Nice peachy pink blush. Actually really similar to orgasm but without the glitters and a bit lighter. Good quality, have to be careful when applying so that you don't get too much. If i could decide now i wouldn't buy it because there are so many similar colours out there - this is not special. I think part of the attraction is the names. These blushes are really overhyped. I have three and yeah, they are good blushes but that's all. Not gonna buy a single one anymore.

Nice wearable blush. I may like this color even better than orgasm, although i like the name a lot less. lol

Bought this a month ago from Sephora. I wanted something less dramatic than orgasm which i've ran out of.

However when i apply it i barely see it on my NC42 skin. I find you really have to work it in and afterwards it just seems like I have way too much blush.

I think this product will look amazing on some people esp those with paler skin tones however this is not the blush for me. I will be returning this

This is a nice color for light to medium skin tones. Tan skin tones - I think you can still wear it though you would have to layer it. For darker complexions- ehhh I don't think this would work too well. The reason I say that is because I have to layer this in order to get some color and right now my skin tone is medium (NARS Santa Fe)- whereas the summer I would be tan. I think this is the only NARS blush where I personally don't have to be careful of how much you get on your brush. It's bendable and wearable though I personally would recommend it to those on the lighter side.

People really need to relax about the names of the products. It's not like you have to go around announcing them, so when I hear these as "Cons" I get really frustrated. That being said, I love this blush. I find myself reaching for Orgasm more often (the gold undertones compliment my Casino bronzer better) but when I use my Too Faced Chocolate Soulee bronzer, this is my go-to. It's much more pink than peach, and I prefer pinks to deep reds or magentas. Very girly, feminine, and overall just a gorgeous, long lasting product. Packaging smudges easily, but that still doesn't bother me. Ill forever be a NARS's biggest fan<3

I've been a loyal fan of NARS Orgasm for years, but a few months ago found myself wanting to experiment with other colors. I knew I loved the NARS formula so I went searching and found this. Deep Throat is the perfect color for everyday wear, a great wash of subtle color. There is shimmer, but it is not overpowering. I will buy this again and again!

I love this blush! It's a delicate, dainty light peachy pink and looks lovely and wearable on the skin! It has good pigmentation and the colour lasts all day even on my oily skin. I also appreciate that the shimmer is subtle yet flattering.

Lovely peachy pink with subtle sheen. Works great with my NC25 skin. Like all the Nars blushes i've tried, the texture is buttery soft and very pigmented. They blend like a dream too. My only gripe with Nars blushes and other products it's the packaging. I hate the sticky mess it becomes after a while.

I am in love with the entire NARS colour collection! You can never go wrong. The entire blush range is so beautiful and so many lovely shades to choose from. I settled for Deep Throat as its a nice subtle yet buildable pink which is slightly on the cooler side. The tiny glitter specks are lovely and highlight well without looking tacky and doesn't show on skin so it appears natural. This product is made to last so while it is small, you won't find yourself hitting pan for about a year or so, making paying that extra money well worth it.

I love this blush. It's a great color, and I think it would work for pretty much any skin tone. A little goes a long way - I just barely tap my brush into the pan and I get enough product for both cheeks. That's what I really love about NARS blushes - they are so finely milled and have wonderful pigmentation. This blush builds and blends really well, and you can either have a nice, subtle glow or layer the product and have a deep, glamorous flush. I use it at least every other day, and will definitely purchase more once I begin to run low.

I am very fair, usually a 01-02 in all brands (look at my profile pictures for reference) and this blush look very good on me.

1.) I am super pale and yet is does not look harsh on me, no matter how much I apply!

2.) Even though it is a warm shade, I can still wear it with my cool undertones (It is cooler than Orgasm)

3.) It does not have as much sparkle as Orgasm, which usually goes better with lighter skin tones

I would recommend darker/warmer skin tones to try out Orgasm as well, but recommend all pale/medium complexions to get Depp Throat! The blushes are on the expensive side, but they are also very pigmented and last a long time. (about a year, worn everyday)

Orgasm = A mix of pink and peach, with bold golden shimmer and warm undertones.

Deep throat = Like Orgasm, yet the intensity is turned down a notch and the gold shimmer is a lot softer and less "yellow" in my opinion.

My final verdict:

If you are lucky enough to have a medium-dark complexion Orgasm is for you, otherwise get Deep throat <3

Deep Throat however is a perfect flush look for me. A pretty pink/peach that looks natural and cute. Worked well on my skin while tan in summer, and looks better as my tan starts to fade. So I would suggest this for light to tan skinned girls. Any darker and you’ll be applying a lot, to build color.

I have tried a handful of NARS blushes, and I like them all - and this one is no exception. This is the color that I reach for most often on weekdays. It's more subtle than the other colors that I own, and it's perfect for work.

This was my first Nars blush but not the last! Im a NC/NW 20 and it shows up a lovely peach with just a hint of pink, it gives a delicate sheen with no chunky glitter and i find it really brightens my complexion as they say ' lit from within' Gorgous!

So, I also got into Nars Blushes apparently... I never was a blush person, i always used one, but had just one two i chose quite randomly when i was buying other stuff - typically at the Clinique counter... Now that i have seen, how popular these are, I went to see the shades and to investigate, what shade i could try.
I am NW15-NW20, quite fair and i like subtle look on the cheecks, so i chose Douceur, but it wasnt at the shop and i wanted something immediately, so i asked the SA to recommend something for me. She recommended Orgasm, but to me it was too glittery and obvious so i had a look around and found Deep Throat that really to me seems to be a subtle easily wearable version of Orgasm. It is more pink than peach on me and reminds me a bit of my old Clinique Cupid blush. The differnce is though that DT is much finer and it is super easy to blend and is very pigmented.
I am happy about the looks (a nice medium pink with a healthy sheen) it does provide and definitely will try some other Nars blushes in the future.

Absolutely stunning peachy-pink blush with a golden shimmery sheen. I've read quite a few reviews before I purchased of how well this blush works and looks on fair skinned redheads and I 100% agree. Provides the right amount of colour and warmth that works with my hair, complexion, and a wide variety of make-up looks.

i am a Nars blush girl now!
i recently purchased deep throat nars blush and im in love with it. I have tons of mac blushes and i have to say, none of the mac blushes gives me the "super smooth finish" that nars is famous for... I didnt undestand why nars is so popular with their blushes, now i do, is not the color, is the finished look, make your skin look smoother and more even, radiant.. Deep Throat is not too glittery, its more pearly than chunky glitter, dont be scare to try it.
My only con is the color, its a little bit pale for my taste. Im a NC30 and need to build up a little to make it pop.
I will definetely try more nars blushes.. Amour and Dolce vita are on my list.

This is a great product, my review is for those wondering about medium/Asian skin tones with this color specifically.

I like the color, it's a glowing peach. However, it isn't very noticeable on my skin tone UNLESS I layer this over another color. So, for those with medium skin tones, this could be a great layering blush, but look for a deeper more mauve color if you want to wear it alone and have it be more noticeable.

Nars' blush in 'Deep Throat' is my favourite blush, year round. The coral-pink colour and gold flecks give this warm glow to your skin. As an NC37 shade, I love this colour when my skin is tanned, it's my go-to cheek product and can be warn with or without bronzer/highlighter, depending on what look you're going for. This looks amazing in both natural light and flash photography too, definitely a versatile product!

It is a very nice everyday rosy blush. The color seems to be warm toned and has a bit of a golden sheen. It isn't glittery like the orgasm blushes but there is a bit of gold and it goes well with a majority of other different products regardless of the color, no matter what eye shadow or bronzer im using. Suitable for most colors.
The color payoff seems to be okay, not the best but good.
The packaging is sturdy and sleek and doesn't take up too much space.
Overall I would buy this product again.
