This is my very first HE liner. Well...
Like:
- color: it is THE most beautiful, clean, not muddy, not brown-based purple. It brings the green/aqua in my eyes like you would not believe.
Dislike:
- application: it is sheer, especially for $36. Yes, it is buildable, but for this price tag I expect to swipe it once and be done. It is easy to apply, though.
- staying power: close to zero on the waterline. No go for tightlining . Wobbly C- on the lids. After 5 hours in A/C-ed office it has smudged all over and migrated under my eyes. Worse, it also migrated *into* my eyes.
- color: as much as I love the color, this is not the cobalt blue people expected.
I wanted a backup, but all things considered, I'll pass.
FYI: UD Ransom is not a dupe. Too bad.
