I love the Yes To line and was looking for a natural shampoo that wouldn't weigh down my fine hair. I got online and did a little research and found that a lot of people worshiped this shampoo for my hair-type. I was intrigued and got on the Yes To website and placed an order. Before this I was using Aussie Aussome Volume (cheap, I know, but it was the only drugstore brand that didn't weigh my hair down). Yes To products aren't especially cheap, but $7 for a good-quality, natural shampoo is totally worth it to me. I fell in love with this product from day one and really hope they don't discontinue it. It is by far the best shampoo I have found for my hair type as an adult. I love that it's natural, the smell is great (baby powder fresh), the cost is affordable, and the results are great. My hair has never been softer or shinier. I will say that it doesn't add a "bombshell" lever of volume, but it does thoroughly remove any oily build-up on the scalp and/or roots, which allows the hair to bounce and move more, creating the illusion of volume (which is exactly what I wanted). It lathers great, even when my hair is oily, without any harsh chemicals to promote lather.
I've seen some comments about packaging, and I had the same problem the first couple times I used it (not being able to get any product out of the spout). I think they fill the bottle to the brim, which doesn't allow any air to get in. When you open the spout, airflow is needed in order for you to be able to squeeze the bottle or for any product to come out. After I used it a couple times and the bottle wasn't super full (maybe 1/4" down), some air was able to move around inside and it worked normally.
I just can't say enough about Yes To and now I can add the Tomatoes shampoo to my repertoire!

I have been using this shampoo and corresponding conditioner for about a month now. Its really an ok shampoo. It volumises my hair a little bit, not a lot. Adds considerable amount of shine and also leaves my hair very soft. The smell is nice but does not linger. The issue I face is that my hair becomes oily the very next morning. So, I have to wash it again, but that makes my hair dry. Before this I was using the Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Growth Shampoo and then I could easily go two days without shampooing my hair.
The packaging sucks! The top of the bottle is designed such that I could not take any shampoo out of it and ended up filling the shampoo in another empty bottle so I could use it in the shower. I cannot say if I will buy this again.. totally depends on the time that I run out of it.

One of my favorite shampoos. I love the smell, the ingredients, the feel of my hair after using. My hair gets some volume, though not a ton, but my hair feels sooo silky soft when I use this. Ive been saving it for when my hair seems a little 'blah', then I'll wash with this and I love my hair again! LOL The bottle is large and lasts quite a while. I'm afraid they may doing away with this (if they haven't already...) it's getting harder and harder to find.

First of all, I think the Tomatoes hair line will be discontinued, because it is not mentioned on the website anymore.
My hair is fine and long, with dry ends and oily scalp.
This is a very good shampoo, not volumizing at all, more moisturising. I use the conditioner also, and the combination makes my hair very soft, but my scalp becomes oily too quickly.
The safety of the ingredients is absolutely a pro.
