I love the blusher, concealer, and the eye shadow brush in the Vital Radiance line, but I don't like this foundation brush. Its a skinny flat synthetic brush that slides foundation around the face and leaves streaks. The bristles are bouncy, stick together and feel weirdly slimy and cold on skin.
Its easy to find a good one, you don't have to spend much on a foundation brush at all. As long as its a full synthetic brush with feathered ends and feels soft on skin it works for me! My favourite is actually an Almay one I received in 7 piece set free as a gift with purchase. The same set sells for NZ$25 at Farmers which works out to around $3 for the foundation brush. Manicare sells an OK one here in the Warehouse and some supermarkets for around NZ$7. Gosh sells a good one in the US. My MAC and Napoleon Perdis foundation brushes work great too but they are actually no better. I would only pay that sort of price now if I wanted a handle to fit a particular brush holder or the fancy name to match in as part of a set.
