I love these little baked eyeshadows. I have the colors Toasted and Bark, and they go very well together. Very smooth, pigmented, blend very well, and you get a lot of product in the compact. I've been wearing these two (over primer and an eyeshadow stick base) for going on 7 hours now so far and there's been no fading or creasing. I hope they come out with more colors in this range, I'll probably go back to pick up the plum color. Definitely recommend these shadows.

i have the color toasted its such a great everyday color ive heard its comparable to toasted from urban decay but i dont own it so not sure its very pigmented dry even more so wet lasts all day with primer and works even better over a cream base

i also have bark which is a chocolate brown its awesome for the outer corner and the crease its not as pigmented as toasted but its not overpowering either its a great color i love them both and already have back ups

the color enchanted sucks! no pigmentation and is just a weird color for my fair pink toned skin even over a base or primer it has no color stick to toasted and bark

will buy again

I purchased this product in Burnt Plum, and I absolutely love it! If you desire a softer look, I recommend applying this product dry. However, if you're looking for an opaque and bold look, definitely apply this eyeshadow wet. The difference in color payoff is unreal, in my opinion. I definitely would purchase this shade again and plan on getting this product in more colors. I highly recommend this product!

I was immediately drawn to the baked eyeshadows, especially in one called "enchanted" and "toasted." However, after looking at them a little while more, I figured I did not need those shades because I have similar shades sitting in the UD palettes and the 144 neutral palette from ELF already. So, I went ahead and picked up "pixie" last night, but not with the intention to use it as an eyeshadow. I picked up this particular shade to use it as a blush. I know it's a slightly different color than Warm Soul by MAC, but it gives a nice, natural glow of color to the cheeks. Though, Pixie is a little bit more pinky in color, and Warm Soul is a bit more bronze, they are very comparable in my opinion. These eyeshadows work great as both an eyeshadow, and as a blush. Definitely reccommend!

I purchased this in Enchanted and Toasted. Love these! Most baked eyeshadows I've tried from the DS are very sheer and I wasn't pleased. This actually has nice pigmentation and the colors are very pretty. With a primer these last me all day, like most elf shadows do! For the price, you just can't go wrong with these.

They do feel a little chalky in the pan and there is some fallout, but really, expect that with something so cheap. It still manages to go on great, and I can look past those 2 small issues.

I had never used or really thought about using a baked eyeshadow, but these looked pretty and fun, so I gave them a try. Now I'm hooked! I got Enchanted and Pixie, and can't wait to try more. Enchanted is a great all-over color for me, it's a light gold color that would work for most warm skin tones. Pixie, on me, turns into a lovely copper-pink, the exact color of a new penny. I use them with a damp brush, which gives them great coverage and insane shimmer, almost a metallic finish. I use them over primer and they last all day with no creasing, a minor miracle considering my oily lids.

I am going to preface this review by saying that I typically only wear MAC or Julie Hewett eyeshadows, as I find they're the only ones that truly last on me & don't crease or fade through the day.I have found that most drugstore/cheaper shadows are too chalky, non-pigmented, crease terribly, and the quality just isn't there, so I typically avoid. I do like many ELF products, and I admit I was sucked in by these. For $3 each I figured I'd risk it, and if I hated them, no big loss. I ordered Burnt Plum, Bark, Toasted, & Enchanted. I've worn them the past several days and I must say, I am not only very surprised, but also very impressed. I use MAC Painterly as a base/primer, and these last all day on me - 7 AM until 6 PM - with no creasing or fading whatsoever. They are very blendable, buildable, and nicely pigmented. I also have not had major issues with fallout. As for the colors, Burnt Plum is the most highly pigmented and is a medium reddish-brown purple. Bark is a cool medium-dark brown, and on application reminds me quite a bit of MAC Satin Taupe (my everyday color). Toasted is a bronzey-gold, and Enchanted is a lighter gold. All of the colors have a shimmery satin finish, but aren't overwhelmingly frosty. I've worn Bark & Burnt Plum both to work - I am 37 and work in a very conservative office - with no issues. The packaging feels fine to me, and you do get a nice amount of product. I would definitely repurchase these.

I got Toasted and initially I was unimpressed. I quickly slapped it on over just primer and it felt like it wouldn't blend in properly. But...if you use a primer and a colored base, it blends much better and really makes the color stand out. Toasted is a beautiful 'everyday' shade. I wore it with a matte medium brown e/s in the crease for a subtle look.

I'm going back for the rest of the colors because these are really great for a few bucks.

I love these eyeshadows! The quality is so good. I used the 50% off studio coupon code and got two of them for 1.50 each. I got Toasted and Bark. They are so nice and smooth and very pigmented. I was a bit apprehensive about how shimmery they were when i first swatched them on my hand, but when I applied it on my eyes and blended them out, they looked so nice. They look great alone but even better over a primer. These eyeshadows can easily be built up for more intense color and they are also quite easy to blend. Such a nice product that is so cheap and affordable. I hope they come out with more colors with different kinds of finishes. I would definitely buy some more!

I bought this eyeshadow in pixie. It is so pretty. You definitely want to wear primer with it to get the color to really pop. I used my makeup lock and seal with it and it created a beautiful color and stayed there all day. I'm not real interested in the other colors but I would definitely buy more if they bring out more colors!

I purchased this baked eyeshadow in Toasted which is a lovely, softly shimmering shade of medium bronze with a peachy cast. The shadow applies smoothly with a eyeshadow brush and lasts all day paired with the E.L.F. eyeshadow primer. It is not the most pigmented shadow and you really need to apply two layers or wet it to build more color intensity. I subtracted 1 lippie for that reason.

ELF recently came out with a line of 6 baked eyeshadows in round pots, all lightly shimmery when swatched but less shimmery on the lid. Pixie is a peachy-pink shimmer, almost a duochrome. Enchanted is a peach shimmer similar to MAC All that Glitters. Toasted is a peachy bronze shimmer. Bark is a cool-toned brown shimmer. Burnt Plum is a soft boozy red shimmer akin to Chanel Ebloui. Dusk is a charcoal grey shimmer. I have and love them all, and think they're a fantastic value for the money. Have the entire set for less than the cost of 1 higher-end eyeshadow. Apply with a variety of brushes (I use a SKashuk fluffy blender brush most of the time, or a smaller brush for the outer V.) I don't use an eye primer, and like the way the baked eyeshadows grab onto and work with any natural oils in your skin for long wear and enhance the natural shadows you already have around the eyelid. The color range has captured my imagination and allows me to do bronzey, runway, and Victoria's Secret types of looks quickly and easily. (Note -- Pinktastic in the new ELF baked blush line is a champagne shimmer highlighter that can complement the eyeshadows.)
