This product absolutely rocks. I use it to line my top lashes and being Asian, other eyeliners wind up smudging onto my lower lids. Not this product. It stays absolutely put and makes my eyes pop. The flat brush makes it super easy to apply too. I can't recommend this product enough.

Why oh why, did it take me so long to find this product?? Oh right, I was used to schlepping to the department store counters for the overpriced stuff. Found this product at the local Loblaws' pharmacy section and decided to give a go after reading that it was suited to contact lens wearers.
After trying other eyeliners that claim that the product would not melt away or slide off my face or smudge my contact lens during the day, I shrugged and said "oh, why not?" At $11.99 CAD, it would not leave me bawling into my empty wallet if it did not live up to my expectations like so many other skincare or cosmetic items in the past.
I had loved the little pot and brush combo. Also liked the fact that the brush was short enough not to bump into the mirror when I leaned closer while applying the product to my eyelids. The laquer itself was a dream, soft with easy application in a single sweeping line from the brush. There was no need to use a lot, a little was enough to draw a thin solid line. The brush's bristles were feathery soft, with no abrasive dragging. So far, it had lasted the majority of the day. Very impressed. Will purchase again.

I bought this liner a few months ago and never went back to pencil again! This stuff is creamy and smooth with consistent opaque colors, and has great staying power, even on my oily lids! I have this in blackest black, espresso, navy, and bronze, and while all of the colors are VERY similar to each other, this is overall a great product. I've tried some other brands but this stuff has the best consistency and also comes with a nice brush that isn't too stiff or soft. Also, the little glass pots it comes in keep this product from feeling too cheap, which is a nice touch! Definitely my HG liner, I use it every day!

This is my first time trying gel liner. I've always used pencil, liquid, or black eyeshadow to line my eyes. I really like this and I am glad I gave it a try. It stays put all day and it looks incredible. I also like how easy it is to make a thin or thick line, depending on what I want that day. I think I just might be converting to gel liner now.

I usually repurchase the maybelline studio eye gel liner but i saw this and decided to give it ago and luckily i did because im in love! here's some of the pros and cons
PROS
the formula is so creamy and glides on so smooth
i got mine in black which is really dark unlike other eyeliners that can come off greyish
i had no problem with smudging
at the end of the day it looks as good as when i applied it in the morning
CONS
I have none! only complaint is that it was pretty expensive $25AUD but i still think this is my HG!

Great product! I don't tend to wear black liquid or gel liner because it feels to bold or stark next to my pale skin. Instead, I usually use a black pencil I can smudge or a dark grey gel liner. But, sometimes I want a bold look. So, after loving this gel liner in Dark Slate, I purchased Blackest Black. It's a nice really dark black. It doesn't budge or flake on me. It applies smoothly and evenly. I certainly don't use this one as often as the my other one but, it's a great product to have on hand. I recommend it to anyone who likes to wear black gel or liquid liner.

I really like this gel eyeliner but when I compare it to the Maybelline gel eyeliner its not the same. I find that the L'oreal one tends to smudge at the bottom of my eye and the Maybelline one doesn't. Other than that It does last for quite some time but I'm not sure if ill buy it again. I might as well buy either Maybelline or MAC.

Bought this for a little over $9 w a BOGO deal at rite aid. Pretty good drugstore gel liner for my oily lids which are crease prone for eyeshadow without my urban decay primer potion. Works much better and is much darker than MAC fluid line. I really like this liner and would repurchase If I ever run out.
Tip: do not touch up liner with an angle brush if its already dried or else it will flake! I lined my upper lid in the morning for a daytime look. Then I got home and decided to draw a thicker line over it before I went clubbing that night. It flaked. Use a liquid liner to thicken lines or any winged liner to avoid the gel liner from flaking.

I don't love this or hate it..
I've been on the hunt to find a replacement for my HIP liner since it was discontinued....but this isn't it=(
This liner is nicely pigmented, goes on nice and smooth......my only issue is its staying power!
After a few hours this stuff fades on me and on occasion it gives me raccoon eyes.
The brush was ok..I was able to cut it on a angle to how I like it.

I love this product. Before this product, I was using pencil liners (the Sephora kohl pencil liner as my HG) and I decided I wanted to try to switch to something that didn't smear as much. With that, I bought three gel liners: the Sephora water proof one, the Maybelline one, and this one. I have to say that out of all three, this one has the best texture and consistency. I like this brush a lot better than the one that the Maybelline eyeliner comes with (the Sephora one didn't come with one) and I have to say that for the price, this is a lot better than the Mac Fluidline that I already had. When it says blackest black, it means blackest black. It's darker than Mac's noticeably. It also doesn't smudge on me and it stays on my waterline for a quite a big (again, longer than the others did) and I've worn it up to over 12 hours a day before and it was fine. I use the brush that comes with it because I find that's the easiest way to apply it for me. My HG eyeliner!

I have been using MAC fluidline as my go to gel liner, but wished it was a bit blacker, so decided to give this a try. I have to say I was disappointed. As someone with deep-set eyes, I have problems with eyeliners and mascaras smudging if they are not the right formula. While this liner did apply nice and creamy, it was only marginally blacker than fluidline and definitely did not have the staying power. I had raccoon eyes by the afternoon. This is not a problem I have at all with Fluidline, and considering the L'oreal is only 2.3g compared to Fluidline's 3g, the price is only marginally better. I may be trying Tarte's Amazonian Clay liner in black soon, I have it in Blackened Plum and have zero problems with smudging. Please keep in mind, if you do not frequently have smudging issues because of your eye shape/positioning, this product could very well work for you, but I would not recommend it for other girls like me.

This is an easy to use eyeliner because it's really creamy. Creamier than all the other brands I've tried...MAC, Stila, Wet n Wild, Jane. I love the end results on my eyes...it produces a nice super black liner because it is in fact very pigmented. One thing I don't like about this eyeliner is that it takes longer to dry than the other brands I've tried. I usually curl my eyelashes after applying eyeliner. It ends up coming off on my eyelash curler if I don't fully allow it to dry. Also, this isn't as long lasting as MAC. It tends to smudge more. A lot of the reviewers have the same problem and I do believe it is due to the fact that this cream-gel liner is just a lot more creamy than the other brands. When it drys and sets it's just not as dry and smudge proof as MAC. I do love this eyeliner, I just wish it wouldn't take so long to dry and I wish it was more smudge resistant.

I really do like this gel liner. People have raved about the Maybelline one but that one smudged horribly on me. This one is nice and black, the brush it comes with allows you to get the thinnest possible line and build up to a thick one. It also lasts all day. I haven't tried this under strenuous conditions yet so we'll see how that goes but for day to day I really like it. It was about $14 so not ideally priced for something from the drugstore. I may try something else next time because of that.

I had high hopes for this liner, after loreal discontinued their hip cream liner. This smeared and created the worst raccoon eyes after about 2 hours. I thought it was expensive, my 99 cent pencil worked better than this stuff. I was pretty disappointed. Instead of this I would recommend the Wet N Wild Mega creme liner, it is only $3 and lasts all day! The only thing this liner has going for it, as far as my eyes go is the brush, which is very nice.

I love love love this product! I always like gel eyeliners better, and got this as a cheaper alternative to MAC, and its almost just as good, for a much better price.
Pros
smooth
great color
doesn't smudge
the brush it came with is actually great
doesn't transfer to eyelid during the day
washes off easily
good price
Cons
Not was waterproof as MAC, but to be fair neither product is advertised as waterproof.
