I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION!! It lasts forever! Great for school! I put my makeup on at 5am and i get home around 2:30ish. And its perfect! I use it with my beauty blender but i find even with my fingers it works pretty well! The only con is that it can oxidize SLIGHTLY. I dont find it a major problem with me? Just use a lighter powder you'll be fine & no need for a primer because it already has one!!!

I had high hopes for this foundation and sadly was disappointed. I tried wearing it multiple times but its just not for me.I feel like it just lays on my skin and doesn't blend on me at all. I feel like there is just film on my skin. May work for some others but just not for me.

This is my first impression after using this once. I'll update when I've worn it for a few days, especially in case it makes me break out and stuff.
First impression--I really like it! Here's why:
I stood in my drugstore (well, grocery store that I happened to be in and thought to pick this up) deliberating about my shade choice for literally twenty minutes because they only had one sample available (buff beige I believe) which was way too dark. However, ivory is always too pink for me. Also, I tried looking up swatches online but got slightly confused because the shade numbers were different...not sure why they'd assign Canada different shade numbers. Long story short, I eventually picked up the 910 shade (classic ivory I believe, number 810 in the US) and went with it. For reference, I'm Buff in Revlon Colourstay. I got it outside and tried it and was relatively pleased with the shade match on my arm (I know, I know--but I know what my good shades look like on my arm and it's easier to see quickly than my face when there aren't any mirrors around). It was a bit orange, but I figured I'd go with it as I have a way of making it lighter via a sunscreen with a whitecast and a concealer that is a great colour for me.
I got it home, blotted, and since I wasn't wearing anything other than primer I decided to just go for it with a stippling brush, and honestly, I love the finish. It is matte without being too flat. The colour is still a little more orange than I'd like, but it's not too bad, certainly not noticeable. I haven't noticed a smell, and I love the packaging--the blue pump makes it easy to identify on store shelves and the pump is great. I can do a half pump, which is great because I don't like other people telling me how much or little product to use :P
We'll see about how the lasting power is. As for breakouts, I'm not anticipating any because I'll be using a primer, and I find that as long as you wait a few minutes after putting on moisturizer to put on primer, and then a few more before putting on foundation, letting the products set helps to avert breakouts.
I'm taking off half a lippie for the lack of fair and light-skinned colour selection (as I always find with drugstore foundations, dang it!) as I fear that mid winter this won't work for me, and another half for coverage--definitely not as good as a concealer. My hyper-pigmentation still shows through like no one's business, though it shows through the colourstay as well. It's annoying, but I can deal with it.
Anyhow, so far, great product. We'll see how it goes over the next few days!

Like countless others, I had high hopes for this foundation. My skin is a complete enigma, (breakout-prone, aging, somewhat dehydrated at times, but also oily. As one can imagine, finding the right foundation can be daunting to say the least).
I quite simply had absolutely no luck with this one. From colour selection (I purchased two and blended them together, (the second and third lightest...I would have chosen the lightest but it seemed far too pink in the bottle).
Regardless of ratio, no matter how I blended the two shades (or if I decided to wear one shade at a time) the end result was oxidation within a couple of hours. The finish was extremely matte on my skin, emphasizing any stray dry spot.
The only positive I could offer for this one is coverage.
However, considering all of the other cons, I just couldn't make it work for me. Both shades were returned for a full refund.

I had high hopes for this foundation, yet sadly, it was a pretty big let down. I was hoping it would be sort of an in-between of Revlon Colorstay (a little heavy) and Colorstay Whipped (hate the packaging) but I couldn't have been more wrong. I started changing my skincare routine around the time I bought this foundation from acne-medicated products to almost 100% natural products which almost completely normalized my combination skin- as in I'm not really ever too oily or too dry in any given specific area of my face, yet this foundation mattified it WAY too much and gave it a suffocated feeling. In my opinion, this is only meant to be used for those with oily/combination skin. I gave it a fair shot and luckily it didn't break me out, but every time I had put it on I just wanted to scrape it off my face within an hour.
1 point for having a pump, another point for finding a perfect match for my skintone (the lightest one).

Well, just went I thought I would never wear foundation again and eschew my beloved Skin 79 bb cream, along comes this foundation that actually lives up to the claims (and its name!) This is a smooth, creamy liquid that applies very easily, blends seamlessly, and seems to melt right into skin while leaving a semi-matte, even finish. I have found that it wear exceptionally well, and with a bit of blotting and powder, I look just as fresh at the end of the day as when I initially applied! I also really love the pump, it keeps things sanitary. I hate those classic cover girl foundations that come in the bottles! Whoever would have thought I would fall in love with anything by cover girl? They have really stepped up their game with this one! Best of all, this will last a really long time, as you only need one pump to cover your whole face! HG for me!

This is my favorite full coverage foundation. Does not feel heavy. I like how easy it is to blend in. I still use primer and concealer though. Covers my acne scars and redness.

My skin was doing well until I bought this. Now I have painful swollen blocked pores on either side of my face. Thanks a lot cover girl.

I do not understand all the rave about this foundation. I have light, clog prone skin with some healing breakouts and post-acne marks. I tried applying with the Real Technics face brush that everyone raves about (another fail for me), with fingers, with flat top brush/ stippling technique. I got the same horrible results every time. This foundation sat in every one of my average sized pores and made them stand out like little pale polka dots! In between the pores it gave the most sheer coverage ever. It did not cover anything (which floored me because it's supposed to be a concealer/foundation/primer in one) and in trying to blend it into my skin it just came right off, sheering it out even more. On a 1-10 scale for coverage it was about a 2, equal to a tinted moisturizer for me, but in a very uneven way so as not to be even wearable. So annoying to work with. Not to mention after 2 days of wearing it I had clogged pores out the wazzoo. Took about a month to get rid of the damage it caused in the way of clogged pores. Just for kicks I tried it again a few weeks after the original attempts, same result, clogs, clogs and more clogs.

I have sensitive, acne prone skin. However, my skin was clear until I started using this foundation. BREAKOUTS! It also looked horrible on the skin. I have combination, oily with some dry patches. This product looked awful, and it faded in 3 hours. I don't recommend this foundation if you have sensitive, acne prone skin.

Never did I think I would ever find a liquid foundation that rivals my Revlon Colorstay but this one really exceeded my expectations in every way!! I think I'm going to be sticking with the Cover Girl for a long time as it really does deliver on all its claims. I have this in the lightest shade. I apply 1.5 pumps onto the back of my hand then blend with my fingers which works beautifully...no fingerprints or streaks! I have to apply my RC with a damp sponge for it to look blended and beautiful! THe formula is very dry so make sure you're properly exfoliated and moisturized before applying this product. The make up blends easily and sets within a few minutes to a natural matte finish that survives even the most active of days. Normal - dry skinned ladies would be able to get away with not using a setting powder. My oily skin benefits from a light dusting over this foundation. I use the ELF HD powder...very little..and my skin looks perfect all dang day! This is definitely my current HG liquid foundation and I can't recommend it enough to everyone...especially ladies that like Revlon Colorstay but can't really get it to work with their skin...try this little puppy out!!! Better than any high end liquid foundation I've used too!

I decided to give this foundation a try because I was looking for something to make my summer makeup routine a bit quicker. It did a good job of covering my blemishes and it had a pretty natural matte finish. I also liked that it had a pump, which most drugstore foundations lack. However, it has given me my worst breakout in over two years. My skin usually reflects my hormones, so I always get the same kind of acne in the same places when it gets a little bad. With this foundation, I got acne all over my face and neck, and am currently trying to doctor my skin back to being somewhat decent. Overall, I am very disappointed.

I'm absolutely in LOVE with this foundation. I'm just at the age where kids are starting to wear makeup for this school year I have been trying out many different things. I first heard about this foundation on youtube. In every video it was "Cover Outlast Stay Fabulous foundation" this and that. Everybody seemed to love it.
I was a little iffy about getting this foundation because I didn't use cover girl products very often. I wasn't sure how it would affect my skin, because my skin can go from perfect to acne-covered overnight. Like I said, I didn't know if I was going to get this foundation, but my friend uses cover girl foundation and she loves it so I ran off to the store and bought it.
I got this foundation at CVS for $10-$13. The shade matched my tanned skin perfectly! The foundation didn't affect my skin at all and it lasted all day. It has coverage, but not enough to make it too noticable. Since I've only been wearing makeup for a year, it's good to know I can use a foundation and not look fake. The only person who realized I was wearing foundation was my best friend, so it looked pretty natural. I know that might make it seem like theres is no coverage, but trust me there is. It gives a nice finish to my skin that I really like. I would defidentley recomend this foundation to anyone who is searching for something to use.

I researched & got the perfect shade. Foundation applied smoothly & evenly regardless of whether I applied it with a brush or w/ fingers. It wore beautifully & lasted all day, I have dry skin so I did not set it yet it still kept going. However, I felt that after wearing it for almost 2 weeks, I decided to give it a break after I suspected it to be breaking me out just a little & forgot about it for a month. When I decided to wear it again, I had also not taken any allergy medicine for a few days just to be sure if it was the foundation. Sure enough after wearing it for less than an hour, I got hives. A beauty guru on YouTube suspects that the special sunscreen Ensulizole to be the culprit, but idk for sure. I had the same reaction to Cover Girl's Natureluxe foundation as well. Im wondering what it is that they both contain that hates my face. I'm afraid to wear Cover Girl face products now. The finishes & colors were beautiful but shan't be purchasing ever again.

I'm seriously in love with this product!!!
I was previously using Mac Studio Fix Powder + Foundation in NC 35. First of all I got matched with the wrong color three times. Makeup artists tend to assume I'm Asian & therefore have yellow undertones (I'm Mexican/Italian and do NOT have yellow undertones), so it only wasn't too white but also didn't match me at all. Second, I have ridiculously oily skin, I'm talking oily after half an hour of application, and the Mac just made it worse. I would do my makeup, then my hair, and by the time I was ready to pick out an outfit my face was already oily. So I knew I had to try something new. I legit cannot stress to you guys how oily my face gets, its disgusting. I'm almost 19 and grew out of my teen puberty pimple phase, but the oil has still stayed (my mom has the same problem). I heard a lot of good reviews from both friends and strangers about Covergirl Stay Fab and decided to give it a try.
I was really apprehensive because drugstore products normally make my skin even oilier, and after the Mac incident I was convinced there's no product out there that won't make me look like a shiny disco ball.
I went into Walgreens and bought 3 different shades. I'm really good at matching myself so I was pretty sure I knew which would match me already, but I bought 2 others just in case. I bought Warm Beige, Soft Honey, and Medium Beige.
The next day I opened all 3 and tried them all on my face, and the Medium Beige fit me perfectly. My face is drastically whiter than the rest of my body because it never tans for some reason, and I get a lot of sun and go tanning so I wanted to match it to my body rather my face.
I tend to break out every month before mother nature comes to visit, so I have a LOT of pimples right now. I used 2.5 pumps & it covered most of it! (I used Mac Studio Finish Concealer over the really big pimples and for my under eyes). So I gave it points for the amazing coverage, which none of the other foundations I've tried seemed to do.
I also bought Revlon Color Stay Pressed Powder in Medium. I put this on over everything because I also heard really good reviews (I'll write a review on this also). My face looked perfectly flawless and matte. So points for that too.
Now for the oil factor, I would check my face in the mirror every half and hour or so and I literally had no shine on my face at all. This made me soooooo happy. My face is seriously greaseball city and no other product has kept my face this matte EVER. & I've tried almost every drugstore brand plus Mac, Clinique, Avon, etc. So major points for that!
I went to a dinner party (I applied the makeup around 3:30 or 4, and its now 9:30) and my face is still flawless.
Bottom line: IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH OILY SKIN, THIS PRODUCT IS FOR YOU.
I will seriously never go in search of another foundation routine again. Great coverage, matte, and long lasting. THANK YOU COVERGIRL!

This is an amazing foundation if you have oily skin. I have not grabbed any of my high-end foundations such as Dior, MUFE, Chanel, EL, Lancome, LM, YSL but religious using this for the last few months. Not only it controls my oil throughout the day but I love everything about this foundation, blendable, coverage, finish and has never broken me out. I purchased a second bottle in lighter color to mix with other foundations to color match and it's been working great with other formulas. Love this stuff!

I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION ! This was one of the first products ive tried from covergirl and im inpressed! Great medium to buildable coverage , moisturizing but not oily & never cakey! Its a very longwear foundation with a great range of skin colours ! My favourite way of applying this foindation is with a damp beauty blender and then letting it set and applying a setting powder in my t-zone to assure i dont get oily throughout the day (: overall i love this foundation ! Its just a bit pricey for a drugstore foundation but its definately worth it !

I never buy cover girl but the 3 in 1 primer concealer sunscreen sold me. Well actually Sofia V the spoke person got me curious. I was beyond shocked it totally rocked. Goes on super smooth and great coverage medium to full. Stop my nose from being oily. I loved it and will buy again I bought the soft honey for my light to medium skin tone with a little yellow tone.
