Love , love, love it!!! I love the pump tube and the high value sunscreen. It gives me a faint cover I love for every day or evening. I am at an age where less is more. This BB gives my skin a nice finish that doesn't pill and doesn't sink into lines on my face . It is a grownup girls BB cream. I am on my second tube. 1 and 1/2 pumps gives me plenty of coverage so it does last longer that you would think. Bravo Dior!

I have not tried any other BB Cremes but my face is very particular when it comes to foundations, tinted moisturizers and bb creams. I have very dry skin so most products would emphasize my dry areas. I use Nivea creme to moisturize every morning and night and my skin still gets dry patchy areas.
I've used Nars Tinted Moisturizer and that broke me out and made my skin extremely dry. Wanted to find something new, I found this product at Sephora, I've been using it for about 2 weeks and it's amazing! There is a fragrant scent to the bb creme but it fades away after application. It's extremely moisturizing - doesn't pick up any dry patches and matches my skin tone really well! I'm in between a NC25/NC30 for reference. This also had better coverage than Nars and hasn't broken me out! The only complaint is the price - I've never paid $56 for a face product before. I'd repurchase if I don't find anything comparable or better.

This is a high end western BB cream with a higher coverage than most western BB creams. There is only one shade, and unlike Asian BB creams, the shade is much darker and somewhat orange tint. I do find the BB cream to oxide quiet a bit.
I purchased this about two weeks ago and I have come to the conclusion that I cannot make it work for my skin. Although, I love the coverage that it gives, it is too dark for my skin. On my medium-fair skin, it makes it look like I have a bad tan.
I do like the packaging of the product though. It is sanitary and portable. The pump gives out a small amount, so I need about two pumps for my face. I also like that this product does not have a scent, or at least to me.
The other downside of this product to me is the lasting power. I find this transfers onto clothes easily and also turns oily in about an hour, even on my combination skin. Now that it is getting warmer, it melts somewhat, and nothing is worse then a melty orange face. I have tried many different primers and powders with this, and yet it still won't last.
As for application, I find a flat top kabuki works best for me. I've tried my fingers, a stippling brush, and a beauty blender, but they don't work as well.
Honestly, when I first apply this, its gorgeous. I look flawless. I would suggest this to someone with drier skin and a medium skin tone and yellow undertones.

I love this and I love everything about this!! I got it as a sample when I went to Sephora, I told the girl I was interested in trying out some BB Creams and this was one of the samples I got. As soon as I tried it I fell in love! For me, it had great coverage and it makes my skin so soft, it does give off a nice dewy finish and Im not gonna lie I LOVE the scent. Asides from everything else I liked about it after I washed it off from the first day of wearing it my skin stayed soft!!! I have no complaints and no regrets about this product and its worth every cent :)

My mom stole this from me :( lol I showed her this product because I wanted to complain about it giving me a yellow tone, and she tested it on her skin, and kind of never returned it and thanked me so much for it.... so yeah, it's hers now, I guess. :P
The texture is creamy, slightly liquid, very easy to blend. I don't detect any smell (though I mostly never do), and it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. The packaging is a plastic tube with a pump, so clever and practical! Great for travel, great for controlling how much product you're using, and it keeps it clean. Alas, my only concern is the color. My skin is warm and I thought this would look alright, but this looks too yellow on me! I make it work with some powder and contouring, but on its own it looks wrong. A shame, since I wanted a bb cream for wearing on its own when I didn't feel like doing my makeup, and I haven't found a tinted moisturizer I like... Then again, my mom has the type of skin that looks as if she's blushing all the time, and this looks perfect on her. It gives her enough coverage to even out her skin tone, but not enough coverage to feel heavy or "makeupy" (she hates wearing foundation)
So, I'll give it 4 lippies because it's a GREAT product, but they should come up with more than one shade :( It's so unfair...

I'm lucky that this BB Cream suits my skin color perfectly. It delivers an amazing coverage for a BB Cream and has a good SPF protection. The finish is very dewy so depending on your skin type you may need to powder.
I think this is mostly for normal to dry types. This doesn't provide oil control at all, which is okay because the specifications never said it controls oils. Is very moisturizing so I get oily very quick and need to blot at least once each hour. The good thing is that this is so pigmented that I don't need to reapply no matter how many times I blot.
To be honest, this has helped me a lot with my skin, I believe the skin care products it contains have made a huge difference. I tend to get compliments when I wear this, no matter if I'm oily my skin looks amazing. My only complaint is that it sets on my very large pores. My nose needs coverage because I have redness on the sides, however I must need the thinnest layer of this because it sets in my pores and looks horrid. That's why I'm on the fence with this product. Is too expensive and it sets on my pores. L'Oreal Magique BB Cream doesn't set on my pores and is way cheaper but it lacks the skin care this Dior BB Cream delivers.
I may be tempted to buy it again.

BEST FOR FLAWLESS COVERAGE!!!!
-This works amazingly for my highly reactive redness that I have on my face. I am currently trying to find a cheaper BB cream for traveling since I defiantly DO NOT want to lose this BB cream. Sadly, I cannot seem to find a BB cream with any comparable coverage to this BB cream so far.. :(
-I think some people may find this BB cream to be too "heavy and feel like a mask" on their skin because they are not applying it correctly. I found that this BB cream applys best with a airbrush, buffing brush to achieve a nearly flawless complexion without the cakey mess.
THIS IS A VERY THICK, HEAVY COVERAGE BB CREAM, THUS LESS IS MORE. With a buffing brush ( I use Sephora's #56 PRO flawless airbrush), I put about 1 pump of the bb cream on my hand and then dot it all around my face (focusing on the problem areas, cheeks) and then buff the bb cream into my skin. I then go over some areas that need more coverage. This has worked exactly like a foundation for me since it has such good coverage.
When i first tested this out at Sephora with a makeup consultant, I did find that it was a little cakey around my chin and side of my nose (where all foundation cakes for me). Everyone has a different way off applying this, but always apply lightly and build to avoid cakeyness. (lol)
-I must say that there is only one "shade", so darker or lighter complexions may not be able to use this. I also do find that I tend to get oily after about 6 hrs, but blotting papers do the trick and I don't get oily after.
-This does have a RADIANT FINISH, do matte lovers may not like this. I also tend to find it a bit TOO radiant when first applied, so I just dust some powder (physicians formula) and its fine. The result is a natural, glowing face that makes me look like I have "perfect skin". I mean "perfect" as in not supermodel fake skin that they use to promote products, but healthy looking skin. It'll make people think 'boy does she have GREAT SKIN!' rather than 'What a cake face! She looks like a wax model!"
-I must also say that I was surprised at how much coverage this BB cream gave me. BUT, my main reason for a BB cream is to cover very heavy hyper pigmentation and redness ( i am Very prone to flare ups), and not acne or scaring. I do find that it covers any redness from blemishes but does not conceal like a concealer (obviously since concealing is not its main purpose).
As a COMPARISON REVLON COLORSTAY, defiantly better on my sensitive, highly reactive skin. I tried the version for dry skin (which i have), but it didnt really show up at all on my face, It was like a tinted mosturizer (burn..... and im sorry for saying).
*"WHY YA GOTTA HATE!?!?!" you say?
Its just not for me coverage (just sunk into my skin and didnt show up really) and gentleness on my skin wise (made redness appear more).
The only big problem with this product is not with the actual content, but the price itself.
$$$$$ 56 $$$$$$!!!!
AIN'T NOBODY GOT THE TIME (and money) TO PAY THAT MUCH!!!!!
I do find that for the quality, it is worth it though.
It probably can be easily at least $10-25 cheaper if the label DIOR was not there. This is the only complain that I have.
ON A GOOD NOTE, since this BB cream is so heavy with coverage, using less will make the product last quite long. It also contains 1.7 fl oz, which is more than a standard foundation.
PROs:
- AWESOME COVERAGE!!!!!! (I mostly look at redness control after immediate application and after flareups)
- very moisturizing
- stays all day (BETTER THAN EVERY FOUNDATION I HAVE TRIED!!!! etc. Estee lauder double wear, clinque redness solutions, MUFE HD, UD naked foundation)
- does not irritate (etc. Estee Lauder stung on face)
-radiant glow (Very natural, may be TOO radiant but nothing powder wont fix)
- little to no scent
CONS:
- $$$PRICE$$$
$56 is A LOT, i know, but how much product you get and how little you need to use (and as well as the quality) makes up for it. Its mostly since its from DIOR so any brand name will guarantee a price boost.
Overall
BEST COVERAGE BB CREAM FOR REDNESS AND UNEVEN SKIN TONES.
*on a side note, everyone has their own SPECIFIC BB CREAM TO FIT THEIR OWN NEEDS. Weather you need it for redness or acne coverage, or just a light, lazy product where little time is needed to application, everyone's qualities of a BB cream are different.
I would suggest going to a makeup place (like sephora) and find a consultant that you KNOW AND TRUST and tell them your concerns and what you want to conceal.
*EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT REASON FOR WEARING MAKEUP, THAT'S WHY THEIR ARE DIFFERENT TYPES AND BRANDS SO PEOPLE CAN FIND THEIR MATCH TO MEET THEIR NEEDS (sorry for shouting lol but I have to get that across).
Try testing out different BB creams to find the best one for you, EVERY BB CREAM HAS ITS OWN PURPOSE, so almost none are too similar. ALL claim to do similar "miracles", but all are focused to help with a certain problem.
If all BB creams worked the same, WHY WOULD THEIR BE MULTIPLE BRANDS???
All BB creams work differently when it comes down to it. Yah so this BB cream may not work for you, so be patient, and experiment a little with other brands and who knows, maybe you'll find your perfect match.
;)
Thx for reading my SUPER long review and I appreciate it if you stuck it out to the end and read this! I may be a young teen, but I hope this is informative and sorry if some facts might not be accurate! Just based off what I know, thanks!

My initial reaction to this was that it was very runny. However, when I applied it to my skin, it matched my skin beautifully and blended well. I am a MAC NC30. It also has a nice, clean scent. My routine is that I apply the bb cream with clean fingers and set with MAC mineralize skinfinish powder.
I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice bb cream.

I was surprised to find this to be a little too dark for my skin tone(NC20) , it makes my skin look orange/tanned. having said that, when I have worn it the texture and feel of it on my skin was so good and it did cover all the imperfections on my skin! Shame I can't use it, would have been perfect!

I have tried three different Korean BB creams and every single one of them have failed me.
This, however, has become a staple in my makeup collection.
This BB cream provides medium coverage, has beneficial skin care properties (just like the original Korean BB creams), and has a high SPF level.
I also find that this is AMAZING at controlling oils on my very oily skin. Even better than makeup forever's HD foundation (which is also a HG foundation for me).
This comes in only one shade, and it's more catered towards people with medium yellow skin. So if you are anywhere between an NC25-NC40 you're probably safe with this. I'm NC30-35 and this blends right into my skin.
Definitely recommend this, definitely gonna repurchase. LOVE!!

This product was given to me as a Christmas present from my boyfriend (after much nagging). I spent a while searching for the right BB cream. I didn't trust the original and traditional bb creams made by Korean or other Asian companies due to the poor regulation they have when it comes to harmful products in their make ups. Also, being an Asian woman but Westernised, I didn't want any bb creams that had whitening properties in it. Dior suited my skin in comparison to Bobby Brown (which was thick and grey).
On first impressions, Dior seems to work nicely - it's soft and dewy and leaves a nice glow. However, come 2 -3 hours later, and it feels horrible on your face. It feels heavy and it makes your skin very very oily. You definitely need a really good powder to set this. To be honest, for a product so damn expensive, $85, it should last longer than 2 -3 hours.
It really makes your skin feel horrible. I have been getting compliments whenever I wear it, but generally, if you're paying high, you should reap the rewards.
EDIT: THIS MADE ME BREAK OUT LIKE CRAAAZY.

I wish this product was available in a lighter shade to match my skin tone. I tried this but the shade is just far too dark and yellow. I am quite fair, so it just could not work. Maybe for a light olive skin tone this would be ideal...?
From the little I did try of this BB creme, I would say that it is quite nice. I wouldn't categorise this as a BB creme as it is nothing like the ones I typically use (from Asia). I would consider this to be a very nice foundation-like product. It had good coverage, went on smoothly and uniformly, felt nice on the skin and did not irritate me. The feel was light it set rapidly.
I would definitely recommend for the right match in skin tone, but it will not work for everyone due to the rich pigment.

This was my first foray into the world of BB creams so I can't compare it to any others though I've read countless reiews here of other BB creams. I absolutely love this product. I am amazed by the fact a tiny amount covers my entire face perfectly. It goes on very smoothly and blends flawlessly just using my fingers. I have tried blending with a foundation brush but it's not necessary. The color works perfectly for my light/medium olive toned skin and leaves a natural dewy finish. It covers imperfections very well and did not irritate my sensitive skin at all. My face feels very soft and has a subtle glow with this. I apply loose powder to set it and it lasts quite a while before I have to blot (which is necessary regardless of what I use) and looks great all day. The scent is faint to me and not at all offensive. This product has replaced my beloved Chanel foundations and I plan to use it indefinitely.

I used to love the Hydra Life tinted noisturizer that was around four or five years ago. I believe I went through two full bottles, which is rare for me.
I also loved the Estee Lauder Daywear tinted moisturizer.
Then the BB cream craze started running around and suddenly all producers started re-editing their tinted moisturizer and baptizing them BB. But they aren't.
I had the chance to try the Hydra Life BB creme and I was positive it would be as good as its mum, but it was a huge disappointment instead.
I love the soft, balmy consistency of BBs (think Erborian, Garnier - my very favourite - Dr. Brandt and many others), but Hydra Life just feels like a regular foundation. Also, the colour is rather yellowish (think liver problems) and cakey and it turns into an unpleasant shiny sheen after an hour or so. Definitely not good for my T-Zone.
There are so many BBs in the market, but many are just bland formulations with a market strategy behind them. Too sad they are badly done reformulations of previously good products.

I was looking for bb creams with a sales lady recommended me this. Looking online, I see pretty decent reviews, so I let her put it on my clean face and went along with my day.
Let's start with pros:
- GREAT color for my skin. I'm about a NC 30-35 (30 now that its winter), and even though this is a one-size-fits-all color, it was absolutely a match for my skin.
- Looked good on my skin & filled up my pores
CONS:
- Definitely looked great on me and gave me a flawless finish BUT this only lasted like 4 hours before my face looked like it was dumped in oil!
- Too high coverage for me. I usually hate the "cake-face/foundation" look and this definitely had it.
- By 6 hours of wear, it looked like it was flaking off of my skin..? It looked so perfect just 5 hours earlier!!
- Too yellow for my liking and did not seem to neutralize my redness as much as I hoped
The sales lady told me this was very good for dry skin as it moisturizers while covers. I know that's what bb creams do, and this did make me feel skin moisturized, but within hours of wearing, it also made my skin look/feel like it was dipped in oil. I've never felt my skin reach that level of oily!
Overall, for the price, I am NOT willing to buy a bottle to take home and continue trying it. The high coverage was the least of my worries for this product. If it had stayed on well, I would have considered purchasing this despite the high coverage (I am looking for light/med coverage).

This is a decent quality product with a very high pricetag. I walked into Sephora on the hunt for a TM that better suits me for winter with combo, acne prone skin that gets oily throughout the day, however needs more moisture now. This is outside the norm for me because although I'll drop good money on skincare (sub $100), makeup is usually a DS purchase for me so this is comparing DS to premium.
The lady said "Why a TM, why not a bb cream?" to which I thought well, I don't know, why not? and she suggested this. My eyes immediately jumped to the price tag....where my brain did a "holy crap no way" to "well, if it's good enough it's worth it" to which I proceeded to put the sales person through the test of sales vs an honest recommendation on what's best for me. She passed.
Background: Based on what I've used in the past, I'm not sure I understand the craze of US BB creams (is it just me or isn't any TM with antioxidants and SPF...which many have been out in the market for years a BB cream???), nor do I believe the hype yet. I have used Olay's Definity in the past which was too oily and oxidized alot, and for the past few years have been using Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Enhancer TM with antioxidants, SPF 20, and retinol which are great ingredients and was fine by me at sub $15 bucks and a quick pickup at the local drugstore. However, I've added more retinol in my routine and it left me feeling dry throughout the winter days. Coverage was pretty sheer too, which finding something with a little more would have been a plus.
Enter this. The lady told me by looking at my skin this would work even though there is only one color. When I used it myself and pumped it onto my hand I thought she was wrong, but although it may be a smidge dark now, adding a sprinkle of bronzer on my chest will be just fine. With a little color on my face it would be a perfect match. I'm a fair redhead when I go into vampire mode with staying out of the sun and exfoliate all winter long, but I have warm undertones and can pull off a slightly deeper shade. If you are fairest of the fair, this won't work for you. Even if you're somewhat fair I recommend you ask the opinion of someone who'd know if it will work for you before buying it. The back-of-the hand test also wasn't very tell-tale because it looked way too dark for me because I didn't blend it as well as I would my face. You'll want to blend this in well.
The texture is just fabulous and I love the fresh scent. It is alot more watery/creamy than the Neutrogena and glides on quite well. It provides slightly more coverage too (sheer to medium), and seems buildable. I continue to use a moisturizer underneath as I did with the other product because it has beneficial ingredients that the Dior does not. The end look was a dewy but not oily even skin tone that looked natural and had staying power and kept me pretty hydrated all day long.
Would I recommend this? Sure. Is it great in alot of ways, yes. Is it $50 worth of great, I'm not sure about that. It seems to be a decent amount of product (takes 2 pumps to cover my face and neck with no building) but this would have to last me a lonnnnnng time or make my skin just look way improved makeup-less for me to justify the expense. It's better, for sure, but I have to say I feel guilty for not returning it.

The reason I wanted to try this product was because I read it was a BB cream that promised moisturized, smoothed, even-colored and velvety soft skin WITHOUT parabens or sulfates. I had been using Garnier BB cream during the summer months and thought I'd give Hydra Life BB cream a try as I wanted more coverage for the winter months.
Here's what I discovered:
COLOR: I'm N15-20 with a slightly warm undertone and, on first glance, the shade of this product looked too orange for me. I did, however, want to see how it wore for a day and rubbed a small amount onto my skin, blending it out at the jawline. It surprised me how the color seemed to "work" with my skintone the more I rubbed it into my skin. I think I would have been happier with a shade that was lighter and less warm.
COVERAGE: I like the coverage of this product more than the Garnier BB cream, especially for winter wear. It was less sheer than Garnier and offered better coverage on the red areas around my nose.
WEAR: I've worn this product for several days now and have had no irritation from it. My skin was less oily than when I used both Garnier BB and regular cream foundation. After a full day's wear there was no flaking or streaking. It was easy to remove with my regular cream cleanser. The condition of my skin after removal was good.
I can't imagine Dior would not come out with more shades in the near future. If you have a product that does all it says it will do and a customer base that is much smaller than it should be MOSTLY because you only offer this great product on ONE shade, don't you think SOMEONE over there would take notice?
Wake up Dior!!!

I honestly cannot even start to say how much I LOVE Dior's Hydra Life BB Creme. I must warn you, I will ramble, however, if you want to read JUST the review... scroll down to the second to last paragraph to last paragraph.
I have combination/dry/sensitive and acne-scarred skin and have tried foundation after foundation... to tinted moisturizer after tinted moisturizer... to BB cream after BB cream to find something that provides be coverage, works with my sensitive skin, and moisturizes so I do not get flaky 5 minutes after applying. I started with foundations and found them to look very dry/cakey a few hours later (without touch-ups). I liked tinted moisturizers, however, they did not last very long. I tried some drug store BB creams and some department store BB creams. I tried a few Asian ones as well. Drug store ones were too pink for my skin tone (I'm an NC35 if that helps with what tone my skin is. If it further helps... I have a sub-Asian father and a Korean mother... I have lots of golden undertone to my skin, hahaha). Most department store BB creams looked too white/ashy on my skin or were not providing what I was hoping for. And Asian BB creams (though very similar to what I was wanting... I am pretty dark when compared to the shades pure Asian BB creams have). Well... here comes Dior to the rescue!
First... I'll let you guys know about the cons and get them out of the way. The problem most people have (however, not applicable to myself), is that this BB cream comes in only ONE shade. The next con is that it is expensive (roughly $56 USD).
Well... those were the cons in general... however, only one applied to me. I kept toying with the possibility of paying $56 (plus tax) for a few months after receiving a few samples from Sephora. I loved my first sample so much that whenever I went to Sephora, I would continue to look at the glorious and sophisticated light seafoam blueish-green, sqeezy-pumped tube, and contemplate if I really want to dish out the money for this. Finally... the holidays come along and I received a VIB e-coupon from Sephora and my sister was stuck on what to get me for the holidays. She asked to use my VIB e-coupon and purchased it as my Christmas present (I LOVE her to bits and pieces and have thanked her nonstop for the past few days straight, haha). The shade matches me perfectly. It does not oxidize. It contains beautifying benefits, coverage, moisturizes, SPF (30 PA+++!), and smells amazing (at least, to me it smells amazing. It does wear off about 5 minutes later). When you first pump out the product, it looks liquidy and you might think "oh geez... how does THIS provide coverage?"; however, use a little and apply even throughout the face. About 10 seconds later, you'll see it does have coverage (and quite full coverage to be honest. I haven't needed concealer to cover my acne scars).
I have to say that I am loving this product right now and am seeing it becoming a HG product (a very expensive HG product!!!). After all that has been said, I will DEFINITELY be repurchasing this product. I would recommend this product for people who have dry skin, aged skin, skin with scars/blemishes, and are of the NC25 (maybe) to NC45 (roughly) range. It is unfortunate that there is only one shade, however, try a sample to see if the color matches your skintone.

I never met a Dior foundation that I didn't like...until this one came along. This product claims to "correct" the complexion. It must've been opposite day when they decided that because this crap did EXACTLY opposite of correct anything. It made me look worse than when I have no makeup on. Let's start with the color. Way too yellow/orange for someone with NC20 skin this did not mesh well at all-you noticed the color difference around my eyebrows. The color of this BB cream makes my skin look sickly and it highlights all my flaws including my large pores/bumps (from acne/blackheads under the skin) and forget about it if you have any signs of fatigue. The first thing my father said to me after not seeing me for a month while I was wearing this was "wow you look tired." I pretty much always look tired but never actually got told that. Now lets move on to consistency. I find this very hard to blend and it feels very dry and dirty. If you have oily/acne prone skin/large pores, I would say FAR FAR away from this. Makes everything look and feel a lot worse and actually seemed to MAKE my problems worse. My skin looked oily and horrible the entire day. My other makeup didn't sit right on top of this either. I would definitely skip this ESPECIALLY considering the high price. Their foundations are amazing and around that same price point
