I love this colour! I use it everyday over my lipbalm to get maximum moisture since this is only half balm
How I use it everyday:
1. burts bees balm
2. just bitten stain
3. balm again
(I always try and get the maximum moisture for my lips so I "sandwiched" the stain with balm)

This balm stain is a personal favourite of mine. It has a slightly minty scent, as the others do, and leaves a deep hot pink colour on my lips. It doesn't stain right away, but when the balm gets absorbed, the colour is left behind. It is also not overly drying like most stains are. The only problem that I find with this product is that it sometimes only stains the edges of my lips and then leaves the rest of them clean. This is fixed easily, though, by applying more product to the center of my lips. It lasts for about 3 hours, easy, on me. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who loves a good lip stain.

When first saw this one. and swatch it on my hand it really looks good and ended up buying it but when I use it on my lips it just gives my lips a dark look rather a purple-ish tone on my lips since I already have a natural color on my lips. But I still love this one especially the Mint smell <3 so even though its dark for me. I still use it because of the smell.
I would not buy this shade again BUT! Ill make sure Ill buy this product again but different shade maybe a lighter than smitten. Like Romantic or Sweetheart ^_^
Its still a must try for everyone who has more pale lips ^___^

I've never tried any kind of stain product because I heard they were really drying but itsjudytime made a video about it and it looked amazing on her so I decided to give it a try.
This particular one is a gorgeous berry colour and looks great with any skin tone. The formula is very buildable so you can wear it lightly or pack it on for very opaque berry lips. The pointed tip makes for easy and flawless (and forgiving!) application and there's a very nice minty finish that makes your lips feel great. Best of all (and my worst fear) it is so hydrating! It doesn't dry my lips at all and has a very beautiful glossy finish. This lasted me about 5 hours including eating/drinking and I only had to slightly retouch after that. No need for a lip liner or a gloss...this product got everything you need!
These usually run for about $10 or under at my local drugstores and when you consider the combined price of a lipstick, liner, and gloss that's a really great deal! There's quite a lot of product in the tube as well so this will last me quite some time. My routine is apply this before I go and throw it in my purse for retouches....no need to bring lipstick, lip liner, lip brush & concealer to redo your lips throughout the day or night so I chose this over lipstick quite a lot when I'm going out.
I would definitely repurchase this and have purchased other shades in this product as well. This is quickly turning into an every day holy grail product for me and I highly recommend it!

I love these balm stains.. I recently got a ton of colors but my favorite for a night out is the color "030 Smitten" I put this over a dark lip pencil and it holds the color in place and gives it a great glossy, hydrating finish. I would definitley recommend these to clients and i use them on myself often.

I used this up. That says alot because I have so many products I never touch. Great staying power, and the packaging did not fall apart on me in my makeup bag every day. Will buy again, though I will look through what I have first so I am not wasteful. But I have a feeling I like this best.

I like it! I got it for close to 50% off during a sale at Singapore's qoo10 and I've never looked back. When I swatched it at the drugstores it looked really light and sheer - which is the opposite of my fav pigmented and matte styles. But at half price I thought, what the heck. It smells and feels minty, which is really nice because it reminds me of Bodyshop's old discontinued mint lip balm. The colour is a nice pink layer... not too bright but I think it's because I have very pigmented lips which darkens the colour and sits very nicely on my lips. It's a sweet, refreshing (but not trashy) almost dark fuschia that contrases very well with my NC40 skin. The fomula is anything but dry I think - it really does feel like a coloured balm. I'm perhaps only a worried that in the future, when I've used it quite often, will the pencil-like tip flatten and just be this fat block with no precision? I donno, it'll probably not bother me that much, heh. Would I buy it again? Depends... if it wasn't so freaking pricey (almost $18 here) I wouldn't mind trying the other colours. But smitten's definitely a win for me!

I bought 3 of these Revlon balms and I almost took Cherish back before I tried it. Ironically, it is my favorite of all three. I have pale skin and darkly pigmented lips. Smitten balm goes on bright, but looked darker than Lovesick. I apply and blot. Then I apply gloss or lipstick and gloss. Of the colors I tried, Lovesick and Smitten go on garishly bright and if not blotted and subdued look whorish. That said, Smitten looks less whorish than Lovesick. On me, Cherish appears semi sheer and natural. I was also surprised that the mintiness didn't cause me to have an irritated or allergic reaction. The balm is somewhat drying. I would use moisturizing lip products in conjunction with it.
Would I buy Smitten again? I am on the fence. I said yes for now but it is far from a resounding yes. Let's call it a maybe, which should be a category added for us reviewers. If you have pale skin and want a cool toned raspberry lip stain, you may find this does the trick for you.

I like the idea of lip stains, but always had problems with the colors not showing up on my pigmented lips. This one doesn't just show up, it shows up almost true (my own lip color still peaks through, there's no helping it).
Chapped lips is another common problem I have with lip stains, but this one really does live up to the 'balm stain' name. It's comparable to most of the moisturizing lipsticks I've tried.
I also have the kissable balm stain in Romantic, and while that color doesn't work as well on me, the performance is just as great.

Great colour (probably the best of the range) and really nice application. Packaging basically just a rip off of Clinique chubby sticks but still quite cute nonetheless. Colour builds up really well upon application to lips and stays on for about three hours max. for me.
As good as the colour is and balmy application upon initial use for the day, I find that the consistency of the balm stain (even when I put on clear balm over the top) goes quite cakey and flakey after a while, clinging to the inside of my lips and making my otherwise moisturised lips a bit too dry. I always apply balm underneath aswell (usually something like Nuxe RDM) and the problem is the same regardless. The only way to stop it is to make sure the balm stain is hydrated (by applying plain lip balm at regular intervals) and the colour remains saturated (by putting on more balm stain).
Generally very nice though - they have a lovely minty smell and are really hydrating for ages after initial application. Colour pay off great and price good for what they are (Revlon is always on sale at Target so these were reduced to $10 AUD and lip butters were super cheap!).

I got this during a 50% off sale at chemist warehouse. I was put off for the longest time from purchasing it due to the high price tag in Australia ($18). It is THE BEST lip stain ever. I have tried many lip stains in the past. Some were too drying, some were to runny, some settles in too soon before i could blend it out that leaves me with patchy stain on the lips. This however is the total opposite of the above. Its not a liquid, it's very moisturizing, it blends like a dream so you can get an even application every single time and the color is very buildable depending on how intense you want it to be and it has the staying power of a stain that leaves me with little to no touch up for 6 hours at work. The color looks like a deep red on the tube but on my pigmented lips, it transfers into the prettiest reddish pink tint and will get pinker in color if I layer it to high intensity. This will be great when uni starts as it is handy and long lasting. Definite winner for me.

If you're looking for a non-drying lipstick that'll stay on for the longest, this is a great product for you! This specific color, "Smitten", is a deep raspberry lip stain. The application is very build-able. You can either apply a very light coat for a hint of color on your lips, or apply a couple of coats for a very noticeable look. I applied a heavy coat and it stayed for about 4 hours, but the thing is, that after 4 hours the color was still shown through! It stained my lips for a good few hours afterwards. I first applied it at 10 am, and I took my makeup off at 11 pm (13 hours!!) and I still had to scrub it off my lips. I don't mean in any way that this looks the same 13 hours later, but it didn't went off completely.
I also LOVE the shape of this product, a slightly pointed end which allows you to get in these annoying corners of your mouth without any trouble. It also twists on the bottom, and you get quite a good amount of product.
Overall, I really enjoy this specific color from the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Lip Stains collection. Highly recommended if you wish to have a long-lasting result. I personally got mine from Ebay, because they don't sell them in my country (yet), but the price was VERY affordable (10$, only 1$ more than in the US). Usually, these stuff cost here around 25$...

I love this! I have fair skin and green eyes, and this bright fuchsia color looks wonderful. It's fun and bright without looking like a dime store lipstick. It stays on wonderfully, even after eating. I only had to touch up once throughout an 8hr workday.
I personally didn't find it very drying.

Wonderful wonderful product! I am so pleased with this line. Please do yourself a favor and pick one up today if:
1) You are sick of reapplying lipstick every.other.second!
2) You love the look of a stain, but don't like to have dry lips
3) You are sick of the draw on lip stains that you draw on like markers
This is different than the other stains. Definitely like the Clinique Chubby Stick, but at a lower price. I can't say enough about these. I know that if I put it on, it will look great and leave color behind so that even if I do eat off the lipstick, the stain will still be there....not as a potent color, but a light popsicle stain. I want more colors!!

loveeee this! cant believe i waited this long to buy another color. my 1st one was the coral (orange) colored one, i really liked it but it was a bit bright to wear during the day but awesome for a summer night. now its cooler so i was looking for something to brighten up my complexion for nightime. this is beautiful on my C4, Nars Barcelona complexion. gorgeous berry fuchsia! not so bright to look garish but gives you a big pop of color. i love the jumbo crayon craze, awesome application. i would buy this color again.

I am a lip stain fanatic. I don't like the stickiness of lipgloss and tend to find lip stick on my teeth so I only use chapstick or lip stain. And let me tell you, this is the BEST! I originally bought Tarte LipSurgance Matte Lip Tint in Lively, which is a comparable color to Smitten, and returned it. Although the color payoff on the Tarte product was great, it smudged like crazy and was a bit drying. And it was SO expensive! I then tried Smitten and fell in love. The color is buildable, so you can wear during the day with a quick swipe or layer for night. It NEVER smudges and the color goes on evenly. It even fades evenly. I put it on before I leave the house and even though I bring it with me, I don't have to do a touch up for hours. I always need my lips to be hydrated so I layer chapstick over and under this but it is not necessary because this stain is not drying. This stain is better than products 3x the price. LOVE!

I really love this lip product.
It can get a bit pricy for drugstore if you buy it at Ulta, where it runs $9, but it is still much cheaper than Tarte or Clinique.
Whenever you first apply it, it's moisturizing and goes on smoothly. It's very easy to apply with the pencil type product. The only problem I have with this, as it is difficult to sharpen without losing a lot of product, so it might harder to apply once the initial pointyness was worn off.
It lasts a very long time on my lips. Sometimes the next morning there is still a subtle stain!
It is a little bit drying once the "balm" effect has worn off from when you first put it on, but it's not too uncomfortable.
The color is gorgeous. It is the perfect color, if you want your lips to be pink, but not too pink. It's bright without being too in your face.

One of, if not, my favorite shade from this range. This shade varies depending on your natural lip pigment. On me, it's a dark berry color. I adore it.
These are my FAVORITE lip product. They are comfortable on the lips. Smell nice. No unpleasant taste. The best part is they ACTUALLY STAIN MY LIPS! All over stains I've tried not only dry the hell out of my lips and are uncomfortable, but they don't stain.

I love this balm/stain. This color can be light, almost natural if applied lightly, but can go darker if layered. It makes me so happy because it never dries my lips out or tastes gross. It's minty without being too overpowering.
I've already bought two more of these in different colors because I find myself reaching for them quite a bit.
