with white knight,the result is really good..price is good so will repurchased again...

When I get pimples, they tend to leave scars that look like chicken pox. After reading the good reviews for White Lady, I finally decided to give it a try. White Lady has helped to lighten the scars, due to its high vitamin C content. Thank you to all you MUA-ers. Three to fours drops is sufficient. Price is expensive but I suppose a bottle can last a long time.

This product lightened my freckles from my vacation, healed blemishes faster, tightened my skin, and made my skin brighter. I really love this product. Only thing is--you apply this before G lotion and it leaves your skin kind of sticky but doesn't interfere with make-up application at all. I ordered this from the HABA website and although I like this product I don't know if I'll be buying it again because I paid way too much for duties...

tis is the first product tat i buy from HABA. i was looking for a whitening serum to help me fade my acne scars n a lot of ppl recommended tis one. and i'm glad i listened to them. WL really worked. i applied it when e scar is still red n it helped to fade it faster. juz be careful not to use it on an active zit. i accidentally did it n it triggers e zit. have to make sure e zit is dead then use WL. i usually buy e 15ml one bcz of e expiry date, 3 months after u open, 4 months if u put it on e fridge. i have no problem finishing mine within 3 months =) btw if u use it on your whole face, it will give you a rosy complexion. something i've never have before =)

I started to look for a good skin care brand, doesnt matter whether it's expensive or not as long as it works for me coz my current one not showing any improvement. I believe beautiful makeup should start with good skin. My skin is normal to combination but, severely dehydrated to the extend that my skin flakes at nose area, chin area and cheeks and can be removed by using tweezer without a single pain! I purchased this product after gaining confident from HABA basic skin care which allow me to see result with my own eyes in a week or so. Therefore, I've decided to get the 10ml for a try. The lady at the counter said that I wont be regret and would purchase it again. In fact, the results from this White Lady is way much better and faster than the one similar to what I used, CEF (Vit C, E, F), only available in salon though the viscousity is not so thick. I can see my skin texture much smoother, brighter, more translucent.. People complemented that my skin is fairer! I think if I use it consistently for a period of time, my freckles will be lightened.

I was a little bit sceptical whether this would work as it's so watery as most of the whitening stuffs that I tried were in a stick or cream, which is the more concentrated version. But then since my mom bought that and I didn't need to pay, I told myself that I would just try it.

Fast forward to after a few months of using, I found that my freckles were still sitting there and no one could tell any difference after I switched to this - not even my mom, who is very sensitive when it comes to freckles and stuffs on my face. I am disappointed as again - this doesn't work for me like most of the whitening products.

But why I still give this 4 lippies?

Although this didn't really work well on me, it works really good on my mom... Since this can be used at the eye area, she applied that to her eye area as there are some freckles and OMG - they were definitely lightened and not as visible as before after 2 weeks or so. I so wanted this to work for me...

The second reason is that this can fade the acne marks though imo and ime, quite slowly than the other stuffs I tried. However, this is usable on acnes and won't worsen them like the other whitening sticks I tried.

As for the packaging, I don't really like it. I'm not sure if this is the difference between US and Asia versions - we have 10ml and 20ml here. The 10ml one is in a bottle with a little dropper and the 20ml is the one in pump bottle. I think the 10ml one is better as I always get too much I want from the 20ml...

One of my skincare staples! Highly recommend this to all my friends...
It's less invasive compared to those potent vit. c serums and still works wonders. I saw results in 1 week.. the acne scars on my face were lightened and my overall face is brighter! Since then i repurchase the WL -10ml bottle every other month. I now use on my back and chest to treat my back-acne scars as well.. its take ALOT longer to lighten considering the skin on our backs are generally thicker. But it does help with the scars through continuous usage. Had introduced WL to my mum and gfs...they all loved it as well!

I used 3 bottles of this products. It does what's said. It evens my skin tones and reduces the appearance of the redness. I would definitely buy again especially when it has buy 2 get 1 free sale.

I started using this one month ago and i must say the results were almost instantaneous. I happened to walk past a HABA counter and chanced upon this product and i bought it without doing any prior research whatsoever. Luckily it was a "no-regret" purchase. It is a light serum that absorbs easily into my oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin. Moisturizers glide on on top of it and absorbs just as well. I noticed my skin tone became very even just one or two days after using it (i have lots of acne scars and very RED irritated skin after years of using harsh clinique products). Skin was fairer, less red and looks more luminous. I had no break outs from using the product but i am careful about not over-using it since people have complained of break-outs from using too much (i use 2 pumps once or twice a day, never more). In other words, it does what it promises to do.. And delivers the results fast too!

i'll probably buy this again as i want to add a vitamin c product into my routine and this doesn't irritate my skin. but i haven't seen any whitening properties, although i haven't really noticed any with the other whitening products i've used in the past so maybe it's cos i've been religious with my sunscreen. :P i use 2 pumps on my face in the morning (my neck gets any excess) so for the day it's a bit sticky but not something i can't live with. one pump is probably enough but i bought the 30ml version so if i don't use at least 2 pumps i'll never finish it before the expiry date. ^ ^;

I have sensitive and acne prone skin. I have no problem with this. I am on my 2nd bottle. I can see that my skin is fairer and more radient. It is instantly absorbed into my skin upon application. 1 or 2 pumps is enough for whole face. 1 bottle can last me 3 - 4 months.

Initially , I have breakout from this white lady, but I realised that it's because I used more than 2 drops of it. This white lady does help lighten my pimples & acnes scars after they healed pretty good and fast. It's texture is light and non oily. It's very affordable, coz a 10ml bottle can last quite long.

i really love the texture of this .it is fluide which makes it suitable for all skintypes,including acne prone skin.it contain 6% vitamin c that aids in whitening.i must say it even skintone,fades pimple marks very well.it took about 2 weeks to see improvement.only use 2 drops each time ,otherwise overusing can caused acne because vit c is stimulating.

I think I might be in love with this product. The first thing I checked out at the store was its texture (watery, and easily absorbed) and its smell (almost non-existent). I use this product twice a day, using 3-4 drops each time. I only used it for less than a week, when I saw that my skintone looks very much evened out and smooth. Maybe even... *gasps* radiant? My skintone didn't get any fairer (I'm already fair though), but it definitely got brighter. The dark marks left behind my zits are very much still there, though they may have been lightened somewhat. But the most noticeable difference is that my face looks like it's been gaussian-blurred slightly - it looks THAT smooth.


A week on, and my bf commented on the difference. So I'm pretty convinced that it's not just my imagination. He hardly ever notices anything (can't tell a pair of criss-cross fake eyelashes from a pair of spiky ones). He remarked that there is less of a difference between my made-up face and my bare face than before, because my skintone looked so even, like I had foundation on. This is very bad news for my pocket.


One thing I really hated (besides the price) is the packaging. I bought the 10ml one with the dropper, and I could not cap the bottle tightly. At first I thought it was due to my own carelessness. But subsequently I tried twisting the cap very tight, and it always untwists slightly on its own. A little nudge and the cap unscrews completely. That means that I can't bring it anywhere, and that pisses me off. What if I need to travel?


I called up HABA and their staff told me that it's normal for the 10ml bottle, and a lot of customers commented about the cap. She also mentioned that the quality won't be compromised, though I have no idea whether that is true. According to her, a lot of customers have brought the faulty bottles back for exchange, and the newly exchanged bottle has the same problem most of the time. This is a seriously bad admission because it means that they know of this defect and they have no qualms selling defective products to their customers. It's not as if I bought the product at 50 cents and should expect this sort of quality. It's a shame HABA, a brand that deems it fit to price its products at a premium, is unable to produce bottles that perform their basic function.


Will update on the effects of this product after I have finished the entire 10ml.


Edit: I have finished my first 10ml and it took longer than I expected. About 1.5 months. Overall, I feel more confident about going out without makeup because this has evened my complexion by a lot. Many of my scars have faded till they are very faint. Whether it's because of this product or not, I'm not really sure.


I found it very hard to get the last few drops of the product out. I really think the packaging can and should be improved. I bought another 10ml and it has the same annoying problem with the cap again. Despite the sales person assuring me that the cap problems have been fixed, I had to exchange it. Even after exchange, the cap is still rather loose.

this is probably the best whitening essence i tried so far.a fluid texture which makes it suitable for all skintypes even acne prone.it evens skintone and whitens the complexion well.it also helps in fading pimple marks.
