I was so disappointed with this!
It is medium coverage, but not that buildable. I had to apply quite a few layers to cover redness, and then it felt so heavy on my skin and my pores still weren't covered.
My face became super oily about an hour after applying.
The concealer felt thick, yet still didn't help cover redness.
It began to fade after a few hours--I had a huge bare patch on my chin and one on my nose.
It is definitely not worth the price.

This has amazing staying power, lasts me for 12hrs straight where I only have to blot my face twice. The coverage although full and thick, doesn't look cakey! the texture is rather on thicker side, however it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. Very good quality! I hope it doesn't break me out in the long run. We'll see. If anything, I'll update. So far, all I can say is I'm in love with this baby!

I went to Ulta mainly to get color matched. The employee used this foundation and '2 Fair' matched perfectly. Now let me state that in the 13 years that I have been wearing makeup I have never found a PERFECT match. I love that it comes with concealer too. I had a Halloween party to go to this weekend and as my luck would have it I broke out.... I never break out. I used this along with the Smashbox green primer and the application was amazing. It went on so smooth and blended so well. You couldn't see any of my breakouts and they stayed covered until I got home. I read another review where someone said their breakouts seemed to have dried up when they took this foundation off... same thing happened to me which makes this my new favorite foundation. It was pretty pricey though at $44 it is the most expensive foundation I have ever bought but like they say... you get what you pay for and this foundation is fantastic.

I picked this up from makeup show in Orlando so i paid less than in store, and I have worn twice. love the concept of concealer and foundation together. the concealer is thick and creamy. I think it stayed well in this florida weather so far. I will bring back out in winter. im really oily and I like foundation sticks for summer. it also came with brush which was cool.

This product is my very first liquid foundation so I don't have any others to compare it against. The Stila representative told me that the foundation had a heavier, buildable coverage. When she tested it out on me, I found that I liked how lightweight it still felt on my skin and that led to my decision to purchase it.
I've applied it a few times and each time, the product continues to amaze me. Recently though, I wore it over a bad breakout I had (I know, I know) for a special occasion and doubled up my layers instead of wearing just one. Although the coverage did not fully hide my blemishes, I discovered, after I removed my makeup, that my blemishes had somehow healed over. A surprise, but the packaging does boast some skin-friendly properties. I'm not claiming that the foundation heals all skin problems, however.
As for the concealer, it's nothing incredible. I suppose, given its medium foundation coverage, Stila ensured that the concealer provided a lighter one.

I love this! I need a foundation that provides coverage but not to be too heavy or cakey. I love the colour (3-light), which matches my skin tone perfectly. A little of this product goes a long way and the pop up concealer and mirror on the lid is great for carrying around.
My only issue is that I run out of concealer before the foundation so wish they would put a little more in the bottle!
A product I can not live without and will definitely be purchasing again :)

nicest foundation, gives beautiful coverage around the eyes and under eye creases.
definitely need at least 2 layers to make it stay all day.

Skin Type: Combination/oily. Clog-prone. MAC NC15 (olive-yellow undertones)
Texture/ Application: This foundation was an absolute dream to blend. It was silky smooth and creamy, and was easily layered to full coverage. I kind of expected it to be one of those foundations that apply rather tacky but dry down and adhere to the skin, like typical longwearing foundations like Revlon Colorstay, MAC Pro Longwear, and Estee Lauder Double Wear. However, it remained satin-like and smooth, not quite dewy but not matte either. It had a beautiful initial finish.
Longevity: So this is where it fails for me. Perhaps I would have given it a better rating if it didn't have a long-wearing claim, but it absolutely failed here. Within a couple hours of applying it, I pressed a tissue to my skin to evaluate if it was transfer-resistant, and to my disbelief my tissue was saturated in color and oil. With foundations like Revlon Colorstay, I don't have a transfer issue at all. This actually seemed to transfer more than my other foundations which have no long-wearing claim attached, like Armani Luminous Silk. At that point I became doubtful but still clung to the hope that it would last on my skin. But when I got home from work (at that point I had worn it for 8 hours), I was shocked at how extremely oily I looked, and how the foundation melted off in patches. I don't think I recall a foundation ever wearing this badly on me. I even set it with a matte powder, in addition to wearing a mattifying primer underneath.
Color: I purchased this in "Fair" which is a nice yellow-based shade, very similar to MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC15. It matched nicely without looking too golden or ashy. If you know your Sephora Color IQ color, it is a 5Y02 (has the most yellow out of all the undertones in the Color IQ system, with a level 2 shade intensity)
Overall Thoughts: I wouldn't recommend this for the typical oily gal like myself that wants a longwearing, oil-controlling foundation. This wears more like a traditional satin foundation. If you have dry-normal-slightly combo skin, perhaps this may work for you. However there doesn't appear to be anything remotely long-wearing about this. It completely melted off on me, so I will not be repurchasing.

Perfect, a little expensive but I managed to pick it up half price, so even better. Flawless coverage, and the palest shade suits my very pale skin tone, and it's usually very hard for me to find a foundation pale enough. People have been saying it suits yellower skin tones, but I have pink/red tones and it suits me perfectly too. The concealer is fab, but the brush that comes with it is a rather useless, but it's free so it's not an issue.
Age: 44-55 Skin: Acne-prone Hair: Black Eyes: Brown
Oh my goodness! After years of struggling with acne-prone skin (I'm now 48), I have finally found a foundation that doesn't break me out. Then, if that isn't enough, it also stays on all day and into the evening, looking flawless. I do wish they had a color in between the two I've tried, so that I didn't have to purchase both to blend together, but I am not going to complain because I am so excited and happy about the difference this particular makeup has made for me in just 5 days!
