This fragrance of Roger & Gallet is really exquisite and delicious - really worth mentioning and the best of all R&G scents in my opinion. It's not too sugary, not too floral - just right. and I have to say that got tons on compliments when wearing that one. In addition to fig fruits & blossoms, it contains the scent of tangerine blossoms and some slightly creamy & woody notes, but the woody scent is very discreet, it's a predominatley fruity/floral scent. I don't know anyone who did not like it, so give it a try!

I love it! It reminds me somehow of Eclat D'arpege, but not the first notes, the last ones! But this parfume has pretty strong staying power unlike for LAnvin eclat, I like that I can smell it on myself all day. it is fresh and unique

My ratings don't properly reflect how much I like this scent just because I cannot leave aside all the other "real" fragrances I rated before. But this is also why I question myself now how much of a fragrance "snob" I am. Last weekend only I went out of Lutens' shop in Paris with - finally! - Iris Silver Mist (for the deadly price of Eur 130 of course) and since then during the week, I tried, again, to understand this fragrance that puzzles me since so long and which I love but find it hard to grasp and wear. But this weekend, I step in a pharmacy and waiting in line I sniff Fleurs de Figuier, just to pass the time. Result, instant addiction, 2 bottles snapped on spot and since then I am almost bathing myself in this scent, so easy, so beautiful, so light, so happy, so sunny vacation bliss without any mysterious dark side that my Lutens(es) and "Blacks" and all the other "serious stuff" are quitely "forgotten" on their shelf. This is pure bliss in a bottle, but yet not that simple, creamy figue leaves sprinkled with concentrated citrus caramel, one blackcurrant added on top and lightly dusted by a few grains of dark wood. Of course, the name of the famous father of this scent, if you know it before trying it, may lead you to say "yes, surely this makes sense", but my own conclusion is, famous father or not, you definitely dont always need to go in exclusive niche fragrances or old-world ones or ones with prices that ask for a savings plan: some are just there to be enjoyed and loved on spot, without reason, like a sunny day.

After finishing a small bottle of Fleur de Figuier and considering to repurchase I deleted my previous review since I found it inaccurate.

I love fig perfumes in summertime and this is one of my favourites. The other one is Philosykos for its crisp, bright and milky quality. Premier Figuier by L`Artisan was a bit ''dusty'' and Un Jardin En Mediterranee too green.

Fleur de Figuier is the sweetest of them all. It's juicy and citrusy in the opening as well. The woody and green notes are just enough to ground it without overshadowing the mandarin/grapefruit and the fig that steal the show.

Sillage and longevity aren't the greatest but still decent. For the price you can get the body lotion too which is lightweight, non sticky and strongly scented to layer. Overall it's a very well done vibrant, cheerful and sweet/juicy fig. If it was a color, well... it would be a whole rainbow.
