MAC Immortal Flower Blush definitely not suitable for medium/darker skin tone/NC 40 or higher. Looked neutral on my skintone. Had to give it away.

Absolutely love this blush. Peach, orange, coral works best for me. Have to layer to build color, but I am totally fine with it. Slightly chalky. Color very similar to the Archie collection, Betty"s blush in Cream Soda, but this is slight softer without the shimmer of cream soda.
May pick up a backup when it is going to be repromote in the All About Orange Collection.

I'm usually a pretty good judge of gauging how a blush will look in multiple light settings but I couldn't have missed the mark more on this blush. I tried it on under blinding lights that paled out my normally NC40/42 skin. Even then, I wasn't happy with it but was out-of-town and needed something quick and wanted something that I didn't already own.

This blush is a coral/peach color on the skin, much more on the coral side.

Overall, I would say this blush would work just fine on someone lighter than an NC40. But my comments below are based on qualities that extend beyond the color.

Finish/Texture: This blush goes on easily and is very blendable. But on my skin, Immortal Flower appears to be a bit chalky. It has a satin finishes but appears to be a matte from most angles and in most lighting. Perhaps a finish spray would help - I gave away the blush before I could try that. A highlighter might also help.

Staying Power: This one absorbed into my skin almost immediately so I tried it with a primer. It lasted about 5 hours before begin to fade and looked decent for about 6. As I wore it, it appeared to morph a bit more to my skin color.

I picked this up at my local CCO, and I'm very happy with it. On my NC15 skin it's beautiful, but I can't imagine it would show up very well on someone darker than NC25 or so. It difficult to mess up application wise because it's not that pigmented. You don't have to be careful with it. For fair skinned ladies, it's great. For anyone else, I'd pass. Personally, I'd repurchase it because I love these kind of colors on me.

This is currently my favorite blush right now. I saw swatches online recently and had to have it. I'm an NW20 and once this gets built up, it's just gorgeous. The only issue I have is that it isn't that pigmented, so it takes me awhile to really get it to show up. It's worth it once it does, but this could be a bit annoying if you're in a hurry. Love it anyway though! Bought it on amazon for $18.

I regret getting this blush but I think it is decent enough to get use out of it. I thought it would be nice for Spring and for light makeup type of days but it is just not pigmented enough. It is one of those types of blushes that are a waste of money. They are fool proof but require too much product and application for desired results. I was expecting so much more when I saw swatches online or how quickly it sold out online (I really need to stop falling for that). I was hoping this was going to be a nice bright but pale peach, but its just too subtle for that. I would pass.

Overall I really like this blush but I do have a few things I would change therefore I took off one lippy.

In the store, the blush that I swatched had a very soft texture that came off easily on my finger but my own pot has a slightly harder texture that doesn't swatch well on a finger but I have figured out how to apply it so it comes out better on the cheek. What I do is take a small dense synthetic brush and press it into the colour using a dabbing motion and then I pat it onto my cheeks and blend in small circles to get the desired amount of colour.

As for shade, I ADORE the colour. It's a light but still bright peach colour, very unique and pretty for spring and it looks fabulous on my fair warm toned skin (about nc15). It can be built up a bit, but not a lot, so I don't recommend for darker skin tones, but the colour is so unique that I would repurchase if I ran out and it wasn't limited edition.

I got this blush in the mail(finally) yesterday. I put it on with the remnants of Sunbasque from the day. I wasn't really all that taken with it, but when I used it today with sunbasque as a contour and this on the apples of my cheeks, it looked pretty good, definitely have to build up the color.

I was using Peaches before I came across Immortal Flower. Because I look pale most of the time, I found that I had to blend, blend Peaches so that it would look natural. Well, no more with Immortal, which is a lighter version of Peaches. The color is so natural, perfect for yellow tone skin, but I would not recommend it for pink tone skin, as it might be too much of a contrast. I think it is a limited edition. Please MAC, make it permanent.

Would I buy this product again? Absolutely, I already did. As soon as I put this blush on it was instant love though I'll admit in the pan I honestly wasn't impressed. I own hundreds of blushes and I do honestly mean that but this one is so unique on. It's my new favorite blush. I e tried on a lot of blushes I've loved but none as much as this. I'm a NW20 and this blush is amazing on me. It gives me a glow like no other. Mac, love you for this one. R/O for picture of it on me.

This blush turned out for me to be a very pleasant surprise. I also have a paler/cool toned complexion and usually steer clear of any products that lean toward an orange or yellow base. I also own countless amounts of blushers and this shade is truly unique to anything that I own thus far. Id best descibe it as a delicate peach with rosy tints. It goes on sheer, but is very easy to build. The texture is silky smooth and the finish looks fresh and natural. This is definently an enchanting shade for spring into summer Im kicking myself now for not grabbing two!! Give immortal flower a shot, it will not disappoint. :)

This is a funny blush. It is a beautiful beautiful color but sometimes it goes on too chalky and sometimes it goes on darker. I can't figure out why. It seems to go on my skin unevenly. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this trouble. I think if it were a Sheertone, I would love it. I love all the Sheertone textures and colors. Immortal Flower is difficult to work with for me.

I fell in love with the MAC blush in Peaches but always felt it was too orange for my very fair skin. Then the Tres Cheek collection was released and I fell even more in love with Immortal Flower. It is a true peach but slightly creamier almost. It has a pinkish hue to it in certain lights too. Absolutely love this for spring/summer

Went crazy on the Tres Cheek collection and picked up a few of the new blushes. Immortal Flower is stunning in the pan a lovely pale pastel peach shade. I am very fair skinned and I felt like I had to pack this on to get a good pop of color. The pigmentation is lacking for me. It is supposed to have a light touch of color, but it's a little too light for me and I feel like i'm having to do way too much work for this to show up how I want it to. These are 20.00 a pop, I thought of returning but I will just pass on to a friend.

LOVE!!! This blush is a true peach. It has the softest texture. It goes on very smooh and evenly. I tried it on at the MAC counter and everyone raved on how beautiful it was. I had to have it. It gives me fresh "springy" cheeks. For reference I'm an nc42. I think his blush would look great on all skintones though.
