The scent is alright, but smells fake and chemically. The lotion isn't very good quality either. It is a bit greasy and not very moisturizing.

I was so excited to try this but I didn't like it at all! It smells like cheap soap/cleaning products. I get a headache if I smell it for a while. Basically, I can't stand it at all and had to wash it off myself.

Lovely! This has a nice, sweet, sharp aroma almost like a sugary, cotton candy smell. This would be good to have year round, although when I smell it it does give off a winter time-aroma (if that makes sense). I look forward to smelling this all year when the SAS at BBW comes at the end of the year. Usually when I buy my bottle, I end up keeping it for almost the whole year because I don't use it every day. It's long lasting, and is also great when worn alone.

I love, love, love this scent! It smells fruity, sweet, and there is just a little hint of spice. I got the lotion and the spray at the Semi-Annual Sale, and I can't wait to use them both together.

I've had this lotion for years, and i'm obsessed. Thankfully I still have an old formula which I prefer the scent of compared to the new scent. I definitely will have to repurchase this year since i've started using this nightly. I put it on every night before I go to bed. I love the scent, to me this is a perfect scent for all year around. Even during the summer the fruity scent works. The tripe moisture body cream does wonders for my dry skin, I definitely will keep using this until I find something I enjoy better.

This lotion is amazing! The scent is really sweet and lingers on your skin all day. I seriously will sit there and smell my arms, it's ridiculous lol. This also moisturizes well and absorbs quickly. I would prefer the triple moisture cream for winter time though because I take a ton of hot showers and live in the northeast, so my skin will get pretty dry. But it's springtime now and it works perfectly for the weather :)

This scent is amazing. It smells delicious, crisp and refreshing. It's not too girly. It smells "cozy and warm" to me, like country apples. I love this scent.

My mom got me this set for Christmas. (lotion, shower gel, fragrance mist) She got it in the old packaging (plaid- like festive vanilla fig & yuletide pear vanilla) and when I tried the 2010 version in the store, it was delicious! I literally wanted to eat myself- not to be gross!

Unfortunately when I tried my own lotion on, it smelled like apples, chemicals, and soap. I gave it a few minutes to see if it was one of those changing scents, and it was. The second time I sniffed my hands I was delighted as it smelled like actual candy apple, winter (hard to describe), and slightly similar to Temptations Spicy Gingerbread because of the candied orange and cinnamon notes.

Although the smell improved, I still enjoy the 2010 version more. It smells more "vanillaish" and sweet. I would highly recommend both versions though, as the smell is delicious both ways. (By the way I gave Packaging Quality 3 lippies because with the long, skinny bottle it is quite harder to squeeze the lotion out)

I like this scent, it's not a huge favorite of mine but I like having it in my rotation. It's a little like their country apple but a little spicier? Maybe with more punch? Hard to explain. It's definitely nice to have when it's winter and you want something fruitier and you don't want to smell like pine trees or peppermint. I got it in a deal so it was nice to try. I guess I'd get it again but it wouldn't be a top choice.

I agree that this does smell like old school Erbal Essence shampoo, but i do like it. It's a pretty apple with some kick added to it. It is strong imo so a little goes a long way. It is moisturizing but not as much as I would like, I might repurchase next season, I might not.

This lotion captures the apple scent I like. Not a big fan of apple-y smells but this one is good and comforting. This is a moisturising lotion but probabaly not intense enough for winter weather.

This smells like old-school Herbal Essences! Not a bad smell at all, just kind of faint and wish it were just a bit stronger. At least now I know I'm not nuts since other reviewers thought it smelled like HE...lol

The consistency of this product is good, and it's pretty moisturizing. However they have changed the scent over the years. 5 years ago it smelled more appley. I agree 100% with the reviewer below, it smells EXACTLY like Herbal Essences! I have thought that for years, but never told anyone because I thought I was crazy!

I love the B&BW winter lines, especially the Vanilla Beal Noel scent. They had a promotion buy 3 get 2 free so I decided to pick up this body lotion to try something different. My first thought was that this doesn't really smell all that appley to me, more vaguely fruity with a perfumey scent. After smelling it for a while, it smells EXACTLY like the original herbal essences shampoos/conditioners (before their line redesign - when they were all the same scent). I guess it's ok, it just didn't work well for me because it smelled way too synthetic and perfumey. For a better scent, maybe try the Leaves from the fall collection.

I definitely much prefer country apple for the BBW apple scents, but if you really loved the smell of original herbal essences you'd like winter candy apple

I LOVE this. I am not a fan of apples per se, but this does really smell like 'an apple' to me. From the body cream container: "Crisp apples, sweet orange and pineapple mingle with cinnamon spice in this joyous holiday scent." The overall effect is fruity but crisp, sweet but spicy. This is AMAZING for fall. I plan to switch to Vanilla Bean Noel for Christmas, as I think I will have used up the body spray and body cream by early December and I already bought VBN too. I haven't been this content to stick to one scent until it's finished, like, ever.

I adore this scent! It smells very sweet, i got the full size trio with lotion, body spray and body wash, I love it so much! I will definately keep re-purchasing it as long as they keep making it, and i hope they do!
