This is fantastic. I recently reviewed the Creamsicle Lip Butter, which is also very good, but I like this one better. This is a really great natural/nude for those of us with super pigmented lips. It's more opaque and neutral than Creamsicle and does an awesome job of muting out very red/pink lips and giving them a nice natural nude look that doesn't give you the dreaded corpse lips. This has a very subtle frostiness to it, but nothing dated- just a nice, healthy sheen. If you have pigmented lips and are looking for a good everyday nude lip color, this is it!

I absolutely love this product! And Creme Brulee is the perfect color. I'm a huge nude lip junkie and have been a fan of Revlon's nude line for awhile (Nude Attitude and Soft Nude), but found those to be quite drying. The lip butters are super moisturizing and doesn't leave the lips dry and chapped. It's awesome at working as both a lip balm and lip stick. The color isn't overly too bright/pigmented, so I don't look dead. But the color isn't sheer either. It is literally the perfect lip product for those who want moisture and some color. The packaging is cute, but isn't the best since it sometimes leaves residue on the sides. But that's minor. I would highly recommend this product!!

This is my fav nude lip product! It's super moisturizing, lasts a while without eating, and the colour is very pretty!! It's sort of sheer, but you an build it up. The colour is nude with a bit of shine. It goes well with my skin tone. It wasworth the price. It's totally wearable for school or work or whatever. It moisturizes for a decent amount of the time. The colour lasts hours (if you don't eat). I overall love this product and will repurchase when I run out. It is quite sheer though. So if your looking for a bold colour or a matte one, this isn't for you

I have purchased quite a few of the Colorburst Lip Butters so am obviously happy with the product generally. This range is not particularly cheap here in Australia but nonetheless I like them and have bought many online. Creme Brulee is the most recent one I have purchased as I was sceptical if it would be too light for my Medium Olive skin. I am so glad I took the chance, this shade has now become my new favourite nude toned lipstick. No pink, no brown, no peach, just a neutral nude tone. Perfect for my colouring.

these are good, not my favorite, but very nice. i like the packaging, my only complaint is when you put it back in its tube some product can get on the packaging, which annoys me. the color i selected is okay, i love my nudes - this one was shimmery, which i didn't like. i'd prefer it to be more of a matte finish. the pricing is okay around $7, $8. though i don't like the color i selected, i do like these. they're very moisturizing and they feel good on the lips. i want to try the maybelline color whispers to see if they're any better. overall, this is a nice lipstick or tinted lip balm and i'd recommend trying it in a prettier color. creme brulee is nice, but it makes me look washed out.

This product is just OKAY. Nothing special to it...the color doesn't last and if you're pale like me, it'll make you look washed out. There's also a weird shimmer to it...Anyway, I do like how it feels on my lips but I would never buy it again.

Okay, so you want nude-y lips but with a little glint of gold/mother of pearl gleam... Yup, this is the color burst lip butter for you. My lips are quite pigmented, and this shade provides decent coverage. Now, i loooove these lip butters, and many of them are quite moisturizing, but the staying power on my lips is like :30 max. What a shame! I feel the product clumping up as it dries, too. Granted, maybe i dont exfoliate my lips daily as i should, so perhaps this is why i have such bad luck with lip products. Anyways, this color is gorge for that nude lip + glam look. Lip butters are a nice addition to any make up kit. Cheers!

Although I prefer the Maybelline Color Whispers to these, Creme Brulee is a beautiful tinted balm. It is a light caramel color (think more of a shimmery beige) and is very flattering on my fair skintone. This is one of the more sheer LB's, which is great since I'm not looking for much color. It is moisturizing and soft, but not very glossy. Overall, I like this and will repurchase when it runs out.

I wanted to love this so bad, but it just did not live up to its hype. The color is very pretty, but is very light. The formula itself is nice, it's very rich and moisturizing, but to the point of being too much. Just like butter on the lips :) Maybe that's the point, but it really took away from the staying power and I always need to re-apply it.
I prefer Maybelline's color whispers to this one for sure.

I LOVE this lipstick! The perfect nude on me. It feels amazing on the lips and wears really nicely. It doesn't last long at all (an hour max) but I didn't expect it to. I will definitely be buying more colours

I heard so many rave reviews about this, and it really didn't live up to the standard it's been given. At least for me anyway. The separation of pigment really showed through on this one. I also believe my lips are too pink and pigmented for this shade to do anything. I might as well have taken concealer and Vaseline and mixed it together. I would have gotten the same look, hands down. Even more annoying, I waited & waited to get this. Every drug store or store I went to, always had the leftover opened/damaged ones. And I can go on a rant about opening cosmetics and swatching them in store, but I won't. I should mention I love almost all the butters I've gotten, but this one was a bummer.

A beautiful nude for fair skin! This is my 7th Revlon Lip Butter purchase (I love them SO MUCH) and I am please with the color. I would expect a nude like this to come off much more sheer, but creme brulee is actually pretty pigmented. Beautiful and moisturizing.

Somehow I feel this is not as pigmented as the rest of lipbutters. Color is a pretty beige caramel but fades away really really fast. And since this is a light color it doesn't show a lot on my lips.

I originally skipped over this shade when I first did my lip butter haul. I figured Creme Brulee would be too light for me. I recently picked this up on sale and I'm very happy with it. First, I would like to say that this is very similar to MAC High Tea Lipstick (Luster Finish) in texture, color and finish. I would say MAC High Tea is a bit more pigmented but if you put a few layers of Creme Brulee, it will come out to the same depth as High Tea. Both lipsticks work on my skin tone which is Medium Olive and NC42 in MAC.
Revlon Creme Brulee:
Shade: Latte (think coffee with cream)
Tone: Warm
Finish: Lustrious/Shimmery
Texture: Balmy & Moisturizing
Pigment: Sheer
Longevity: Weak - 1 hour max of wear time
Price: Affordable/Drugstore Prices vary upon store. Ave $7.00 (US)
Overall: 4.5 Lippies. 1/2 lippie off for poor staying power.

I love the colour of this lip butter! It looks gorgeous on me. It's funny as when I first bought lip butters, I wasn't very into nude shades and used to think, "Ew, who on earth would want nude lips?" Haha. I've definitely changed since then. To me, this has a toffee smell as well, which is nice. I love how moisturising this feels on my lips. It gives my lips a soft, bronze-y and nude look which I love. It stays on for a few hours - not that long though. It says even less with eating and drinking. However, I love it overall for the colour and how moisturising it is. I would purchase this product again.

I purchased mine based on the swatches I had seen online. I was pretty disappointed because this shade was not for me. I love the Revlon Lip Butter line in general, but 'Creme Brulee' was far too sheer and slightly frosty for my taste. Because of it's sheer and almost translucent colour, the natural colour of your lips will definitely alter the appearance of this. On me, it made my lips look sickly and washed me out. I gave it 2/5 because it feels nice on the lips and has great moisture content.

I have tried a number of Revlon Lip Butters, returned several because they were too reddish, and kept six of them. Creme Bruleé is my 2nd favorite, after Gumdrop.
.
First, Lip Butters are not tinted lip balms. I dislike most lip balms, so i was wary of the hype at first, picking up only Gumdrop. But i was happy with its soft creamy lip color, so i decided to try some more.
.
Second, Lip Butters are soft so there is no need to screw them (or any lipstick) up very far to apply it. They may screw lipsticks way up in advertisements or movies, but in reality you only need any lipstick up just far enough to get color all over your lips. And with a product as soft as this, screwing it way up can lead to unnecessary breakage.
.
Lip Butters vary a bit in consistency; some are more sheer than others; some have frost, others don't. Because they are soft they wear off more quickly than some other lipsticks and need to be reapplied. This does not bother me at all. I expect to reapply a lipstick after drinking or eating.
.
Creme Bruleé is a terrific daily color for me. It is a muted light cool beige, not really sheer, but definitely not opaque. My lips are very blue-pink and this mutes them just enough for a good nude or neutral look, without the pasty dead appearance of a too-opaque nude lipstick, as it allows my natural color to peek through.
.
This one frequently finds a place in my purse makeup kit and always travels with me when i go out of town. But if you prefer a more strongly colored lip product this may not be for you.

At first I enjoyed the color a lot on my lips and skin tone. But after a few month I noticed that it became a little bit sheer and the pigmentation was not as bold as it was before. Maybe I hadn't noticed it earlier but it kind of changed. Even with the bizarre change I still love it. It is very moisturizing and smooth and has a creme finish. I would say that it only last for an hour max maybe even less if your going to be eating lunch or drinking stuff. I believe that the lip butters should not even be called lipsticks because they really aren't. I think that they are just colored lip cream. Which $6.99 and up is a little bit pricey.

Other than that I really enjoy the color and plan on repurchasing.
