So I purchased this a few days after it came out(after researching it a bit) And I'm still using the same tube from last year! Yep,last that long..but I dnt wear mu unless I'm going somewhere, but I've always used this as part of my rountine since getting it. I've gotten some slight dark under eye circles from stress & not sleeping. I originally had tried the Studio fix one,but returned it as I couldn't tell a difference. Plus it was way to thick, dry & heavy for me. I like that this concealor is creamy as it going on smooth & easy to blend. The lil brush applicator is useful for me when applying. I usually use my Mac 224 or another brush to blend it in, or my fingers. It does however crease some, but I found setting it..esp with the Ben Nye powder works. I think in a month or so when its gone,I will repurchase this as it seems to work for me.

I have finished my first tube of this and will be rebuying it. I've been using NW20 and it's the perfect shade for my skin, blends perfectly-great consistency and I like the brush applicator. Covers a multitude of sins. I am prone to breakouts and as well as offering good coverage this has'nt caused any breakouts at all. It never looks too thick or cakey and does'nt make my face oily either. I also mix it with the prep and prime brightening concealer for under my eyes as I work nights and it works well. Really can't recommend it enough.

I have absolutely horrible dark circles under my eyes (thank you sleeping disorder), so I am constantly on the market for a great concealer. I went in planning to try the studio fix concealer, but the makeup artist at Mac told me to try the mineralized concealer instead as I have rather dry skin. It looked good when she applied it on my in store, and so I decided to try it in the color NW25 I think-a salmony color.
By the time I got home (not even 3 hours later), I looked in the mirror and was horrified to see that it had creased and settled into all the lines under my eyes. It absolutely did not hide my dark circles at all and just looked quite terrible after a couple hours of wear. It feels nice on the skin, but does virtually nothing to cover my dark circles and did not last AT ALL.
I am not saying that this is a terrible product, but rather that it just does not work on my skin-Im sure there are lots of people out there who love it.
I will be returning it tomorrow.

I REALLY like this. I haven't had a whole lot of luck with Mac foundations in the past, however I love their Studio Fix concealer (though I find it to be so dry for my dry and sensitive skin). I am NC15, very fair with neutral undertones, and I find this to be so moisturizing and it actually adds a beautiful glow to my otherwise dull skin (I use highlighters every day to bring radiance to my skin). I have added this into my makeup routine lately, it has replaced my Bourjois concealer, my Estee Lauder concealer and my Mac Studio Fix. I absolutely love it. It's a great concealer for the summer, too, as it's fairly light-medium coverage and it goes on so smoothly. I'd guess this concealer is best for dry-normal skins, as it might be too moisturizing for oilier skin types, and combination-oily skins could really benefit from Mac's Studio Fix concealer. I put this on after applying my Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum foundation in shade 51 (or on better skin days, my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer in Porcelain), I add Mineralize Concealer around my nose, chin and on any spots and my Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Vanilla under my eyes and taaaadaaaa I have glowing, beautiful skin.

I have to be honest I was expecting a lot more from this concealer. Maybe it just didn't work for me but I just don't think it was very good coverage, and it creased so much! I had my make up done at a MAC counter and she applied this after suggesting it for me and just a few hours later creasing looked awful. It creases every time I use it. Wouldn't buy this again!

People who don't have major dark circles and who go for a natural look may love this. It looks REALLY natural. Nobody can tell that I'm wearing concealer when I'm wearing this. It also never creased on me. However, you can't build it up. It's not a pigmented concealer and won't cover my dark circles fully. I wear it on low maintenance days only. I don't regret buying it but I won't buy again.

Using this in shade NW25, and I find that it doesn't really do a good job of covering dark under eye circles. I'll have to colour correct with an orange/peach base before using this. It also sets extremely quick - which may be a good or bad thing depending on how quickly you work! By the time you want to set it with a fine powder - there may be times when it's already creasing up!
I prefer the Select Moisture Cover which is slightly cheaper compared to the Mineralize, and it gives me a bit more coverage.

I've got NC15 which is the perfect match for my skin tone and my foundation (Matchmaster Foundation SPF 15 1.0). It blends very well over imperfections (blemishes, under eyes), thin, good coverage and lasts all day. Quite expensive for a tiny bottle but it does last a long time. Packaging is small and easy to use. Definitely recommended!

Nothing short of a miracle! I have fair, NW 20 skin with reddish cast to undereye area. This concealer is EXCELLENT! At 38, my old standby Bobbi Brown corrector and concealer had started creasing into lines I didnt know I had. ugh. This moisturizes and sets to a satin finish that looks natural without drying out. On days when I need extra coverage at the inner corner of the eye, I layer some NW20 Studio finish on top of it and it blends together like a dream. My search for HG concealer is over!

Love it. Absolutely love it. Doesn't break me out (an important factor) covers my dark marks and scars to a certain degree yet looks very natural. I don't know what I would do without it. I like the little applicator brush on the end, makes it easy to dot on problem areas then dab it with a finger to blend. The only thing I'd like is have a little more coverage other than that, it's brilliant! I will be trying the studio finish next, fingers crossed.

About me: NW13 (neutral-cool toned, very fair), blue eyes, Color season is True Summer, Baumann Skin Type is OSPW.
I purchased this after a MAC consultant used it on my under eyes to cover some slight circles. Now I realize that all that was covering those up was the yellow tint of NC15 and good lighting. This covers nothing up. NOTHING. this is a joke of a concealer.
EDIT: ok, i actually like this concealer when I apply it using the triangle method. Because it is NC15, it does brighten my under eye area up (nw20 when tanning). It's not better than some of the yellow drugstore concealers (Maybelline Dream Lumi click pen in Ivory), but it's not a waste of money, like I thought it was when trying to use as a spot concealer and under eye concealer for dark circles.

The price point for this concealer is great so I was hoping to fall in love with it. Unfortunately after putting it on, it looked like I didn't have anything on at all - meaning my dark circles were still visible. This concealer doesn't do anything at all! The pro longwear concealer is better, but it dried my eyes out - no more MAC for me (ps - I have asian, medium/olive skin)

I really dislike this product. It covers alright, but settles into my under eye lines and makes them very visible. The brush is not good for me either, as it distributes product in clumps. The color is perfect, NC15 for my pale skin but the product is just really bad.

I don't like this concealer. I have kind of intense dark circles under my eye, so I need a decent coverage. This concealer offers that, but it makes my under-eye area look much older than it is (I don't really have wrinkles, I'm 25), and it is supposed to be for mature skin, so that's really bad. It definitely needs powder, which causes all this drying appearance, but if you don't set it with powder it sets in the lines very much. I would have returned it, but here in Greece they don't accept returns on concealers or foundations (on any liquid products basically)..

This is a decent concealer. I use it to cover the hollows I have under my eyes that make me look way more tired than I really am and just get worse with age. It covers better than anything else I've used but what I don't like about it is it won't dry to a matte finish. So the very areas I'm trying to hide and not bring attention to are shiny. And that sort of defeats the entire purpose of covering up something, right? In order to make the shine go away I have to apply powder, which then emphasizes my lines. I tried blotting tissues instead and those do work, but then my under eye area feels dried out. I feel like I can't win with dealing with that area. I'm off to find something else.
NOTE: Estee Lauder's concealer dries to a very lovely, soft finish and isn't cakey, but it doesn't cover as well as MAC's does.

Beautiful product, i've used this product for a little over a year now and its lasted great, just starting to run out now, it gives a beautiful moist - dewy - natural skin like coverage. great if you don't want to look like you're wearing a lot of make up, never ever looks dry. blends under eye circles very well, as with blemishes. not 100% but thats not what im looking for. lasts all day for me and doesn't oxidise. :)

PROS:
I liked the consistency and applicator.
Good colour match.
CONS:
Didn't wear well for a long time.
Set in lines very easily.
Didn't do much to actually conceal dark circles.
Overall, I would not buy this product again because it does not cover dark cicles enough. This hasn't put me off a MAC concealer though, I plan on trying the Studio Finish concealer next.

Its a good concealer as it blends really well around the eyes and covers the dark areas. A bit too pricey and doesn't last very long.

A really great concealer for mature, crepey undereye skin.
I apply this over MAC prep & prime skin smoother (after first applying my eye cream). My undereye area looks very nice after application - smooth coverage, moist, more youthful. Absolutely no dryness, caking, or accumulation in lines, thank goodness.
This concealer can be applied for sheer, medium or full coverage, depending on if you layer it. I have dark circles and find that a one layer application pretty much blends well with my skin.
Love, love, love this concealer. So happy that someone finally made a product that works for us Baby Boomers!

I just started trying MAC foundation/concealer products recently after some swaps showed me I need to get to know this brand a little better :-)
My experience with the foundations has been a mixed bag. This Mineralize in NW15 was my first MAC counter purchase, I finally got into a store with a counter. The SA recommended this concealer even though I was eyeing the cream concealers. At my age I should know to trust my experience.
I used this under my eyes *lightly* even though I don't really need it, I thought it would help offset any eye color straying. I did have some acne spots to cover up (from previous MAC foundation breakout) and this didn't work as well as the Amazing Cosmetics product, but it was passable.
Tonight, day two of this concealer usage, I have a sore eye as if there is a stye, but cannot find one anywhere. Also where I dotted the foundation on my chin and jawline to cover redness, I have *fresh* acne. This is NOT ok to me. For gawd's sakes!! Like I need anything else to make me have MACne!!! Taking this back and going to try the other concealers.
