I am sooooo disappointed with this product. I have very thick, course hair so I was really hoping it would take away the "hay" affect it can get. But....it didn't.

I've used this product three times now to just make sure I wasn't being to hasty in my negative review, but it does NOTHING...and if it does ANYTHING, it DOES dry it out more than it already is...the smell is good and the dispenser is good, but what comes of those two positives is just not a good product.

Will NOT be repurchasing. :(

I first heard about this product from a commercial. I had been looking for something like this for a while, and it immediately caught my attention. I wash my hair every other day, and I thought maybe my hair would look as good as it did the day before, when I washed it. So I decided to give the product a try.

But maybe my expectations were a little too high. Don't get me wrong, this is not a bad product. It smells great, and the smell is very noticeable throughout the next day which I thought was nice. Pantene never fails to make their products smell good. But I didn't really notice a dramatic difference in my hair. I noticed that my hair was exceptionally soft and untangled, but I still found my hair overall looking the same as it usually does when I don't wash it, specifically being frizzy. This isn't a terrible product, but I don't think I would buy it again.

Dried my hair out immediately. Washed hair the next day....hair was frizzy...still is. Not happy with this product. Tried it again tonight. Gave it the benefit of the doubt. Ruined my hair! Would not recommend this product to anyone! Love Pantene smooth shampoo and conditioner though.

I already returned mine...When this was out a few years ago, it came in packets and was quite good. After using it one night my hair was completely dried out the next morning. After looking at the ingredients, I see it just contains alcohol and lots of chemicals and cones...how can that be good for your hair?
I think I'm going to stick with coconut oil, it's greasy and messy, but it does soften the hair.

I should have done my homework before buying this. I fried my hair by bleaching it one too many times. That combined with the fact that my hair is naturally wavy means it's very frizzy and dry right now.

This stuff made my hair feel very soft and smooth to the touch, but as soon as it dried, my hair looked really puffy, completely devoid of shine, and somehow more damaged than before. I read the label and sure enough, the 2nd ingredient is propylene glycol. that stuff does not work well in my hair at all - any product that I've ever used that has too much of this stuff makes my hair look way worse.

also, the pump jar sucks. it shoots out of the dispenser so fast that a huge glop of it will ricochet off my hand and onto the floor.

PROS: I suppose the cones could smooth it to some degree.

CONS: The ingredients are pretty harmful to the hair. The smell is the typical pantene smell (kind of perfumey) and not toned down at all to be able to put it on right before bed. It leaves a much stronger scent than the conditioner would once it's rinsed out. Bothered my allergies a lot.

This is a cream that you dispense from a pump. You're supposed to distribute through your hair and leave it on overnight. It's got that great Panetene fragrance to it, but quite honestly, I can't say that it did anything to my hair at all. Perhaps this is better suited to gals with fine hair (mine is quite coarse). I got it in a swap, so I have no idea how much it costs.
