I'm allergic to these glosses. This has never happened before, but for some reason when I use #200 or #220 (limited edition colors) I get red bumps in the corners of my mouth and I've stopped using and tried a few weeks later with the same problem. I had #90 electric shock and it didn't seem to have the same effect. I actually loved that color. But because of the reaction to these new ones I won't ever purchase these glosses again.

OMG I cannot get enough of this lip gloss! I have the 2 bright shades the pink & purple. This lipgloss is super creamy, non sticky, doesn't smell bad, doesnt dry up, long-lasting, and color pigmentation is AMAZING! Would repurchase x100000. I hope they come out with more shades!!

Omg! This lip gloss is AMAZING! I am soooo picky when it comes to lip glosses. I do not want anything super sticky and I do not want something very slick. This is the perfect gloss! I am a college student who does not have time to apply gloss over and over again through out the day, this gloss stays in place, moisturizes, keeps it color, smells like fruit loops and feels comfortable on the lips! Holy grail product! :)

I bought this in two colors because the Color Sensational lipstick line is my HG. I got a bright pink and fuchsia one and I like them a lot. They are very heavily pigmented, and leave a nice stain long after the shine has faded. The package is pretty, but I wish the tip of the wand had a little more structure. I doubt I'll have to repurchase because I rarely wear lip gloss and these will probably last for ages. I used to love Neutrogena lip gloss, but they don't make the colors I liked anymore, but I think this is even better for moisturizing and color saturation.

I love this product !! I love this product because It gives me high shine color while moisturizing my lips !!! I also love this product because it doesn't have any weird taste or smell and it is not too sticky
cons :
-not long lasting, you might have to re-apply every hour
-if your picky about your lip gloss having a smell this is not for you !!

Probably the best drugstore lipgloss on the market at the moment. This stuff is amazing. Super pigmented, like high end glosses. Not sticky at all. Good lasting power.

My first impression of this is "wow". I expected the normal low pigment overly glittery lip gloss that drug stores usually have. But this is NOT that at all. This gloss is very plush and the pigment is great. It wear better than any normal lip gloss I have used. Generally I prefer a very bold deep lip color but because of some medication I am on my lips are extra dry and sensitive. This gloss makes them feel wonderfully moist and the color stays on even after the gloss wears away. I would rate this as good as my MAC or Urban Decay glosses. The shade "Plum Luster" is a lovely berry shade that give a lot of punch for a lip gloss.
I will be buying more of these...such a great quality lip gloss at a drug store price...fantastic!
Edit: had to change from a 5 star to 3 start. After using this for a couple of weeks I noticed my lips getting flaky and dry. Too bad, I really like this gloss but it is not moisturizing enough for me.

I have this in Raspberry Reflections. The bright neon purple color jumped out at me right when I walked past the display. I wasn't expecting this to be true to tube color, and I'm glad I didn't, because it definately is not. It's still a very pretty color, with a jelly like appearance on lips that is not opaque. It gives a very juicey, pinky purple sheen. It smells delicious. The feel of this reminds me of NARS Larger Than Life glosses. Very cushy. My lips felt moisturized but the product did slide around a bit. Upon initial application, my lips felt a bit of a strange tingle and I was alarmed I was going to have some sort of reaction to it, but it faded quickly. This wore off pretty quickly, but it's a nice enough gloss that I don't mind repplicaton. I'd like to try other colors!

Love these glosses!
I have these in 2 colors, Glisten Up Pink and Luminous Latte. Glisten Up Pink is a nice bubble gum pink. I like to fill my lips with a nude/light brownish liner, then add this on top. It's amazing on it's own for me too, though. I could see how this could not work for everyone, as it gets very frosty the longer you have it on. I like it though.
Luminous Latte is a really pretty nude color, which is perfect for me with a smokey eye. I do one or two swipes across my lips and it looks perfect. Anything more than that is overkill.
The scent is definitely Fruit Loops/Fruity Pebbles. I can't get enough of it, but I some may find it disgusting.
I love the packaging, as it looks very high end. It reminds me of something, but I can't put my finger on it. It's a clear rectangular tube with a shiny silver metal cap. What I like the most is that there is no writing on the tube. It's very sleek.
I love these glosses and I will definitely repurchase.

I LOVE these glosses!! I have Almond Crush, One Shine Day, Glisten Up Pink, and Raspberry Reflections. I wear One Shine Day and Glisten up Pink the most, but they are all gorgeous! Very pigmented, except for Almond Crush, which is a peachy sparkle...I wear that one when I want just a shiny look. They are very smooth, not sticky and moisturizing. They feel so nice on the lips and make my lips look plump and younger. I wish there were more colours...a paler lavender would be nice.
ETA: I picked up 2 more, Mirrored Plum and Fiercely Fuchsia...Mirrored Plum matches the Brazen Berry Vivids lipstick...both are gorgeous! They have a slight fruity scent but no taste....

The color is phenomenal. It feels very light weight and non sticky. I got 3 and really love them. I will come back for more shades. However, it gets onto my teeth like all the time. Very annoying but I can deal with that. Also the smell is not pleasant, kinda like bathroom cleaner.

I bought Mirrored Mauve. When I first tried it on I hated it. Loved the color, but the texture was weird.. it was too opaque for my taste. I decided not to return it and just shoved it in my drawer. I pulled it out the other day and put it on, and something changed. I have no idea what, but somehow the texture thickened or something. It had too much slip before.. now it's just fine. Don't know if it was me or the gloss that morphed but I'll take it! It's a great MLBB shade on my NC30 complexion. No sparkles or shimmer in this color. Overall I'm happy with it. I don't think I will try too many of the other shades (but never say never right?). For now I am satisfied.

I have the color Gleaming Grenadine and I really love it. It's a pigmented bright red lip gloss with lots of shine. It's extremely comfortable to wear and non-sticky. The only drawback, is that it doesn't last long on my lips. I have to reapply every 2-3 hours, more if I am eating, drinking, or talking a lot.
If I had more money, I would definitely go back and get more colors.

After reading the rave reviews on these lip glosses I absolutely had to have them. I did some magical coupon improv and got 2 for $5. I bought Luminous Latte, which is a shimmery, midtone nude, and I also got Electric Shock, which is a bright pink with no shimmers. While these do have a creamy, non sticky texture and come in beautiful colors, the big turn off for me is the smell and taste. I keep hearing that they smell and taste like fruit loops.- no. not for me, at least. Mine smell and taste exactly like soap! I'm usually not too sensitive with smells and tastes but this one lasts forever! Hopefully I just got a bad batch or something, but that has turned me off from buying anymore. I own too many lip glosses that I love to waste money buying something I'm not a big fan of. I'll admit they're good, just not good enough!

FYI: I am a Latina woman with very fair olive skin, combination type (dry forehead, oily nose & chin, normal cheeks) in early maturity (minor facial lines, redness). Shade refs: LM Creme Silk in Cream Ivory, Bobbi Brown in Warm Ivory, Revlon Colorstay in Buff
FYI (2): Maybelline tests its products on live animals. For this reason, I have ceased purchasing their products. This review refers to product use prior to my awareness of their animal testing status.
Due to Maybelline's animal testing policies, I won't be buying this lip gloss again, and I'll miss it.
This is one of those truly perfect products. GORGEOUS packaging, elegant and understated for DS cosmetics. Great applicator should allow for good precision on a variety of lip shapes and sizes. The lip gloss itself is just right, creamy smooth with excellent "slip" and no traveling or bleeding. Remarkably long-wearing, it's lasted me through breakfast and lunch without need of touch-up. Attractive colors in a variety of shades with great color payoff. Finish varies from luminous to creamy. It has a mild fruity-candy type fragrance that dies down quickly. Retailing at $5-$6, it's plenty affordable.
In fact, there's not a single negative I can think to offer about this gloss in terms of its packaging and performance. I've paid a lot more for products that performed a lot less. If you can stomach the idea of this product being tested on the eyes and skin of helpless live animals before it makes its way to your beauty bag, this is a great choice.

Wow, this is the very best DS lip gloss on the market right now! I didn't have the highest hopes, and was beginning to give up - Nothing was a happy medium - To find the l/g this is truly moisturizing, has a subtle to non-scent, is not goopy - And comes in pretty, sophisticated packaging - For the past 2 wks I've been using Revlon SL lip gloss which I really wanted to love, but after nonstop use, it left my lips peeling to the point of bleeding, even with Aquaphor. . .Yesterday, I bought this New Maybelline l/g in "One Shine Day", have used it in the last 24+ hrs and my lips are so soft!!! Even when the color begins to slowly fade; my lips do not feel parched. This color is a neutral medium pink that instantly brightens my fair yellow-undertone skin; it'd look great on any skin color/tone! The formula is very comfortable to wear, not sticky, slippery or "gritty" feeling; the scent has the signature Maybelline "honey nectar" scent, but it fades very fast; packaging is classy, with no logo or sticky residue left behind. This l/g is absolutely a gem- I paid $5.50 for it at Walmart, can't beat that -

I am very impressed with Maybelline's Color Sensational Gloss for two reasons. This gloss has a great texture. It feels creamy and not in the least bit sticky. More importantly, it has staying power. It's not like those other long-wear lip glosses that require you to use a very-drying liquid followed by a lip balm. I never liked Cover Girl's Outlast lip product or Revlon's. This one wears on and on. I wore this a week ago when I went out to breakfast with friends. I was accused of reapplying my lip product after my meal. No, I said, "Maybe it's Maybelline." Few glosses I've tried last through a meal. This one passed the test. The color selection is OK. I just wish they offered an opaque pale pink. "Glisten Up Pink" has a far too frosty, circa 1970s finish for my taste. I would still rate this product as the best the drugstore has to offer with regard to lip gloss. Better than Revlon's Superlustrous, or Colorburst, better than Rimmel's. Give these a try.

let me preface this review by saying that lipgloss is the one thing that I'm not totally in love with. it's one of those products that I purchase even though I don't really get around to wearing it, I'm more of a lipstick gal.
But I saw several YT vids on this product and they looked very pigmented, so I gave it a go. I have the raspberry shade that looks very purple in the tube, but ends up being quite hot pink on my lips.
The formula is extremely comfortable and not too sticky or to slick. I hate when lipgloss 'travels' and this one definitely does not do that. Stays put for a very long time and even leaves behind a bit of a stain.
Doesn't dry out my lips or accentuate liplines when it fades away.
The packaging is sleek and quite "HE" for a DS brand. I like that it is simple and doesn't have any tacky writing on the actual tube.
Color selection is OK, just wish there were more creme finish shades. Will definitely repurchase in a few more colors.

Just bought 2 of these in Mirrored Mauve and Gleaming Grenadine. I quite like these. Nice light fruity scent, not sticky, feels nice on the lips. Mirrored Mauve is definitly more pigmented and more like a liquid lipstick. Nice nude without making me look dead. Gleaming Grenadine is more like a gloss and less pigmented/opaque. Looks quite red in the tube but more sheer corally red on my lips. Both show verly small amount of sparkle/glitter in the tube but not really on the lips.

I Love these glosses by far some of the best glosses released in a long time. They are not sticky they are very pigmented. The best thing is when the line was released they did not offer just 2 colors they released a bunch of colors. I love these OMG!!!!! If you are looking for some I have a couple for swap.
Colors I Love
Captivating Coral
Electric Shock
Raspberry Reflections
Iced Chocolate
