eh, basic eyeliner, didn't really work for my waterline, but is decent for my lid however it is too creamy so it won't last too long bc it doesnt really dry as nicely as gel eyeliner would.

I'm sorry but this product is very unimpressive. I bought the pencil gel liner in Grey. Yes, it goes on smoothly, but it all goes down hill after that. Less than mediocre pigmentation, and it does not set, whatsoever. It stays smudgy all day long. I put this on the morning and in a couple hours my eyes were a grey, smudgy, glittery mess.

If you want the results of a gel or liquid liner, you should expect a product that is able to set after a few seconds as well.

This is not that product. Would not repurchase.

I was really happy to find this at CVS. I was looking for a gel pencil because I find them easier to apply. The price was a little high for a pencil, but If you use a CVS coupon then the price is great and the pencil was totally worth it! I bought the brown which was a little lighter than I wanted but the color is great, glides on very smooth, and lasts me all day. I did use an eyeshadow primer first, but not an expensive one though, just the drug store, Loreal decrease one. This was definitely better than using a jar and brush! The only downfall I found was not with the product itself, but the lack of color selection. I definitely will be buying again! I will try the other colors as well.

got this in CVS on friday as i have a hard time finding a pencil eyeliner for my waterline and i tried this out its not bad at all goes on smoothly, very pigmented . Used it had no irritation and it lasted a couple of hours without smearing under my eyes so i will use this up until something else comes out. My only con with it is you have to sharpen it would have been nicer to get it in a retractable pen style

What a suprise, I really like this eyeliner. It goes on the best of any eyeliner i have ever owned, so smooth and easy and without pulling on my eye. I have brown which is a little lighter than I expected it to be and I wish she had more color choices. It did last me all day as well. I may even try other items from her line...

Update: After using this for 2 months I can say it is not long wearing so I took off a lippie. I still like the way it glides on, but will not repurchase.

I purchased the gel liner in "black." I love it! Just like the packaging says, it gives the look of a gel liner or liquid liner, and it truly stays put all day! Applies like a dream. I have nothing bad to say about this. I want to try "grey" as well.

Not impressed by this one. I got brown, and although the initial delivery is smooth, the color is not very deep and the staying power is not beyond 5 hours of wear, which for an eyeliner nowadays is not very good.

For the price and money behind this brand, I'd expect better.

I purchased this in Grey--it's from Salma Hayek's new line at CVS. And I am blown away!!! It glides on SO smoothly--but it stays put, and it lasts! I've always hated pencil liners that drag and pull my skin when I apply them--I toss them immediately--but so many liners that are soft enough to glide on smoothly just don't stay put. They disappear or even worse, end up as dark smudges under my eyes. Not this one--it really is my HG eyeliner, and I'd recommend it to anyone. Well done, Salma! Now if you'll just expand the basic black/brown/gray color selection with a nice deep purple or midnight blue, I couldn't ask for more. :)
