I'm in love with this new lip butter! It goes on smooth and evenly like a butter, but packs great colour. The light pink is so adorable and perfect for summer. I'm totally in love with the pin tuck packaging, and I like that the outside container reflects the lip colour so you don't have to peek inside or read the label to know what shade it is. Overall great purchase, and will be going back for more colours.

Not a fan; far too pale for my fairly pigmented lips, and being sheer means that rather than being able to build it up all I can make it do is gather more and more in my liplines.

This is basically a DUPE color wise for MAC's limited edition lipglass in snob. Although this is obviously not a lip gloss, but the moisturizing, hydrated glossy sheen finish gives an appearance of a gloss. MAC snob lipglass was not as dark and true to the actual regular lipstick, so if you have that you may not agree with me. But if you did pick up the gloss version (or missed out & want the same effect), check swatches online and decide for yourself :) Its not the most wearable shade for most MLBB/punch of color that are more trendy currently but its a shade that can be justified to add to a collection!

It's a creamy pale pink with a faint shimmer - very Barbie. If I apply it with a light hand, it doesn't look that bad. However, it looks awful when I layer it up. I think it's because I have no pink undertones and am neutral.

Cupcake is a pale, blue based pink. The formula is very creamy and moisturizing! It does accent imperfections though so exfoliate before you use it! I have fairly pale lips to begin with so this is almost as pigmented as a lipstick on me. The packaging is cute and very well designed. These are great! definitely give them a try.

I have several Revlon Lip Butters now, and surprisingly, Cupcake turned out to be the one I reach for the most.
I say it's surprising because it wasn't one of the shades I had my eye on. I was mainly intrigued by Gumdrop (eh..) and Pink Truffle (great but too similar to my pigmented lips).
Cupcake is a very pretty light pink that brightens up my face... that is if I use a light hand.
I pretty much dab it on my lips and it's perfect. I don't swipe it on, or else it gets too frosty and it looks like I'm going to the club. But I mainly use this at work.
Overall, I gave it a 4 out of 5 because, as cute as the packaging looks, it's not the easiest to open. And I have to wear a lip balm underneath, or else it shows off the dryness of my lips. I'd still repurchase since it's inexpensive, cute, and more wearable for me than a lipstick.
Other pros: No scent and leaves a nice stain after a while.
Cons: Not long lasting, but I don't mind reapplying. I'm sort of a lip product junkie and enjoy keeping them in my bag to reapply.

I really like lip butters as a whole, but Cupcake was a total miss. It's a gorgeous blue-based pink color, a perfect dupe for MAC's LE Viva Glam Gaga if you missed it. However, it bunches up, peels, and fades after 2 hours. Not flattering and not impressive.

It's true that these are moisturizing. I had no problems with this drying out my lips or making them feel uncomfortable during wear. The packaging is cute and these have a mild vanilla scent. However, the patchy wear is so unflattering (even if you do find a way to make it look even, moving your lips at all will ruin it). I love lip butters, but this one is a hassle to use.

Love this formula I love the color, pink lavendar but more pinkish nude after a bit. Goes on like NARS roman holiday but is lighter and more sheer. Looks like a gloss on my lips. Reminds me of MAC Slimshines & Estee Lauders stickgloss, put applies not like lipstick finish, stays wet~

Dont get it hot~

Similar to MAC Snob and Gaga Pink

I love this product and this color. it is light to moderate coverage and glossy but not too high of a shine. this color is great with a smokey eye if you want to achieve that sixities pink-nude lips. this color is somewhat unique in that it is a barbie kind of color. if you are very light to very dark this will look great but if you are medium it will not show up on you. if you like the color but not the shine, apply blot, appy blot again and you will have the most beautiful natural pink.

I heard rave reviews about this product on Youtube, MUA, ect and figured why not? So i went to walgreens and picked this up for $7.99. I was so disappointed.. I thought this would be a softer formula and more pigmented but sadly it wasnt. My lips are naturally a deep mauvey/red color and this color didn't show up much. I do like that it is moisturizing other than that, I'm sad this product didn't work out for me :( I may try other colors.

At first I really liked this but I soon changed my mind this blends on streaky I just find it hard to work with also I'm not a fan of the lavender lip look which this pulls more on my NC15 skin rather then pink also it melts in the tube and Inevitably deforms the lipstick causing it to break off due to its butter texture not a fan.

Whoops. I shouldn't have bothered -- but I saw the reviews here saying this is very highly pigmented. Doesn't show up at all on me, other than perhaps to kind of erase my lips and make me look washed out. One very light application is ok as a colourless lip balm -- except that these lip butters aren't really moisturizing enough to treat as a balm. I can possibly see layering this over a too-deep/bright/warm lipstick, but right now I don't have any of those, so this is going to the bottom of the drawer, where it will probably be forgotten.

The Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter, is one of my all time favorite lip products. It's really moisturizing, that I don't even have to apply my Nivea A Kiss of Milk & Honey Lip Balm underneath it, even though I still do, since I can't go anywhere without it. But anyways, back on the lip butter, it's nicely pigmented, creamy, and they have pretty colors. I have my color in "Cupcake". It's such a pretty pink, and I would definitely recommend checking it out. :)

Cupcake is a very cute shade! Better for the under 25 set, as it isn't exactly "natural" or muted. Its a vibrant cool tone and looks great as a barbie pink. Looks great with bronzer and black eyeliner :)

This color just made me happy- I didn't use it everyday- but rather when I wanted to look more "barbie" dumb blonde ;)

This shade is so cute, the texture is wonderful....I love these<3 They are kind of shear, but you can build them up. This particular shade is adorable, a kind of baby pink. It is cute and looks good on most skin Colors. If you haven't tried this or the other ones- do! They are cheap, pigmented, good quality, and definately feel like butter!

I like how the lip butters have some really unique shades. Cupcake caught my eye as a pale, blue-toned pink. While this formula is just as smooth as the others I've tried, the colour isn't too cute on me. It is very sheer and gives me a wash of cool pink shine. I do like this colour on others but I wouldn't recommend it for NC40s/C7s like myself.

Adorable light pink/ lavender!

This is 1 of my favorite lip butters. I own almost all of them. I have trouble finding a light lavender which doesn't look too dumb and blue-toned on my pale warm NC 20 skin, blonde hair & blue eyes.

I find this to be pretty & quite feminine, but not too girly looking to wear to the office. I like pairing this with bronzed looks to make the light cool tone lip shade pop. It also brings out blue eyes quite well.

The texture of the Revlon lip butters is moisturizing. Some are streaky, but this one has a nice, smooth consistency. It's not longwearing. You will need to reapply after eating or drinking. I don't mind that. It doesn't have a smell or taste. The price is good. I will say that you'll use it up quite quickly. Also, be careful as these are soft and will smush.

Overall, gorgeous color, nice moisturizing product, smooth application, & great value. Will repurchase over & over. Highly recommend!

This lip butter is a very light pink, with a blue undertone. My lips are darker, and it gives them a really nice, girly look. I really like this, but I wouldn't really consider it moisturizing. I really love these and I think they have a great selection of color!

I'm sort of mystified on why I wanted this in the first place, but I guess I just wanted to try a light pink. This is a very, very blue pink, which is supposed to look good on me, being cool toned and such. But I don't really get that, because it makes me look like I'm ill. If you're on the lookout for blue pinks, look no further. I could see someone who has an appreciation for candy, light, barbie pink loving this. And no offense if you love this or it looks good on you, but I just dont feel like it could be flattering on most people. I'd say only get this with the expectation of it being on the wild side and if you're into bright colors...but for me this is going in the garbage.

This is a very candy-ish pink!! its a ligh pink with high pigmentation so i was a bit exeptical on how i would pull this off since i dont usually like very bold lips... Due to the cream formulation it has, its not hard to manage the color as you like it! I have VERY dry lips and once i exfoliated them this lip butter worked geniusly!!!

WARNING: dont play with your lips during the day or it will go away..
