Intrusion EDP has a lovely fresh citrus opening and then becomes a light elegant lily fragrance. I don't get any base notes really and my only complaint is that it doesn't last more than a couple of hours on my skin. I guess I'll just have to keep re-applying! Great for an elegant summer day fragrance.

I purchased a set of random miniatures from KMart and this was one of them. I wasn't sure if it had gone off but the scent was a screechy white floral that dried down to nailpolish remover. I found it actively offensive and I have a fairly relaxed nose when it comes to evaluating scents. Upon sniffing, the scene I imagine is someone frantically spraying Anais Anais all through a crack den after a tip-off that the cops are on their way. Harsh chemicals, synthetic florals and general unpleasantness.

I purchased this for $80.00 when it first came out and recently purchased my second bottle for $20.00 at Shoppers Drug Mart. White floral fragrance with some peppery spice. Some ozonic and citrus notes as well. Great everyday or work fragrance to wear during the summertime. Recently, I haven't been reaching for this, I think there's a bit of a dated feel to it due to the ozonic note. So, I won't be purchasing again.

This one reminds me a little Aqua di Gio, sweet pea + patchouli + anise/peppery note + metallic smell of sea water after swallowing. Ethereal, watery, very foggy, for elves, make me want to dance, like Laura Palmer (Twin Peaks), lift my hands up, move my hips right left, slowly, with closed eyes, such a narcotic "misty" unreal dance.

A pleasant and fresh fragrance with a little bit of a bite to it with that peppery note. I can see why some people find it a bit masculine, as I think a man could definitely get away with wearing this one. Fresh and good for every day wear, but not one that I would bother re-purchasing.

"This fragrance isn't for everyone, but for those who enjoy a fresh floral scent with a hint of mysterious musk, it's perfect!" - written by another reviewer, and itīs just so true. I bought a huge bottle on sale for a girlfriends B-day, and didnīt really think it was more than an ok fragrance. But somehow it grew on me (and her), and now we both adore it! I ran down and got myself a huge bottle of Intrusion, and since then it has been my HG during summertime. Itīs too light for winter, I would say, but for a summernight party this is just right. And now we got all our other friends to wear the scent, too - and they love it as much as we do!

Delightfully soft & feminine floral notes are immediately overwhelmed by the "intrusion" of dry black pepper. This fragrance would make a nice light (albeit somewhat flat) men's cologne...it's much too manly for me to wear.

I expected something more spicy and sexy when I saw this bottle. However I was disappointed when all I smellt was a very typical clean and fresh fragrance. Too boring. No sexy.

I picked this up at TJ Maxx for $15. I really liked the way it smells on me. It is not a "girly-girl" scent. But it doesnt smell at all like a man to me. In fact I would think that a woman with authority who has sex appeal would spray this on herself. It is Mature but not for granny, and theres something about it that is sooo alluring. However as other reviewers have noted it is not for Everyone. And I would buy this again.

Ew. I put this on at the Bay and washed it off as soon as I got home. Now my arm smells like my ex-boyfriend who used to wear CK excape for men!!!!! Grosssssssss. I really didn't like this one.

According to Sephora's web site, Intrusion is "a luminous blend of Sicilian bergamot, neroli, and star anise, diffused by the transparency of peony, jasmine gardenia, and lily, with a mysterious trail left by patchouli leaves, amber, and musk." Sounds interesting and complex, but instead comes off as nothing more than, as one reviewer previously noted, black pepper. I don't even mind pepper notes so long as they're dominated by something that blends well with it. As soon as I apply this, I'm overwhelmed by the strength of this note, though. It dries down to something slightly different - a floral with a twinge of musk and the lingering black pepper in the background. In all, it's an extremely dull scent that's wearable but not my cup of tea. I've used my sample bottle of this up, but I wouldn't purchase a full size bottle.

I love the musky floral sweetness of this fragrance! I think the packaging could be nicer, but who cares when it smells so lovely!?! I couldn't really find it anywhere and when I did the price was really high ($85), but I found an incredible deal at scentiments.com ($43), so I couldn't pass it up. This frangrance isn't for everyone, but for those who enjoy a fresh floral scent with a hint of mysterious musk, it's perfect!

I absolutely love this: fresh, sparkling, but with that bit of spice to make it 'live'.

It smells really synthetic, and it has a dry-down that smells like watermelons. I'm not a fan.

At first spray, I smelled oranges, white blossoms, and something sugary. Two hours later, all I smell is a faint whiff of black pepper. This isn't for me.

This scent is a very, VERY spicy floral. Extremely peppery, maybe also patchouli with a touch of lemon. Without so much pepper, it would be an o.k. But this is just too much. ... intrusion (sorry, I couldn't help it)
